Busy Bears offers a warm and homely environment where your child can thrive, and every moment is a learning opportunity where each individual child can develop within their new and exciting environment.

The nursery works closely with parents, carers, and other professionals in an open and honest way as staff recognize that a good relationship with parents is the key to an effective early year’s development for each unique child. During your child’s time at Busy Bears they are supported with their individual learning journey in order for them to reach their full potential.

Environments are exciting and varied to enable children to develop their independence, explore their own interests and build on their social skills, creating the best opportunities for school readiness. Time is taken to induct staff into Busy Bears procedures. Each member of staff is given a robust induction ensuring the highest standard of care and education is upheld throughout.

We’ve had our daughter at Busy Bears for over a year now and are so so happy with everything. She absolutely loves it there, the staff are all fantastic, and they really do go above and beyond to ensure all the children are settled, happy, well-nourished and stimulated in their development.
The cook
prepares so many delicious and nutritious meals for the children. The manager is so friendly and professional and gets to know all of the families really well. All of the staff, both in the baby and toddler rooms are so wonderful - they engage with all of the children, provide a variety of stimulating activities, and always have time for all of the children.
The children go outside every day, they do regular arts and crafts, sensory activities, music and cooking. The activities are really topical, and the staff at the nursery make sure to celebrate cultural holidays from worldwide to ensure all children get a really varied learning experience.
They really are wonderful!

I was hesitant about putting my son in a nursery as our previous experience wasn’t a good one. But the manager was reassuring and relaxed yet professional. The team are great and all remember who I am and how my son is doing, and whilst being mega busy, they still manage to update the app with lots
of detail and photos. The food also sounds nice and is a good variety and he seems to be eating it all up. We are really impressed and happy about choosing Busy Bears.

My son started here in September 2020, and I just can not praise it enough. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. My son has settled in great and seems very happy there. He has made a fantastic bond with his key worker. All the staff work so hard
to update us on what he has been doing and eating during the day and I could not be more grateful for their efforts. We look forward to continuing our journey here.

Our child is in the Koala room. He goes two days a week. We were recommended this nursery by a friend of ours. Our son thoroughly enjoys his time. The parent app is so useful and let's us know what he gets up to. It is a fantastic nursery and all the staff we have met are all friendly and informative.
Highly recommend. Well done guys keep up the great work.

We are really impressed with how the staff have helped my 2-year-old settle in at Busy Bears. All the staff we have met have been friendly, approachable and professional, and it has been great seeing the amazing range of activities my little one does during the day on the app. My little one enjoys the
meals and snacks at nursery, and always seems to be a good variety offered. Overall really pleased, and thank you to all the staff.

My son has attended the nursery after his sister spent many happy years there.
He loved every minute and had the best time. I always knew what he had done in the day and what he has eaten by using the app.
The nursery has always been clean and tidy, including the toys which is difficult for soft
toys! The books were always in great condition and the children were provided with equipment for writing, drawing etc. The snacks and meals where always of a good standard and my son's allergies were always managed well, with seperate cooking of his meals. The garden is safe and secure with lots of activities and plenty of space to run around.
The children are encouraged to learn about different cultures, celebrations and how to stay healthy. All done in an age-appropriate manner, but still fun and informative.
The nursery manager has been brilliant and made the nursery even better than before, and the panda bear's room leader is a firm favourite, both still talked about my son. He will miss the nursery very much.

My two daughters both attended Busy Bears Nursery one of those is still attending and I can honestly say that they are a fantastic setting. Staff are extremely friendly, helpful and attend to the needs and wellbeing of all children. The manager at nursery is very professional very helpful and wonderful
with children and parents and is always my go-to with any questions or queries. My children are very happy on drop off and pick up from nursery and I feel very content and comfortable and would highly recommend friends and family in future to attend also.

I regularly pick up my niece and nephew from Busy Bears and I can honestly say they are a great team, you can see the passion in the staff, and my niece and nephew come out telling me all about the amazing things that they have done during the day. Such an amazing nursery my sister couldn't of found
a better nursery well done to all the team there.

My daughter started in the baby room and is now in pre-school. She's been really happy and secure with all the staff, it feels like they genuinely care about her and know her as an individual. The food is varied, lots of outdoor time, mixture of activities and we're kept up to date with nice detailed

My child started this nursery when he was 14 months. We were a little apprehensive putting him into nursery as he was very content being at home. However, the staff were warm and welcoming and my son settled in immediately. He now loves going to nursery and enjoys doing the many activities offered,
which he wouldn’t have the opportunity to do at home. Another major bonus of Busy Bears Nursery is the nutritious, varied food provided.

My Daughter absolutely loves Busy Bears. She looks forward to going each time. The staff are attentive to us as parents and to our child's needs.
The team are enthusiastic, passionate, approachable. There is a warm atmosphere and she loves the food (cooked on-site). I would highly recommend this nursery

The staff have been very helpful and supportive during a difficult situation and I can't thank them enough for the help they have given me and for keeping my daughter safe. We've been really happy with Busy Bears since our son started two and half years ago. It has a really lovely family feel and the staff are all really friendly and communicative. There is also a mix of male and female staff which is unusual so we feel lucky to have found that. Our son has always got
on really well with his key workers from the baby room up to preschool. The management are great, always around and happy to help out or answer questions.

Our daughter has been at Busy Bears for just over seven months and has settled in really well. We love the parentzone app which is what the nursery use to keep us updated with what she eats, sleeps, nappy changes and also pictures and videos. Our daughter loves her key worker and is comfortable with
all of the other members of staff. Her confidence has come on so much since starting at Busy Bears and she is always encouraged to participate in activities which has helped her outside of nursery too.

Whilst our son has only been at Busy Bears for a short time, he has settled really well and appears to enjoy his days there. He is always smiling when we drop him off and pick him up, and in the pictures we see throughout the day. The ParentZone app used by the staff is brilliant for keeping in touch
during the day. I love being able to get photos, videos and updates about what he's been doing, and to read the observations staff have made. The setting has also been responsive to requests we have had for our son's care which is also a big plus.
