Tops Musgrove has a warm, welcoming and friendly team, who cater for children from three-months-old until they are ready to start school.

This nursery is part of a group that provides the most eco-sustainable childcare and education in the UK, being respectful of the environment and acting to reduce, re-use and recycle resources is an important part of the culture and routine for the children and staff. The nursery offers flexible childcare, recognising that parents' time is valuable and every 15 minutes counts. This means that parents only pay for the care they need.

During each child's time at Tops Musgrove, families are more than welcome to call as often as they like to talk to a member of staff about their child and their day at nursery. During a child’s day at nursery, staff will record important information to share with families, such as sleep times, nappy changes and information about milk and food intake. This information is added to a daily report which is submitted onto EYLOG.

My son started at Tops Day Nurseries: Musgrove Nursery in August 2020 just as he turned one. I could not be happier with the nursery and all the staff, they are all fantastic. My son is so happy there and gets upset to come home! I’ve noticed a huge difference in his confidence and speech and I am never
worried about leaving him. I couldn’t recommend the nursery enough.

From day one, the staff at Tops Day Nurseries: Musgrove Nursery have been so wonderful with us and with our daughter. The nursery itself is lovely, clean and welcoming. The team are brilliant, my daughter has grown in confidence hugely since she started, they offer excellent activities such as Forest
School and cooking. We get brilliant updates via an app and couldn’t be happier!

My daughter went here previously from age two to four. They were a great help with building relationships and potty training. My son has since been visiting November, he had trouble weaning due to allergies and eczema. A great continuity of care. Since starting, the team have been great at supporting
dietary needs and caring for my sons skin. His weaning has improved hugely thanks to the team at Tops Day Nurseries: Musgrove Nursery.

In the last two and a half year since we have had our child in nursery, we didn't have any issues. We didn't get worried at all leaving our child in their care. Good communication and polite staff, I recommend and trust this nursery.

We have been with Tops Day Nurseries: Musgrove Nurseries for two and a half years now and it has been a great place for our child. A consistently safe environment, very friendly, with committed staff and a helpful management team. They provide lots of fun activities which our child has thoroughly enjoyed.

Tops Day Nurseries: Musgrove Nursery welcomed my son with open arms at six months old and he is still there now, two years later. Every single member of staff is amazing. Every time I leave my little man it hurts me a little but I know the level of care and support he has whilst he is there, which is

Excellent nursery. All the staff care deeply about their role and responsibilities. My child is learning at an excellent rate and really enjoys seeing her friends every time she goes in. With environmental issues and sustainability also high on the agenda, this flexible nursery is perfect for us.

My daughter has attended preschool and we use High Fives for my son. I cannot thank them enough for the kindness and support they have shown us. All of the staff have been amazing with both of my children, despite them being very different personalities and have gone above and beyond to support us through
difficult family circumstances. My husband has just got back from working abroad and all the way through they have accommodated childcare to enable me to carry on full-time work.

My son has recently finished 18-months of Tops and now has the big step up to primary school. The staff and in particular two girls have been excellent at helping him to progress and have worked very hard on a 1-1 basis to achieve this.
I cannot thank them enough for the friendly yet professional
approach that they have taken, and they have all gone the extra mile when needed. Thank you very much.

This nursery has been amazing for my son, who attends four days a week whilst I work in the hospital. Both of my children have attended here. Great flexible childcare. One of my children had additional medical needs which the nursery took on board and supported us with really well felt confident leaving my child there. Many familiar faces amongst the staff when my second child attended, which is always
reassuring. Both my children loved the forest school and cooking school.

It’s great for me as it’s on-site for work and they're really flexible for shift workers and their opening hours work with Musgrove shifts

Great atmosphere and staff, our son has enjoyed coming to Tops and is quite fond of the staff. I particularly like how 'big school' has been introduced to them and the enthusiasm the kids display towards starting school in September. I also love all the summer activities the children partake in, our

My daughter has been part of Tops Day Nursery group since she was 11 months. Now she’s 3 and she’s grown to be a very independent and sociable child. And this is all thanks to the great work of all the staff at Tops Day Nursery Musgrove. Always happy to help us with whatever issue we have. Last minute
booking has been a lifesaver for us. They’re always creating different activities that contribute with the child learning and development. Highly recommend.

Tops is an excellent nursery, the staff are great, really caring, and very flexible. My shift working hours have been accommodated and I have even been able to come into the nursery after a night shift and breastfeed my baby in a calm, quiet place, which I think is really going the extra mile. I would
recommend to anyone looking for flexible childcare with peace of mind that your child will be well looked after - with extras like forest school and cooking school available too.

My daughter has been attending the nursery for two months now and I am so pleased with how well she has settled in and progressed in such a short time. She has a strong attachment to me and struggled to leave me at first. The staff in Explorers have been fantastic with my daughter. She loves going to
nursery and has formed good relationships with the staff.

My niece really enjoys her time at Tops Musgrove and has grown so much confidence since starting. Her key worker is very supportive of her needs and my niece has a great connection with her as well as other members of staff in the room.
The office staff are always so accommodating to any booking amendments
and always make an effort to say hello to my niece when she arrives at nursery. The activities in the room are very stimulating and changed regularly.

We have found the staff at Tops extremely warm and supportive. Our little boy has been in Investigators for the last two months (having previously been in The Nest and then Explorers) for one or two days a week. He has settled so well in there and often comes out skipping! His key worker has been lovely
and really seems to have made a bond with him which is reassuring. She also seems to really take on things I’ve told her about what he’s done at home - for example when I mentioned he’d enjoyed going out on his bike and she made an effort to show him the nursery trike, or when I mentioned about him showing an interest in potty training and that day I received a lovely photo and report of him putting a baby doll on a potty and then doing a wee on it!
I love getting his reports on the app with his updates - I find it so reassuring during a busy day at work and it allays a lot of guilt about leaving him! Thank you.
