Tops Day Nurseries provides high-quality childcare in Yeovil, where a safe and happy nursery environment enables children aged three months to five years to develop socially, physically, intellectually, creatively and emotionally at their own pace.

Throughout the nursery, the children can experience plenty of child-initiated free play as well as carefully planned adult-led experiences, with extended natural resources. This nursery is part of the UK's most eco-sustainable childcare providers.

The nursery consists of three bright, stimulating and age-appropriate rooms and a large secure outside play area which includes an all weather grass surface, covered decked areas and a large sand pit. Children are actively encouraged to participate in growing flowers, herbs and vegetables in the nursery’s garden, which are used in the nursery kitchen.

The staff are all so friendly and you can see they enjoy what they do. They are all approachable and helpful. They have all been on the front line of the pandemic and deserve recognition for all their hard work.

Tops Day Nurseries: Yeovil Nursery is a lovely place for children to grow. My little girls loves going and enjoys spending time with her friends and teachers. She tells me about her day and talks about her teachers on a regular basis. She is very fond of the staff, they do an amazing job and truly put
one hundred percent into their role and children. Always willing to help with any problem I have. I have two children and I can honestly say this is the best nursery I have come across. It's a true gem tucked away in Yeovil! Please pass on my thanks to the staff.

My son is so happy and loves going to the nursery every day. For the last couple of months he has developed so much thanks to the nice and supportive girls at the nursery. Very positive and lovely atmosphere. I would highly recommend it.

My child is learning a lot of new things every single day we send him to the nursery. He now enjoys going to nursery and misses it too. What we love about the nursery is the flexible hours we can book a shift for our child and they open as early as 7am.

Has been really good for him as well as myself, just getting him around kids his own age learning from them as well as all the workers he is just growing into his own little person. He is still learning every time he goes here which is amazing and just seeing it for my own eyes when they post things
he's been doing on the app as well as what he's been eating. I'm glad I put him in when I did.

My child has so much fun at nursery. For us, learning needs to be fun and it's clear that she loves it. The feedback dairy from staff is brilliant and clear communication and working together on any issues my child may have. There is so much variety of activities for the children and I know that from
the moment I drop my child off she is safe, happy and going to have fun. Cannot praise the staff enough for making such a great environment. Thank you.

First of all my daughter loves the nursery and all the lovely girls. It was very hard to settle my girl in but they accomplished that with great success. Most importantly they have kept me informed so I did not worry as much. They are flexible with hours as long as they are booked a week in advance.
The app is super easy to use and you can see what your child has been up to, pay the bill, check the progress of your little one etc. Nursery manager is always super welcoming and she cares for the children like they were her own. Is never too much of a problem for the girls. The facilities for children are great especially the outdoor area. Before the pandemic, they were running cooking classes as well at extra cost and they were worth every penny. Food is reasonably priced as well and this is worry-free for the parent! I hope that I haven’t missed anything! I can strongly recommend this nursery to everyone!

Tops, Yeovil has been brilliant with my daughter. Hours are flexible for me with my work. My daughter loves coming to nursery, has a great time while attending her sessions. It is a relaxing atmosphere. The staff are lovely and really friendly.

I think the nursery is very good, my son has been going for almost a year now, he adores the staff and is very cared for when he's there. My son has been going into this daycare for more than a year. He is absolutely fine to go and happy. The most important part is he always comes back home safe. Staff are excellent and very caring. They respect our religion as well that's why they provide Halal food. In addition, almost every day they
update us with whats he has done through the e-log system which is important to us to see my sons progress. Thanks to all the staff.

Having recently moved to the area, we are pleased how welcoming and friendly the staff have been, enabling our child to settle in quickly. We would like more feedback about our childs day via the app. Our previous Tops Nursery added a short synopsis of the day with a photo and sent it early afternoon
so we were informed and assured of how our child was doing. We found this to be very positive. The flexible hours are essential for us and it is a great selling point for Tops. The new room for 0-2 is very well done.

I am very glad that my children went to this nursery. Ladies at Tops were always very helpful, my children learnt a lot of new skills, improved their potty training and also speaking (they are bilingual). They love attending preschool like that. I am so sorry I’m leaving and the twins cannot stay longer
because I bet all that they do there would improve their confidence and skills in future life. The best nursery!

All 3 of my children spent their nursery years here. Now my older two are at older school, my youngest has settled very well and feels comfortable dropping her off, and she is always smiling and happy when picking her up. She has a bond with the staff and her speech has improved also.
