My son loves it here as did his elder brother. The team work well together and keep to a routine which I think is important for little people. There are always lots of variety in the activities set out. The team keep me up to date on what my son gets up to throughout the day and genuinely love looking
after him for me. The facilities are good and I see evidence of good cleaning routines. There always seems to be plenty of food at meal times and it's prepared on site. The team are always happy and display energy and enthusiasm I have never seen anyone of them being grumpy! My eldest son loves coming with me to drop off or pick up his brother as the team still make such a fuss over him too.

The nursery is great and staff are excellent and always take care of our child. Quick to raise issues and give caring loving support. Can't say a bad word about them and would recommend them to anyone. Food is good with a wide range of healthy stuff. Activities and progression have been great since
she went there. Top nursery worth the money.

Currently, my youngest child attends this nursery. However, my eldest also attended from 20months old until he started school at 4 years 8months old. We moved house and there are plenty of closer nurseries that my younger child could have attended instead, however, we love Mamas Bear Crews Hole Rd.
Every single member of staff puts in 110% with every child. You can see that they really enjoy their jobs. They are friendly and promote education in such a way, I can see new attributes to my son's behaviour and knowledge every week. (Same as when my eldest attended). Both are confident boys and I believe that a lot of this is down to the way in which they are guided through their early years learning at Mama Bears. I cannot thank Mama Bears enough for helping mold them both into happy, high achievers that are loving every aspect of life :)

Our 2-year-old daughter attends one day a week and has done since her first birthday. We have always been pleased with the level of care our daughter has received, the communication about her time there, development and daily planning, the online observation tool is engaging and interactive. The setting
has clear policies in place such as sickness, medication, lateness, etc that make issues transparent.
I have complete faith in the staff's abilities and enjoy seeing them and knowing they are keeping by daughter safe, engaged and developing her understanding.

The staff are all really friendly and helpful. My daughter really enjoys going and my son also went here up to school age. The setting feels nice compared to some of the other nurseries as it isn't overlooked and doesn't feel like it's in the city. I like that staff make sure they talk you through your
child's day and useful to have it all written down for you as well.

My son has been at Mama Bears Crews Hole for just over 18 months. He started it in bouncy bears and has moved up to pre school. He is a happy, confident and secure little boy who really enjoys nursery. He has made lots of friends and has developed some special relationships. The staff are brilliant
and really do care. There are a few members of staff who have been so patient and understanding they have made me happy to leave him. His numeracy and literacy are coming along nicely and we always get lots of feed back. The staff put links, pictures and updates on the interactive app meaning I can see he's having a good day whilst I'm at work! His brother will be starting at Mama Bears just as the eldest child leaves, as a parent I don't think there's a better endorsement than sending a second child happily!

Mama Bears at Crews Hole have been utterly fantastic in helping our 3-year-old son settle in after a difficult period of change due to our childminder giving notice with immediate effect. Our son is very happy at the nursery. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming.
The nursery uses the eyLog
system so we can see what he is up to throughout the day which is lovely.
I would not hesitate to recommend the nursery to friends or family in the area. He always eats all his food and often has two helpings. He comes home completely tired and often falls asleep straight away. Thank you Mama Bears.

Both my husband and I have been extremely impressed by Mama Bear's Day Nursery (Crews Hole) since my child joined 9 months ago. The staff are wonderful and highly attentive to my child's care and development. We love the daily updates and regular pictures and she seems to thoroughly enjoy her time here.
Would definitely recommend this nursery!!

My eldest attended Mama Bear's Day Nursery (Crews Hole) for 4 years and my 18-month-old has been in the setting since June 16. They both adore the staff and have a real bond with key workers. My eldest still runs to his old key worker from the preschool room when we pick up his younger brother. Routines
are followed from home and staff encourage involvement from parents. The food is varied and tasty (according to my 5 year old who still says my macaroni cheese isn't as good as the nursery one)!
I would not hesitate to recommend the nursery, in fact, we moved further away but I still travel to Crews Hole for the nursery. The extra 20 minutes journey is worth it to know my boys are happy and well looked after.
They look at the individual child and helped my 5-year-old progress ready for school. They have commented on his ability and how he settled in on starting reception and I feel this is due to Mama bears!

Love this nursery. Staff are friendly and helpful, plus my daughter loves going here. She has been going since she was 11 months old.
The only reason I have mark management down is due to interactions I have had with head office.

The staff are very caring and supportive of my son and he really enjoys himself here. There is a focus on learning and development, but it is done in a fun way. I know that my son is looked after well when he is at nursery and his experiences here are contributing to his development.

Staff are helpful and professional. My child always comes home telling me he has had a good time and the meals are good too. I had been struggling to help him hold a pencil and since being here, he holds it with ease.

The team have all been extremely welcoming, caring and professional and as a result, my child has settled well into the nursery.
Each day there is a different range of activities that provide stimulation and development, and all the children look happy and engaged. All the staff have been very approachable
and communication is good. The eylog system is great and it's good to see what your child has been up to during the day.

Crews Hole is a fantastic nursery and I am always really pleased with the level of care my child receives. My two eldest children also attended so I have been able to see the continuity of care and the high standards they have over an extended period of time. There is a great variety of activities and
resources for the children to play with and learn.
The staff are all very loving and caring with the children and handovers are thorough and informative. The online 'Learning Journal' is great to see what they are doing during the day and to keep up to date on any development milestones.
I have no hesitation in recommending this nursery.

Really, really happy with Mama Bears Crews Hole. My now toddler has been going since a bit before 1 years old and he has a special bond with all the key workers. He absolutely loves going and for me to be updated through his day with pictures gives me piece of mind and confidence that he's busy doing
a variety of interesting and useful activities.
There will be no question where baby 2 will go for nursery once he's ready. Very very happy.

Mama Bear's Crews Hole has been brilliant. My daughter really enjoys her days there and they do so much. She has learned a variety of social and emotional skills and always makes wonderful pictures and other bits to show us. The staff are easy to approach and all really lovely. You can tell thy put

Couldn't be happier with this nursery. Had a child start in preschool and loved it so sent my baby there when she was 9 months. Both my children really enjoy their time there. My son was sad to leave when he started big school. Thank you to all the staff, they really couldn't do more :-)

My daughter has attended Crews Hole since March 2015, she loves going to nursery and has made some really good friends. The nursery have an online learning journey and I get daily updates of observations and pictures, it's lovely to see what she gets up to during her day. The garden is of a good size
and isn't overlooked by any passers-by. The staff give a good in depth hand over at the end of every session.

My great grandson enjoys coming to nursery and has developed leaps and bounds. The staff are very friendly and my grandson runs into play without looking back!
