Cotton Tails Too is an exceptional nursery. It has been a pleasure to work with the staff, especially the management that always take the time to talk to me about my son and various activities we embark on at weekends. The staff have avoided an environment that my son can excel in, especially role play
where his imagination runs wild. His language has improved somewhat as a result. My son loves going to nursery.

I and my son attended a child and parent bonding morning. On arrival, I was asked if I would like a sausage sandwich, my son, also. It was great to interact with my son, his friends, parents and nursery nurses. They are a great bunch of people who would do anything to help (above and beyond). They do
lots of these meetings and it's good for parents and children.

Lovely nursery and staff. My two daughters love going to nursery and come home very happy. The events and time the staff put into this nursery are amazing the Xmas event was extremely good. I would recommend this nursery to any parent.

Our son has been attending the nursery since he was 10 months old in the baby room, he's now 4 and in the school room and absolutely loves it. The staff are fantastic with the children and its great to leave him there knowing he's in such good hands. Our son loves going and often says on weekends can
I go to school today! I'm dreading him leaving next year and having to say goodbye, as it has been a wonderful nursery right from the beginning with no issues.

Would highly recommend this nursery. My son is very happy coming in on his days. The girls are all wonderful with the children, very kind and welcoming. Healthy meals cooked fresh every day. Clean, bright and spacious rooms. Lots of toys and activities for the children.

My son has been in this nursery since he was a babe in arms, great location, staff have become like family to both my son and I/we love them. He will soon leave for school and wish he could return for an after school club. The managers here are just fantastic so supportive and down to earth. outstanding
by Ofsted seems to be all anyone wants these days however I am content with the consistent 'good' held here, I feel there is an equal balance of childcare and development and as a business owner myself, I think the staff are a credit to the owners! I would recommend ONLY this nursery in south Birmingham from a mum who went through a few with my daughter! Keep up the great work guys xx

My daughter started Cotton Tails when she was 7 months old. The nursery had a great reputation and after meeting the staff I knew it was the place for her. My daughter is now 3 1/2 years old and I have never had any problems. I go to work everyday knowing she thoroughly enjoys her time there. She has
many friends there who she has grown up with over the last 3 years.
The staff are amazing and are very approachable. They all have built a special bond with my daughter which she will hold forever. The guidance the staff have given her will give her a great start for when she begins school.
I would highly recommend Cotton Tails to any new parent, with the reassurance their child would receive the best care and education a child needs during their early years.

My daughter was 10 months old when she first started in the baby room, I cannot express how grateful I am to all the staff for making us both feel so at ease and welcome when she first started. She is now 15 months and absolutely loves going and has an amazing bond with the staff. She is forever coming
home with all crafts and arts that they've done in the day, and I am always told what she's eaten that day, how she slept, her nappies; they are very thorough and caring.
I have been to a few events at the nursery, a fun day for all the kids and a Christmas event, both were so much fun. The best was a breakfast morning in the baby room to meet the other kids and moms, and just see how my daughter is during the day!
We all love this nursery and the staff and really appreciate all they do.

My daughter started when she was three. Cotton Tails Too is a very welcoming, warm caring and clean nursery and my daughter looks forward to going which it so much easier leaving her knowing she is happy and looked after and safe. The staff and nursery manager are all fantastic and I am always kept
up to date with how she is doing and I am so proud of how far she has come along since being there. The nursery is a bright, clean, fun and safe place to be I cannot rate them highly enough.

I have 2 girls who have attended the nursery for the past year, in that year I have noticed a big change in both girls. I have been extremely impressed with the connection my 2 girls have for the careers at nursery, this has put my mind at ease knowing they are somewhere they love and with people, they
are comfortable with. The staff are always happy to help. I believe the help my daughter has received from the nursery has helped with the speaking development.

I have sent all three of my children to this outstanding nursery and I can honestly say it was like home for my children when I was at work. The staff are so kind and they were all very sensitive to each of my children's needs. Especially if they were having a bad day. Which is what every parent needs
when you have to leave your children.
They have always had many activities for my children to participate in and many exciting adventures over the years.
I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

Our two girls have attended this nursery and loved it. The team are great with the children from when they first arrive. Our younger one still attends and the older one always asks to return. It makes my day easier knowing my children are happy, well done to everyone at Cotton Tails Too.

My son has attended Cotton Tails Too Day Nursery since he was 4 months old. On viewing many nurseries, Cotton Tails Too stood out from the others with their warm, welcoming and clean environment. I can't thank all of the staff enough for their hard work and dedication. As this was mine and my wife's
first child, it was very reassuring with all of the support from the baby room team. The staff know the children as an individual and greet each child with a smile on their face. All of the wonderful things they put on throughout the year are always well ran and great fun - parents evening, stay and plays, fete, winter wonderland and so on. I have recommended this nursery to many friends and family and will continue to do so.

My soon to be 2-year-old son attends this nursery on a full-time basis since the age of 8 months.
The nursery has played a massive part in helping my son develop and providing him high service of care and also a safe, warm and stimulating environment. I cannot thank the nursery team enough. Every
day my son looks forwards to going in and it is such a comfort to know he is happy and is in safe hands.

Both of my nieces have attended this nursery and have both had a magical experience. The activities set out by staff are always based on each individual child. Every month the staff set out a stay and play for families to come in and play with their child, this is a lovely idea and is always so fun
and exciting!!

My daughter was in attendance at Cotton Tails Rubery for a couple of years, she is now at school and often asks if she can go back to nursery as she misses the staff very much. All the staff are so attentive, warm and friendly. My daughter flourished socially and their curriculum placed her in a strong
educational foundation for infant school.
They make a lot of effort to ensure your child's early years are the best they can be whilst always remaining inspiring with a truly magical experience, going up and beyond! The premises are bright, colourful and always clean and fresh which in my opinion, is extremely important!


We miss the happy faces and characters at Cotton Tails - Rubery, I would highly recommend this nursery in a heartbeat. Cotton Tails are a very special organisation who will leave imprints of your children's hearts.

My daughter has been at Cotton Tails since January 2016 when she was 6 months old and I had to go back to work. She does 2 full days a week. I have been so happy with her progress since being at nursery. Her eating is amazing, she doesn't spill a drop! And I have to give the credit to the girls at nursery
for that. She loves the girls who look after her and my husband and I have a great relationship with them. They look after our daughter as well as we do and we couldn't ask for more! Simply amazing!!

Cotton Tails Too is an amazing nursery. My 4-year-old went there for 3 years and my 1-year old has been going for a round 4 months. The staff are so friendly and caring, nothing is too much trouble and my 2 children were/are so happy there. The activities, the environment, the trips out, the seasonal
events (summer fair/ Christmas event etc) and garden area are all great but most importantly, the staff really do genuinely care about the children and it feels like such a strong team with a great manager and deputy. I didn't have to think twice about sending my second child there and he has settled in brilliantly.

Lisa Daniels

Job Title: Nursery Manager

Joined: 2004

My name is Lisa Daniels; I am the manager at Cotton Tails Too. I joined the company in 2004 and gained the role of room leader with the 2 year olds. I soon became the Deputy of the nursery and enjoyed each challenging task that came my way.


In 2008, I became the nursery manager and gained my Level 3 management qualification in 2009.


Being the manager of Cotton Tails Too gives me a great sense of achievement as each day is different and the children enjoy their time and experiences that we offer.


I am very lucky to have the role and position that I have as I get to work with lovely children and their families.
