Tops Day Nurseries - Muscliff, Bournemouth offers happy, nurturing care for the hours needed. They offer very flexible hours, and parents can book to the nearest 15 minutes, so that parents only pay for the hours that are required. The nursery also runs their Mini Beasts Club over the school holidays for children aged five to eleven.

The nursery recognises that every 15 minutes is important and offers parents flexible childcare so they only pay for the time they need. Tops Muscliff can offer 15 hours free funding which is available for two, three and four-year-olds.

This nursery is part of a group that provides the most eco-sustainable childcare and education in the UK, being respectful of the environment and acting to reduce, re-use and recycle resources is an important part of the culture and routine for the children and staff.

While each child is at Tops Muscliff, families are more than welcome to call as often as they like to talk to a member of staff about their child and their day at nursery.

Staff record important information to share with families about children during their time at the setting, such as sleep times, nappy changes and information about their milk and food intake. This information is added to a daily report which is submitted onto EYLOG.

Tops Day Nurseries has introduced a no-added sugar menu to all nurseries, ensuring children start their time at nursery with a nutritional, healthy diet.

Our son started at just 11 months old and settled in really well last year,
thanks to the welcoming environment provided by the staff at Muscliff Nursery.
I feel that all nursery staff who work here adore every child and have a genuine passion for childcare. One member of staff in particular deserves
a special shout-out for her outstanding dedication and kindness.
She and her team have been brilliant with my son, always attentive to his needs and ensuring he feels happy and secure.
My son absolutely loves it there, and I have seen huge growth in his development and social skills since he started. The weekly updates with photos of what he gets up to are great, allowing me to share in his experiences and see his progress. The peace of mind knowing he is in this place that he likes so much is priceless. Thank you to all the staff at Muscliff Nursery for making his experience so wonderful!

Tops Day Nurseries: Muscliff Nursery have been super helpful and accommodating for our little girl since moving to the area. She loves going in and is always happy when we pick her up. She talks about her 'teachers' when at home which is nice to know she feels connected.

I moved my granddaughter to Tops Day Nursery in September, she has become so much happier in herself and made so many little friends, I get informed on pick up what they have done and also what she's had to eat which I think is very helpful.

My child was struggling with talking but since coming to Tops he's doing really well, he wants to go to school now, which is amazing. He's also made some friends and he loves the food and always wants more. Detail from staff is on point when he was ill. 100% amazing nursery and staff.

Our child started January 2024, doing two morning a week.
So far, we haven't had any problems. The staff are warm and friendly and we feel happy and comfortable leaving our child for a couple of hours.

My son has only been going nursery since January 2024 and has grown so much. He loves going to nursery and loves the staff. He is so comfortable there and always leaves with a smile on his face.
The staff have been brilliant with his potty training and he is doing so well with that.
My son has problems
with eating fruit and veg and the staff have been brilliant trying to help with this problem.
My son is happy, so I am happy.

The staff are very attentive and honest when providing information about what happens inside the nursery. Every day we receive a brief report on the day's activities and sometimes photos of the children's activities, which allows us to follow everything more closely. Children are encouraged to overcome
their limitations and develop their skills.

Both of my children go to Tops Muscliff Nursery and are very happy there. They have great relationships with the staff and I know that all staff at Tops Muscliff genuinely care about my children.
My 9-month-old started a month ago and whilst I was anxious about leaving him I was never in any doubt
about leaving him in the capable hands of the manager and her team. They have reassured me and he loves it! Always recommend Tops to my friends.

The staff are excellent, friendly and caring. Good pictures on the app of what they have been up to. It would be nice to have a parent's evening where we can sit with the child keyworker and see how they are doing/any issues etc. Also, see what they are learning and the books they are reading so we
