I love this nursery. All of my children have come here and I love the way the children love all the staff and how the staff always make time for you if you're worried about anything. Also, I like how when you have a problem, they always try to help to the best of there ability.

My grandson really enjoyed going to the nursery. He loved all the activities that he could do and the way the staff interacted with him, with friendliness and helpfulness in the group and one to one activities. Also staff always willing to help and listen to parents. Very friendly.

Very happy with Mama Bears Day Nursery Fishponds, with the support they have given my eldest son Christopher. They have really made him feel welcome and he's came along way since starting Mama Bear's and that's thanks to the staff there. Overall a great team and place

My daughter has been coming to Mama Bears Day Nursery in Fishponds for just over a year and loves it! The nursery staff are all helpful and caring which is good as my daughter is quite sensitive. They engage in a wide range of activities with her and she's becoming better at drawing as they practice
this with her a lot.
She starts school in September and I know she will be sad to leave somewhere which has made her feel so comfortable.

My son attended the nursery from baby room right up until he left to go to big school. Staff are always friendly and welcoming, parents are always well informed of daily activities and my child always come home happy and full of stories of his daily routine.

Wonderful preschool. Can't fault the place ... my son was nervous about starting a new preschool but each and every one has made my son feel very welcome. It's wonderful to see such warming and caring people running a preschool ... also nothing is too much for them. As a mother it makes me feel easier
knowing he's well looked after by the staff, especially his key worker, she's a wonderful, kind natured woman and my son has really taken to her, they are all amazing and it's a wonderful place. Highly recommended. Will also be getting my other children a place.

My first child (my son).
It was a challenge for us to drop him as he was very fussy in beginning.
Manager is brilliant in her job, finally took everything in her hands and now today it's been more than a year, my son loves that place.
All credit goes to her.
Team is very nice and smiling faces all
the time, most welcoming and caring nursery ever heard or seen. Highly recommend to anyone who is thinking to send kids to nursery but can't decide which one.
5 star rating for this nursery.

My daughter absolutely loves going to Mama Bears Fishponds. She learns a lot. They always have new and interesting activities for the children. She loves the staff they are very friendly and treat the children like their own. My daughter always comes home happy.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful with everything you ask of them.
My children are very happy and content at this nursery and seem to learn a lot, the outside space is both fun and stimulating with play equipment and trees

A caring team who are well managed and take great care of our two boys, one in the baby room and the other in pre-school.
All the staff know the boys well and give helpful feedback both in person and through the app. It's great to get pics and updates about the boys each day.
Our youngest is allergic
to various foods and the staff have been very helpful and supportive.
I feel safe in the knowledge that our boys are being nurtured and given opportunities to develop by well trained, caring individuals and would thoroughly recommend Mama Bears, Fishponds to any prospective parents.

I am so thrilled that Mama Bear's in Fishponds was able to give a place to my son when I went back to work when he was 10 months old. He has now been going once a week for the last 4 months and he gets so much out of it that I would send him there even if I wasn't working.
All of the staff are absolutely
wonderful - caring, understanding and knowledgeable, and every staff member greets my son by name when we arrive.
The Eylog is particularly great - my son's key worker logs at least a couple of observations (with photos) each day, which are a joy to see when I'm sitting at my desk missing my baby.
They have also been flexible at the last minute when I needed to bring him in on additional days. Some of my mum friends have had issues with other nurseries leaving their child in dirty nappies and clothes - no such problem here, he is always changed if necessary, with a final nappy change done fairly close to home-time.
I would and have recommended Mama Bears!

My son has attended this nursery since he was 1 years old and I could not rate them enough for what they do. He has built amazing relationships with all the staff members and feels extremely comfortable to stay for a whole day, which makes leaving him so much easier as a parent.
The children are always
kept busy with a massive range of activities both inside and out in the garden, which my son talks about when he comes home. The staff could not be more welcoming, helpful and are more than willing to accommodate our personal preferences whatever they may be.
I would definitely use this nursery in the future and recommend it to all my friends and family.

Both my son's go and have settled in very well since moving from London. They love going and gave really come out of their shells! The staff are clearly very fond on both my children and therefore care in their development. I enjoy seeing the boys flourish as the weeks go on. Such a lovely environment

The staff at Mama Bear's have always been very helpful and attentive to me and my children's needs. I was very happy when I found Thicket Avenues Mama Bear's and have never been disappointed. I'm always greeted by friendly staff who always seem upbeat and engaged with the children.

My son has been going here since he was 2years old (now 4). Over this time he has been through a lot of changes personally, and the staff have kept an eye on him for me, I can't recommend and praise his key worker enough, for making him feel more secure and spending extra time when needed with him.
She also gives me great feed back on how he has been that day. He always says by the gate, I think she will be in today, which says a lot for him.
I also like that the nursery use the e-log as you can see what they have been up to that day, also my son enjoys seeing the photos and we talk about what he was doing.
I've seen real improvements since we have started with environment and garden. Staff seem to want to keep activities and the environment up to an excellent standard for the children.
My son really enjoys the messy play, I don't mind that his clothes get messy at times as it shows he has been having fun

My son has attended this nursery for about 18 months. He is doing very well and enjoys coming here. During this time I have found the staff to be extremely helpful and attentive to the needs of my son and also for us as a family. Over this period I have also seen a real change for the better in the
environment provided for the children their attention to detail is excellent and certainly feel my son is in safe hands well looked after respected and recognised for the individual that he is. There is a new sensory room which is remarkable and the outside play areas provide a variety of creative safe spaces for imaginative play to take place. They have also provided great consistency of care as my son has pretty much had the same key worker for the majority of time that he has attended. She is really good and knows him very well so BIG THANK YOU from us as a family. We think you are great.

My child has been going to Mama Bear's Day Nursery (Fishponds) for two months from the age of seven months. My wife and I are very happy with the quality of care she receives. The staff are genuinely caring, attentive and knowledgeable. They have gotten to know our daughter well and can tell when she's
herself and when she's not. I would highly recommend this nursery and the very good staff here.

My son has attended Mama Bears Fishponds since he was 9 months old. I was very anxious going back to work, leaving my son in someone else's care, but the staff made the transition easy and pretty painless. We have been going here for nearly a year now and my son absolutely loves it. They do a a lot
of different activities with the children and also spend a lot of time in the garden. My son really enjoys the messy play, so yes, his clothes do get mucky, but hey, that's what spares are for, if it makes him happy! The staff have always been very friendly and approachable and have always worked with us when trying new things, for example, stopping the use of the dummy! I am a really big fan of 'eylog' as this keeps us updated on our son's progress and we have quite a few observations a week, including pictures and videos which makes me happy at work to see what he is getting up to. He seems to have a lot of fun at nursery and sometimes moans about coming home!
