We acknowledge your review about our nursery and we are sorry you are disappointed with us at the moment. We try our best to be flexible and accommodate the needs of our parents, however, the ability to offer additional hours at short notice does vary as we are required to operate within set child to adult ratios. We are happy to discuss the points raised in your review in more detail at the nursery if you would like to pop into the office and see us or make an appointment if easier.
