The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The girls are lovely but I feel like the nursery is lacking. My child is a super fussy eater and they couldn't cater for her. Even when I sent in a lunch of her own, half of it wasn't offered or was not allowed. Allergies I can understand (nuts, etc.) but
simple things like crisps, juice, a chocolate spread sandwich. I feel as a parent we should be allowed to offer our children food which we deem fit. Unfortunately, they don't agree which resulted in our daughter going seven hours without food.
I also found that because our little one was shy and not very talkative she often got left out. We'd get sent pictures of all the children and rarely our daughter would be in them. I often found that when we came to pick her up they couldn't tell me what she had done, other than 'she had a good day'. She didn't really excel there which is a shame because the nursery itself is lovely and the facilities are great.

Thank you for your review Natasha. The nursery does have a healthy eating policy and this includes not offering sugary food/drink or crisps. The nursery staff will have offered an alternative as home-cooked food from a healthy balanced menu is always provided. Our healthy eating policy is shared with parents.
We are sorry that you feel that your child was left out of activities. Children have the choice to play with and take part in what interests them and the staff always make sure that no child is. Being inclusive is part of the culture. We are sorry that you felt the nursery was not the right place for your daughter and we wish you all the best in your new nursery.

A fantastic nursery with friendly, competent staff who are always very welcoming. They provide great home cooked food and a wide variety of activities for all ages. Our children have been extremely happy here and cannot recommend them enough.

Brilliant nursery with brilliant staff. Friendly, approachable and with a fantastic curriculum and wonderful activities. My little boy loves it and has learnt so much since being there. He could not be in better hands in my absence.
