Three days a week we collect our daughter from Busy Bees pre-school room where she's had a day of fun activity with friends, thoughtful guidance from her teachers and good nourishment from their kitchen. It is reassuring to know that she is in good hands on those days while we parents are at work.

Staff have been amazing and so supportive during our son's time at nursery. Every effort has been made to accommodate his dietary requirements and after a difficult start to life, with the help of the amazing staff, he is really flourishing. Thank you.

You are all fantastic! Both my children have loved coming to Busy Bees! They have thrived in this setting and it's been a lovely experience for all. All the staff are superb, friendly and really care. Recently the team, were fantastic and patient when my daughter was having meltdowns on the morning
drop off, always managing to distract her attention to something worth going inside for. You are all worth your weight in gold! I think I'll miss you more when my daughter leaves in August this year!

This is the best childcare setting in Trowbridge area - exceptional menu, very clean premises, friendly and cooperative staff.
I viewed several other places and could see why Busy bees got an outstanding rating.
Very much recommended!

My child has been with Busy Bees for almost a year. The staff is very friendly and professional. The daily activities are so diverse and interesting and my child has really learned a lot.

We have a little boy in the baby room. He absolutely loves his days at nursery! We are so pleased with the progress he has made since starting particularly with his speech! He is often babbling about his day and we hear the name of his key worker on repeat- he loves her. All of the staff in the baby
room have formed fantastic relationships with him and he's confident when leaving us each morning.
We have been impressed with the communication between nursery and home. We love receiving pictures of him enjoying his day and it's helpful to keep informed of all elements of his care each day. When our little boy had a health concern, we were really impressed with how nursery managed this. His personal care plan reassures us of his safety while he's at nursery.

Superb Nursery! What a well run, safe, happy place for my child! The staff are really helpful, caring and understanding. I have a child in baby room, knowing my child is going into a place where they'll be safe and well looked after is such a blessing. The staff are amazing! Your child has a keyworker
who keeps you updated through out the day to assure you there having a fun, being fed and looked after! Cannot say a bad word about a place that's so well run! Would happily recommend this nursery to anyone!

My daughter started some settling in days in December and then full time from January after never having been left with anyone and I cannot put in to words how incredible the nursery managed her transition. She now arrives in the morning with her arms out ready to go for a cuddle and a play with the
staff member that collects her and I regularly get photo updates of her smiling away with the staff and other babies. I always get a full handover of how she's been, things she's enjoyed, what she's eaten and even how many nappies she's had changed! My daughter is absolutely thriving at busy bees and I'd highly recommended it to all parents.

Our child absolutely loves nursery. He knows when he has arrived and gets so excited to get out of the car, ready for his day of fun. The staff are so wonderful and caring, and it's such a lovely feeling knowing your precious child is in such safe hands.
I enjoy seeing the updates throughout the day
on the app, of what he has eaten and especially the photos and observations. We recently had a parents evening which I was so thankful they offered here, as it gave me a chance to ask some questions and get to know more about his time at nursery.
His development has come along way since starting in the baby room, and I cant wait to see
What he learns in toddlers. I cant thank the staff at Busy Bees enough!

Fabulous nursery, I have a child in the baby room and in the preschool room also. Both children are happy and content. The staff are great, so friendly and always have time for you. They have helped us so much with potty training too. Children always have lovely activities set up and have as much outside
time as possible. Heartily recommend.
Just to add, funding at this nursery is stretched over the entire year, which suits us, but may not suit others that have school-age children.

I have had 2 children attend this nursery and they both love it there. My daughter was there from babies through to starting school last September, and my son is currently in the baby room.
Both of my children go/went in happy and came out happy which is the best indicator there can be. I feel the
staff know my children well and make them feel safe and cared for.
Busy Bees were fantastic in supporting my daughter through toilet training, and then again with preparing her for school.
There always seem to be plenty of activities going on for the children to encourage their development. The staff provide regular feedback and are always friendly and approachable.
I would recommend Busy Bees to anyone in search of childcare.

We have had a fantastic experience at Busy Bees in Trowbridge! Our daughter initially found settling in hard as she struggles to separate from us in the mornings, but the Baby Room team have all been so helpful and put in so much effort to get her settled. She’s grown in so much confidence since being
there and has learnt so many new skills. She has such a great time there playing with the other children, and is well looked after by all the staff! We are very thankful for all their support and would definitely recommend the nursery to others!

I currently have two children at the nursery in separate rooms, toddler room and preschool room. My eldest has been there since he was 9 months old and the nursery has created a fantastic bond with him in all three rooms he has transitioned to. All staff know them so well! The staff are very efficient
at informing me or my husband of any issues and dealing with any queries I may have. I cannot thank them enough for making me feel at ease leaving my children in their care and how they help my children when I’m leaving them too! The staff are fantastic and we couldn’t ask for any more from a nursery.

I absolutely love the team at Busy Bees.
They are amazing!
The team have made not only my daughter feel so welcome and settled and catered to, they too do the same for me and love how they update you about your little one and what they got up to etc.
They go above and beyond.
And love hearing how
much a member of staff, in particular, sings and plays with my daughter to make sure she’s happy.
Couldn’t be any happier with having my baby go to nursery when I’m at work as if, like me, you find it hard to leave them but they are phenomenal, I can’t rate them enough.

My daughter has been at the nursery since she was 8 months old. As a very nervous parent, they ensured I was happy and informed on everything that was happening with my child there, they updated the app throughout the day to keep me up to date. The staff within the whole building are lovely and really
take the time and effort to get to know my child as well as us, as a family, to ensure we’re getting all the support we need. My daughter is about to move up to the next room and her current keyworker as well as her new one is checking in with me, helping me with my worries and they all go above and beyond to help. Management is lovely and helpful and answers any questions that I have. My second child is due to start in November and already the girls are supportive and helpful with it all.

My son has been attending Busy Bees since he was 11 months old. He started off in the baby room and is now in toddlers. He will be attending the preschool next before going onto school.
I can’t recommend the nursery enough. They have been amazing with him and he absolutely loves attending.
All of
the staff know the children and their needs very well and will always go above and beyond for them. My son has a speech delay and struggles with communication and often gets frustrated because of this. All staff members have been amazing with dealing with him and have set additional things in place to help him. I also have meetings to go through his progress.
I’m constantly updated with photos of him playing when he attends which is lovely to see.
So grateful for all the staff at Busy Bees and would recommend to anyone.

Exceptional in all departments.

I currently have two children at the nursery in separate rooms, baby room and toddler. Welcome to Busy Bees Trowbridge, my name is Helen and I am the Centre Director for the Nursery. I have been a part of the company since September 2023 and in October achieved, with the team here at Trowbridge our Triple Outstanding from OFSTED.

I have worked in Childcare for 24 years with some breaks in my career to have my two boys. I have a passion for Early Years and promoting a firm foundation for children to learn and develop holistically. 

I fully believe this is the most important stage before children embark on their next journey, to school and beyond. I enjoy working with the team to help create a warm and enriching environment for the children here.

During my time in childcare, I started as an Apprentice right up to being a Nursery Manager. I have previously managed 4 other nurseries in the last 24 years.

Busy Bees is an advocate for the future personal growth and well-being of their staff, and as importantly the health, safety and development of the children that attend the companies' settings.

I really enjoy being a part of the wonderful team here at Trowbridge and meeting the families that attend here, both old and new.
