Cherry Tree Montessori Nursery, located roughly three miles from Ringwood, is a converted Grade II listed building, situated in scenic surroundings that support a versatile approach as children learn and develop. Children are able to make the most of exploring a secure but natural environment, while parents have convenient drop off and pick up points.

Care is personalised for the babies 0-2 before a Montessori approach is adopted at 2 years old, which continues to develop as children are prepared for the challenges of full-time education. Staff look to encourage each child's creativity and develop as well-rounded individuals.

I'm very pleased with the progress that I've noticed within my daughter. She's made lots of friends and her sweet, helpful nature has started to really shine through.
As a team, they are all very receptive to any concerns that you may have and keen to develop genuine life skills.

I have been using Cherry Tree Montessori for many years now as my daughter went there she is now 8 years old and my son now goes there and has been for over a year now.
They are so supportive there, as we believe my son has additional needs with having a delay in his development. They keep me updated
with his progress there and apply for all the help and support myself and my son needs.
Such a lovely nursery and would recommend to anyone.

An excellent nursery, very caring and great with communication. The Montessori teaching is ideal for my little boy. Great guidance to us for home learning activities. The garden space is a great environment for my boy to have fun.

Cherry Tree Montessori Nursery is a nurturing, loving and stimulating environment for our little girl and we could not be more happy with the level of care and development she receives.
Staff are kind and friendly, provide detailed and frequent updates on progress and have excellent suggestions on
what we can do at home to support our daughter's progress.
The nursery itself is a perfect environment for the children to explore and play with a wonderful outside space which we are thrilled our daughter uses regularly.

My daughter has been attending Cherry Tree Montessori Nursery since she was 8 months old (now 2 years old) and absolutely loves her days there! She has made bonds with the team who do a great job with helping her grow into the person she is today. Her development has come on leaps and bounds! The communication
for the parents is very informative and we are updated regularly with what they have been up to, which is always lovely to see.
I would highly recommend Cherry Tree Nursery, we are so glad we found them for our daughter.

Cherry Tree is a gorgeous nursery especially if you are looking for a smaller more nurturing environment. The staff are all fabulous and a real credit to the nursery. They are happy, easy to talk to and genuinely really care about the children. I have nothing but praise for this nursery school, they
have been wonderful from the start, my daughter tells me everyday how much she loves going to school, which is very reassuring as a parent. We have a complicated home situation, the nursery staff have been nothing but supportive, understanding and always put my daughter's needs first. They have been fabulous. Thank you.

Cherry Tree Montessori Nursery is amazing. My oldest son went from the age of 9 months and I couldn't thank them enough for what Cherry Tree has done for him, he is now 5 years old and still goes back during holidays and loves his time at Cherry Tree. My soon-to-be 3-year-old has been at Cherry Tree
since he was 10 months old and has come on so much and has made amazing friends. The communication is amazing and all the ladies are so friendly and caring. I would 100 per cent recommend Cherry Tree as a nursery, I have never trusted a nursery so much.

I have nothing but praise for the wonderful staff at Cherry Tree Montessori Nursery. My daughter absolutely loves her time there - her confidence and independence grow with each session. My eldest daughter also attends the holiday club and comes home full of excitement about her adventures. The staff
are knowledgable, caring and the communication has been brilliant from day one. I've tried many nurseries and childminders in the area but sadly they just haven't met our needs nor given the care that I'd expect - Cherry Tree has restored my trust in childcare.

My son absolutely adores Cherry Tree Montessori Nursery. I found it really hard to find a nursery that suited my wants (picky parent here), on viewing Cherry Tree I knew instantly that this was the place I could confidently send my son to. The setting is beautiful but my main reason for sending him
here is how welcoming and warm the staff are. From day one they have been fantastic, although he only attends once a week (soon to be twice) they know him like the back of their hands. He loves going to nursery and always excitedly tells me about his day. I get lovely feedback after each session and photo updates of his antics! I would 100% recommend Cherry Tree Nursery to everyone and anyone who is looking for a home away from home for their little ones.

My little boy has been at Cherry Tree since he was a year old - the team have been amazing with him. As a single child in a single-parent household, I’ve always been so worried about him socialising and being able to look after others and also feel settled in his surroundings when our 121 relationship
was so intense for the first year of his life - the team at Cherry Tree have become like family to us - they treat him like one of their own - care for him like one of their own, and I owe them so much. His learning, socialisation, ability to look after abs empathise with other children have had so much to do with the team at Cherry Tree. They also do a great job of talking and educating the children about the wider world. I trust the team 100% and appreciate them so much - as a full time working single mum, it means I can go to work and know he is happy, safe and having an utter ball.

Our son started this nursery last September and since then has come on leaps and bounds. We would highly recommend this nursery because the staff are so friendly you feel like family and I know our son is in very safe hands with them. They are always taking them out on walks and playing outside in the
fresh air which is very important to me and my husband. They are always doing new activities which you can follow on Tapestry as they keep this updated daily which I love and also get to see photos too so you can see what they have been up too. I am regularly asked if there is anything we are working on with our son so that they can help work towards that too and also informed of areas they may be working on so we can also be on the same page. I find this nursery very friendly, professional and hardworking and would not hesitate to recommend them and my son loves it there too.

Our daughter has been going to Cherry Tree Montessori Nursery for 2 years now. She absolutely loves it and regularly tells me how much she loves the team. I feel since she has started the nursery her development has been fantastic. The staff are all friendly and happy to help with anything, they are

I had my daughter at the nursery until October 2020 and was extremely happy with the school. Everyone is so attentive and they take very good care of the kids. For me it was like leaving my daughter at Nana's house.
She developed a lot, made lots of friends and started singing in English (which is
not her first language).
I would definitely take my daughter back but we moved so the location no longer suits me.

We would highly recommend Cherry Tree Montessori Nursery.
Both our daughters have flourished due to the kindness and encouragement of the dedicated staff that give Cherry Tree its family atmosphere.
The delightful forest setting provides unique opportunities that enable children to develop a love
for the great outdoors and confidence in themselves and their abilities. Our children have always felt very at home, safe and secure at this home-from-home environment.

Staff are kind, welcoming and patient. We had lots of settles, allowing enough time that my little boy would become confident in his surroundings before having to start a full day. Staff worked hard to ensure this transition was as smooth as it could be for him. The rooms are neat and tidy and provide
a range of activities which my son always enjoyed. The garden is a really good size for exploring the outdoors in a safe environment. Communication was always excellent. I was asked for my approach on managing behaviours, and the nursery were happy to reflect my approach. This was important to me, as I endeavour to parent gently.


The nursery has a great atmosphere and a positive learning ethos. My little boy has learned so much in his time at Cherry Tree, and I have no doubt the flexible empathic approach the team take has impacted on that. He really benefited from spending time in both the baby and preschool rooms - and could take part in some of the preschool activities.

I am so happy with this nursery! I have a 2 and a half-year-old who started here 8 months ago. When I came to look round the nursery all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The manager who showed me round gave me all the information I needed. I and my partner viewed a few nurseries in the area,
but when we saw this one we just knew it was perfect for our little girl! They have 2 beautiful garden areas which they spend so much time out in. Still, now she comes home from her day and talks about all the exciting things she has been up to and she comes home and talks about her french and pilates lessons.

My son started at Cherry Tree Montessori Nursery in January 2017. We'd looked around a few other nurseries in the area but as soon as we walked into Cherry Tree we knew it was right for our son and for us. The ladies made us feel at ease straight away and explained the day to day activities they do.
We were invited to 3 settling in sessions and I immediately knew my son was going to be absolutely fine in their care.
They are always so welcoming in the mornings at drop off time and update me on what he'll be doing that day, and always have the time to tell me what kind of day he's had when I come to collect him. He's always happy to go to any of the key workers there which is a comfort. I couldn't have wished for a better transition for him when I had to return to work.
