Tops Day Nursery - Wimborne, offers an excellent learning environment for all the pre-school age ranges, staffed by experienced and vetted professionals who value the reputation of the service within the local community, as well as the aspirations parents have for their children. The nursery also runs a Mini Beast club over the school holidays for children aged five to eleven years.

This nursery is part of a group that provides the most eco-sustainable childcare and education in the UK, being respectful of the environment and acting to reduce, re-use and recycle resources is an important part of the culture and routine for the children and staff.

The nursery philosophy is based around the values of flexibility and quality, with emergency childcare and babysitting services available, the use of indoor and outdoor play areas and balanced food menus to support good nutrition.

Tops Day Nurseries offers a number of extracurricular activities such as Tops Cooking School, Tops Forest School, meditation, yoga, Rugby Rangers, Boogie Mites, tooth brushing and much more.

The nursery can provide 15 hours free funding which is available for two, three- and four-year-olds.

While each child is at Tops Wimborne, families can call as often as they like to talk to a member of staff about their child and their time at the nursery. Families will be kept up to date about their child’s day at the nursery, including important information such as sleep times and food intake, which is submitted onto EYLOG.

Children are provided with food from the Tops Day Nurseries no-added sugar menu, which ensure they have a nutritional and healthy start in their lives.

Since my son has been at Tops he has come so far. I was scared of sending my son to a nursery to start because he had only been left with family before. Tops made me feel at ease and most importantly made my son comfortable and kept him safe. All the staff at Tops have made me feel confident that my
son is safe and they’ve treated him as an individual they understand that each child is different and their needs are different too. I couldn’t be happier. They are amazing.

My children both attend Mini Beasts holiday club, they are both very happy and always look forward to going during the school holidays.
The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable with plenty of activities to keep them entertained during the day.
The staff keep me updated on how the children have
been during the day and I am happy leaving the children in their care as I know they will be looked after.

The staff at Leigh Road Wimborne are always extremely helpful and friendly. Not to mention the number of times I amend my daughters hours, it must drive the office crazy but no, they are always super happy and helpful! Also, love the portal!

My daughter has been attending for 6 months in the under 2s room and has come on leaps and bounds in her development since being there. The staff are always welcoming, and thorough in their feedback. Communication at Tops has been brilliant, with regular photo/video updates via the app which is reassuring
when I’m at work. The app tells me her exact nap times, bottle times & food amounts - it’s brilliant. She has a really lovely bond with her keyworker and goes in without a second thought. Definitely pleased we chose Tops Wimborne.

Tops Day Nursery - Wimborne is a lovely friendly nursery that has helped my 2 boys settle into both the nest and preschool with ease. The staff are brilliant at keeping us up to date with progress and always are very flexible for hours that are needed with adequate notice. I can always guarantee my
boys have had a great day when they come home all mucky covered in dirt from the garden and bits from the messy trays, I couldn't ask for more from a nursery.
I will be sorry for my boys to leave you and would always recommend others to join Tops Day Nursery - Wimborne.

Really excellent nursery. They care about my daughters well being as well as her development and reaching goals. They have given me excellent suggestions around nutrition and always update me on her progress and are never too busy to care for my daughter. I feel that she is getting excellent socialisation
and she has an opportunity to develop in other areas as well.

My little boy has been going to Tops Day Nursery - Wimborne since the end of February and it is the best choice I have ever made. My little boy has gone from not sleeping at night to sleeping the whole night through every night, he is always happy and well looked after. I feel this is an amazing nursery
and I can't thank them enough.

As a grandparent, I really like the fact that I can park really easily, near the entrance to drop off my grandson. The staff are really helpful. The nursery has a large garden and the children go outside in all weathers, which is great as he lives on a farm and is outside all the time at home. He loves
meeting new people and has a good bond with his key person who sends us weekly observations through eyLog, which is available as an app. I love receiving these updates and seeing what he has been doing in the nursery. He has a schema and this is taken into account with the activities that they plan for him.
When he was a baby the nursery offered baby led weaning and now he is older he has nursery meals which are cooked by a chef, are sugar, salt and additive free and are reasonably priced for a three-course meal. They offer Cookery School, which he will probably do when he goes to Preschool.
The children go on trips and the nursery offers Tops Forest School.
Would recommend Tops.

I cannot recommend Tops Wimborne enough. The staff are all fantastic and have been since my son started in January 2016.
My youngest is due to start this year and I can feel comfortable knowing he's going to Tops Wimborne. Thank you.

My daughter is 9 months old, after a terrible experience with a child minder I decided to put her in to a nursery, I had so many worries and concerns, however now they are gone!
My daughter is in 'The Nest', the room is small and cozy and completely perfect for her age group, especially as she is
a non mobile baby at the moment. Since starting the nursery I have been made to feel so comfortable and welcome, the staff are very friendly and reassuring. I feel always like I am leaving her in safe hands, as they document every detail I report. I get full feed back reports and daily updates via a great communication system.
Not only have I seen a change in my daughter already becoming more mobile, she is also now showing an interest in other children and gaining confidence in being more independent. She has only been with the nursery a month, however the relationship she has with some staff members already shines through.

After much looking around the area at nurseries I preferred this one, not only were the staff friendlier than others I viewed they also kept you up to date with what your child had been doing via an observation. My daughter has now been attending this nursery for 4 months and every day looks forward
to going and telling me to hurry up!

Absolutely fantastic nursery! I changed my sons nursery due to not liking the old one and I could see a difference in him within the first day! Very flexible with hours which is perfect for my job and university. My son loves attending Tops Wimborne, he talks about the staff and other children when
he comes home and even asks to go at the weekend! They have plenty of activities for the children and an amazing garden. I also pay for meals which are very good value for money as well as not being limited (sometimes my son has 2 or 3 portions). Very happy and would definitely recommend.
