Thank you for your feedback. I must say I am shocked to read this review after we left our last conversation on good terms. As I explained to you, we understand some parents are feeling anxious at this time, we would never pressure you into returning but as our guidance states, we cannot continue to claim funding for children who are not going to be in attendance. We did try to accommodate your needs and work with you as a family but unfortunately. through your actions this resulted in Prime Time making a difficult decision to terminate your place at our setting. This is never something that we want to do but unfortunately, your behaviour made any future relationship untenable. As agreed previously, we will still support you in finding an alternative setting and will work with them to ensure a smooth transition because we still want nothing but the best for your child. We would like to wish you and your family the best for the future, good luck to your son in September for big school.
