Kids Planet Streetly is a fantastic nursery that both our two children adore. Every staff member has been amazing and you can really tell that they genuinely care about all the children. The staff go above and beyond for the families and children.
When our newborn baby was in hospital, we informed
the nursery of this due to it potentially having an impact on our little boy. The manager and staff were very supportive and we felt reassured he was well looked after. On top of this, when our little girl joined the nursery she required regular physio therapy which the staff were more than happy to do with her on a day to day basis. Our physiotherapist praised the nursery saying she could see the difference it was making and how well she was developing. We couldn't be happier with Kids Planet Streetly Nursery.

My eldest child attended this nursery and loved it, he learned so much and his speech came on really well. All the key workers are lovely. I picked this nursery due to the warm family environment feel it gives and now my youngest child attends here and is loving it so much he doesn't even cry on drop
off he waves goodbye to me so that says a lot! He's always happy when there and is picking up a lot.
I am always updated through the app which makes me feel at ease.
Overall excellent nursery.

Kids Planet Streetly are absolutely fantastic. My daughter joined a year ago and was quite shy and at the age of 18 months wasn't talking. As a mother, I had my concerns, which I expressed to the staff at Kids Planet. A year later, my daughter is so confident and a little miss chatterbox, all thanks
to the staff at Kids Planet! My daughter comes home after her sessions and tells me how much fun she has had at nursery and tells me all about her day - always positive! All staff have such a warm energy and I feel really confident in leaving my daughter in their care. The nursery feels like a family and I couldn't recommend it enough! The extra activities such as music bus and Spanish are also really great.
I want to thank everyone, especially two staff members in particular for their continuous hard work. Another two ladies in particular are also very helpful and will respond to my emails quickly.

Came to view Kids Planet in Streetly in July and couldn't recommend it enough.
I loved the different areas for all the different age groups and the outside space was a core highlight of mine, with so much stimulation and activities for the kids to take part in.
We were shown around by the staff and
felt extremely welcome from the moment we walked in. Got a real sense that the staff care about the children in their care which is the core thing I was particularly looking for.
And finally, value for money wise, I really liked that all of your food and nappies are included in the overall day rate nursery costs. I thought that was a really nice added extra and one less thing as a new parent to worry about!

My daughter has attended Kids Planet since November 23. She absolutely loves it and is provided with a huge range of activities and learning experiences whilst she's there. It gives me great peace of mind dropping her off and knowing that she is gaining so much from her days! The staff provide regular
updates through the app and I get to see what she has been/is up to. I have noticed huge amounts of progress in her development and her social skills are flourishing.
I also love that she is provided with homecooked, healthy meals every day!

My son initially attended this nursery and loved it, so there was no doubt when deciding to send my daughter here. My daughter has SEN needs, and the nursery has been fantastic in training themselves up to understand and support my daughter from when she started to now. They have really helped her get
ready for her transition to primary school and I know although she can't fully express it yet, she will miss the staff and nursery dearly. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the range of activities and rooms they have is fantastic, including access to the woods/Sutton Coldfield Park opposite. I'd highly recommend it!

Great nursery. Had two children attend this nursery. Witnessed the company change over which seems pretty smooth and no disruption to the children which was my main concern. Both children happy when they come out and happy to go back the next day.

My daughter has been attending Kids Planet for the last two years. After a rocky start (she didn't want to leave me) the staff helped her transition become as smooth as possible. They made me feel comfortable enough to ring a few times a day to check in on how she was getting on. She thoroughly enjoys
herself when she is at nursery, making friends, learning new things and just being confident in herself. This is all possible because of the environment that is created by Kids Planet Streetly.

Excellent nursery. All three of my boys have attended, with one still attending. Never had an issue. Beautiful setting with lovely, caring staff. As parents, we are leaving our most cherished possessions in the hands of nursery staff, who we should be able to trust. I can honestly say, I have no issue
leaving my children here, the staff honestly look out for our children like their own. Despite changing hands to Kids Planet, the core values have stayed the same. Couldn't recommend Stepping Stones enough.

Both of my sons are at Kids Planet Streetly although the older one will be moving to school in September. At first, having moved from another nursery, my older son was shy and did not enjoy the change, but has really grown in confidence during his time at Kids Planet and now loves to go. He has made
plenty of friends and has really come out of his shell. The staff are so kind and friendly and the nursery has a lovely atmosphere. Both children come home well fed having done lots of stimulating activities throughout the day.
We have been really impressed with how much both children have learned during their day at nursery, from new words, social skills, and potty training, to starting to learn numbers, shapes and letters, and certainly, our older child seems very well prepared for his transition into school.

Have had the best experience with Kids Planet Streetly since both of my children joined in September 2023 aged 1 and 3. The level of care that the whole team embody for the children and the parents is second to none. The nursery is always very clean and the atmosphere they’ve worked hard to create with
lighting and layout is really supportive of a calm, learning environment for all of the children to safely explore. We adore it and my 3-year-old talks about her teachers as though they are an extension of her family which I think says it all!

The staff are kind and have time to listen to the children. They vary the activities throughout the day and involve age appropriate challenges to aid learning. When I asked for naps to be shortened, it was communicated among the team and consistently followed. Some of the staff love spending time outside,
and regularly encourage time in the garden and trips to the park. My children love this, and will happily spend time with all members of staff. Fresh food is prepared on site, and the children do not come home hungry. Written communication with the office is good when required, and the staff spend more time playing with the children than uploading stuff onto the app which is generally a good thing!

Kids Planet in Streetly has been absolutely amazing for my daughter. All the staff are really friendly and are always updating me on how my daughter is doing. As soon as we get to nursery my daughter gets really excited and has no problems going into nursery which is so reassuring. My daughter's social
skills have developed massively since attending Kids Planet and she adores her key workers so much. As well as looking after my daughter, the nursery has been so supportive to us as parents. I couldn’t wish for my daughter to go anywhere else! I also love that the nursery updates you on an app with lovely pictures of what your child is up to! Again thank you!

My granddaughter absolutely loves going to nursery, often naming which of the other children will be there to play with and guessing who'll open the door. There's a wide variety of food on the menus, and they can easily accommodate any allergies or intolerances.
She is constantly talking about going
to the forest, or on walks around the community. It's a joy to see how much pride she has when showing me her beautiful artwork.
The Kids Planet Streetly team are simply amazing and do so much to include the families during special times in the year!
The nursery is very clean and gives a warm and inviting feeling every time I collect my granddaughter.
I would highly recommend it.

Kids Planet in Streetly is a very welcoming and friendly setting. All of the staff members work hard to encourage my daughter to learn new skills, they also have a strong knowledge about what my daughters likes, dislikes and interests are. Since she started I have found that she is developing rapidly
and is being challenged in new ways with the wide variety of resources and activities.

This nursery is fantastic, my daughter absolutely loves going in each day.
The staff are wonderful with kids as well as getting to know the parents and their families. They are professional in every way whilst still creating a happy and relaxed environment for the kids.
They do so many activities
and make a lot of effort to arrange special workshops for families to come and join in which the kids love.
I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a safe, caring, happy and educational environment. Both my children have attended here and loved every minute. We have never had any concerns and know our daughter is in safe hands.
We will all be very sad when she leaves this summer.

What a lovely nursery! The staff are so friendly and warm. The feedback you get from them shows that they truly know and care about your child. My daughters confidence has soared since starting here and I would recommend the nursery to anyone. They do so much with the kids on a daily basis and that's
not even including the events they put on, forest school or Spanish lessons! Also my daughter often has second helpings of lunch/tea, she loves the food!
