My son had his nativity with his class, we'd been sent the list of songs weeks in advance so we could help him learn them. The day of the nativity, my son was very excited. They did a fantastic job, the children were amazing.
The people who look after my son's room are fantastic. They are kind, loving
and caring. They have certainly helped him to prepare for school next year.

My son attended pre-school 15 hours a week and he enjoyed every second of it.
The staff are incredible and so caring for your child.
He had a lot of adventures out, to the woods, soft play, the carvery and even the DIY store for flowers. They had brilliant performances at Christmas.
I would highly
recommend Cuddles Day Nursery, they really do go above and beyond.
And I look forward to my other child attending in January.

My 4-year-old little boy has been with Cuddles Day Nursery (Canford Heath) since he was 18-months-old, starting in the Wide Eyes room and now in Batwings. I have always been absolutely blown away by the care and attention from the amazing staff, including the admin and management staff, always happy
to help and welcome you with a smile. My son has always been happy in both rooms he has been in and enjoyed his time, which is down to the fantastic staff!
I never hesitate to recommend the nursery and am so pleased I chose to place my little boy here, it was the absolute best decision. I will be definitely placing my second baby at the nursery when the time comes.

Since my child started at Cuddles Day Nursery in November 2021 at 10-months-old, she has enjoyed it, the team in natterjacks are so lovely, caring and ensure they have lots of fun and plenty of learning opportunities. They really understand how hard those first few months can be with the colds, teething
etc. and are not only supportive of the child but they were checking I was ok too. So pleased she attends here.

Just the best nursery! My son is so happy there, he has settled so quickly and I believe this is due to how warm, friendly and caring every single member of staff is. Every time I go in, I am met with an abundance of smiles and helpful staff - I wouldn’t want my son to go anywhere else!

Cuddles Day Nursery (Canford Heath) is quite literally the only nursery I trust with my children. I currently travel thirty minutes, twice every day for drop off and pick up just because I don’t want my baby to go anywhere else. They are caring, considerate, honest and genuine people who have built
wonderful nurturing relationships with all three of my children. They are professional and they make the nursery a magical and wonderful learning and developing environment for the children. I am extremely grateful that my children have had the opportunity to attend Cuddles, they are very lucky.

Cuddles Day Nursery at Canford Heath is amazing! The support we have received with our twins care is outstanding. The whole team in the wide eyes room are incredible and I can't thank them enough for everything they have done for us as parents to twins with delayed speech and language and possible autism.
Our girls absolutely love attending nursery and get so excited to see everyone and I know they're in safe hands every week. Thanks so much Cuddles, I can't recommend you enough!

My daughter started at Cuddles Day Nursery in Natterjacks six months ago having just turned 1 and everyone there has been amazing at making her feel settled. I feel she's really bonded with her key worker and the other staff in her room. They're so friendly and always give a good debrief at the end
of each session. They do lots of fun activities which we get photos of and so much effort goes into things like decorating for Christmas and making Valentine's day cards etc. to make it special for the children.
Communication from the nursery is always very good, I'd really recommend the nursery to friends.

Outstanding nursery! My son has been at Cuddles Day Nursery since he was a baby, he is now in the preschool room. He has settled well with all the staff in each room and very much enjoys his sessions.
The staff are all very welcoming, respectful and committed to the children.
He learns new things
each week and their use of outdoor space is the best, the children have so much room to explore the different gardens and even go on outings.
My baby daughter is joining next month and I have no hesitation leaving her in their care. Even if there are tears the first few weeks at drop off, I know it won't take long before she has an attachment to her key worker and shortly after she will be excited to be going into the room.

My daughter has been at Cuddles Day Nursery since she was 9-months now nearly 3, they have been amazing from then to now even though Covid was hard. She is currently in wide eyes only one day a week and she absolutely loves going, always happy to attend, goes in with a smile on her face and has the
best day. The staff are always so welcoming and make sure all children have been well looked after.

The nursery is amazing. I have two children that attend aged 1 and 2. They have helped my 2-year-old develop her social and speaking skills. My 1-year-old has medical needs and the nursery was willing to be trained to fulfil his needs. All the staff are welcoming and friendly. I would higher recommend
this nursery. Nothing is ever an issue or problem for them.

My son started last summer when he was 2 and he loves coming to Cuddles Day Nursery. He runs in every morning to see the staff and his friends. Then helps himself to breakfast at the table.
The many different outside play areas are great.
You can call your child's room to check on anything at any
time which is especially great when they are new to nursery.
I think childcare is expensive wherever you choose but it’s worth paying for to attend here.
My older child also attends holiday club here occasionally and enjoys the different activities too.

We have been with Cuddles Day Nursery since my eldest started back in 2017, my youngest is still there now. We love the staff, they are friendly and genuinely care for the children. They are understanding and become such a big part of yours and your children’s lives. I cannot fault Cuddles - they are
clean, they are fun, they are loving and everything you would want from a nursery. I always recommend them to friends and family and would never choose anywhere else for my kids.

Cuddles Day Nurseries are amazing! I had my first child attend from 8-months at another site where all the staff were welcoming and lovely. My first child was severely premature and has a few health concerns but the nursery manager and staff were brilliant, they listened to what we had said and worked
with us to keep our child safe and healthy. My first child started in the baby room and went all the way through to preschool.
My second child started at 2-years-old at the Canford Heath site where again we were met by lovely staff and managers. We saw huge progression in my second child's communication as within weeks of starting she went from a shy child to talking to everyone and making friends! My second child is now in the preschool rooms at Canford Heath and loving it!
I'd like to say a massive thank you to all of the Cuddles teams for getting both my children through nursery and for being such positive influences in their lives!

Conchitas at Cuddles Day Nursery (Canford Heath) I can't thank Conchitas enough for the last year. There was never a day that my daughter didn't want to go in. The love, care and support these ladies have given my daughter through such very uncertain times has been incredible. They have helped develop
our little lady into a big girl that is more than ready for big school. Keyworker, we will be forever grateful for the time and care you have given my daughter. You have been a wonderful key worker and my daughter is going to miss you all so much.
Looking forward to starting my other daughter's journey with you all next year.

We just want to publicly say thank you to the teachers. When my son started at preschool he was a shy boy (I was a blubbering wreck!) and his speech was delayed. His keyworker and the team worked really hard with him and the progress and change in him is incredible. We are absolutely gutted that his
keyworker is leaving but wish her all the best in her future and we look forward to seeing the rest of the team in September. Have a great summer everyone at Cuddles Day Nursery Ltd

I really have no words to describe my experience of Cuddles Day Nursery (Canford Heath), the staff are absolutely amazing and have been with my first and second child all the way through.
First to start with is admin who have had to deal with my constant funding questions and changing things all the
time. Thank you for putting up with me.
My daughter will miss her centipede room so much, it’s been such a tough year and the girls in this room have been fantastic! An extra special thank you to the key worker, you are honestly amazing and I couldn’t have asked for a better key worker, you understood my little girl's quirky ways and you just “got her”. Thank you for everything you have supported me through she will miss you so much!
