Tops Day Nurseries provides high-quality childcare in Yeovil, where a safe and happy nursery environment enables children aged three months to five years to develop socially, physically, intellectually, creatively and emotionally at their own pace.

Throughout the nursery, the children can experience plenty of child-initiated free play as well as carefully planned adult-led experiences, with extended natural resources. This nursery is part of the UK's most eco-sustainable childcare providers.

The nursery consists of three bright, stimulating and age-appropriate rooms and a large secure outside play area which includes an all weather grass surface, covered decked areas and a large sand pit. Children are actively encouraged to participate in growing flowers, herbs and vegetables in the nursery’s garden, which are used in the nursery kitchen.

Two of my children have attended tops day nursery. One of my sons has now gone into school, but whilst there he gained confidence, learning so much more than expected and more than that made very strong bonds with staff members especially his keyworker. He loved the nursery and still asks to go in to
see them all. My other son has been with them since he turned 1 and they helped me and him to settle in, it's hard to leave the most precious person in the world, but these lovely ladies are like a family to us now, they treat everyone individually and never make you feel like the paranoid parent. The staff in the baby room are wonderful as are all the staff here. I 100% would recommend this nursery, for staffing alone. The fact that the nursery offers so many extras and is set out to be the most child-friendly setting I've seen in a nursery means I'd never send my children elsewhere.

Words cannot describe how amazing Tops Yeovil is.
It's a real home from home.
You feel welcomed and at ease as soon as you walk through the door.
The nursery gives a calm and relaxed feel.
I highly recommend, exactly what my granddaughter needed, somewhere that was a second home to her.
The manager
and her deputy are fantastic, the first nursery I have seen where the manager gets stuck into the learning of the children.
Keep up the great work Tops Yeovil.

I was nervous about leaving my little one at nursery at first, but Tops Yeovil immediately made me feel at ease from the first day. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere every time I drop him off. Would highly recommend this nursery.

This nursery is amazing! My autistic niece has been supported so well throughout all her transitions. The staff are extremely friendly and always go above and beyond in supporting not only the children but parents as well. The ethos of the nursery is exactly what the little ones need to learn. Being
an eco friendly nursery is an added bonus in helping the younger generation understand how to take care of our planet. It is very calm and has a homely feeling. If your looking for a home from home this nursery is exactly what you need.

Tops is a lovely little nursery in a quite area of Yeovil, they provide a large variety of activities suited to each individual child. Their approach on hourly charging is much better than session fees and makes things more flexible when it comes to work. Tops Yeovil staff are very friendly and make
your child feel welcome. I especially love the stay and plays they do. I find the staff very professional but also relaxed and full of energy. I have five children, four of which have been or are at nursery. I must say Tops have exceeded all nurseries I have used in the past I highly recommend them to any families looking at potential nurseries.

Our daughter adores her nursery. We have recommended Tops Yeovil to absolutely everyone we know. Most of whom have gone for a look round/looked it up online and completely agree that it is a fantastic setting. Knowing our little girl is being nurtured to explore and learn in her own way in her own time
is everything. Knowing that she is learning about ways she can protect the world around her as she goes is a bonus. The staff are lovely and you can see how much the deputy and manager really care about the setting and each child in it.

Great nursery. My son loves it and sometimes he does not want to go home. Lots of different activities prepared every week. Staff encourage children to be more and more independent. Also very good communication with staff and management. Eyelog - app for parents and staff lets parents see what children
were doing and see the little 'wows'. For me, it is 5* Nursery.

Dedicated staff, a home from home, lovely neutral decor which I believe is very beneficial for cognitive processing. I am very excited about the forest school due to start in April. My 2 year old settled in straight away after being joined to mummy since birth. My 1 year old is in great hands too. Loving
the feedback system and notes on their personal development. This is a really caring environment and I would recommend TOPS to any parent looking for a place where theyll be made to feel at ease leaving their babies behind for the first time.

I really struggled to find a nursery where I felt happy to place my daughter (18 months) however Tops Day Nursery Yeovil was amazing and my daughter has settled more than well, the staff are friendly, caring and helpful every day! There is fantastic communication every day and my daughter doesn’t want
to leave!!! Couldn’t feel any happier choosing this nursery.

My 3-year-old son has been attending the Yeovil Day Nursery for over a year now. I have been extremely impressed with the staff and management of the Nursery. From my initial contact of enquiry through to today, there has always been a professional and friendly attitude from all members of staff.
Daily activities are fun, varied and planned to encourage growth and development of various skill sets. The learning environments are clean, spacious and full of fun stuff. The class never feels overcrowded and staff members seem to know each child - regardless of whether they work with them during the day. I have no hesitation in recommending the Yeovil Day Nursery to anybody searching for a professional, well organised and enjoyable child care provider.

This is a wonderful nursery and supports every child with their learning and social skills. My daughter loves it and has come out of her shell and loves singing and dancing as well as playing with her friends, and loves jolly phonics.


They are incredible and absolutely highly recommended!
