Overall Experience

Lovely nursery for my little man, the staff are all so dedicated and enjoy their jobs, you can tell. Such a good range of activities on offer, and my son is growing in confidence every day.

Overall Experience

I had my first child start Jack In The Box in 2012 my 2nd in 2014 and now my 3rd and last in 2017. Jack In The Box has maintained such high standards in every area through these years, all my children have been so happy and progress so well at Jack In The Box, I couldn’t ask for more.
The extra lengths

they go to, make it a special place to be part of, such as lovely Mother’s Day performances and gifts, nativities and Christmas parties, summer plays. You feel so included in their nursery experience. All the staff are so lovely and approachable and outstanding at their jobs. But my biggest thanks is for how in the morning I can drop my child off in the arms of her loving key worker and go off to work knowing my child is happy and going to have a fantastic day.

Overall Experience

A lovely nursery and great with all children. My son is having a lovely time and even on days he doesn't attend he would like to go, that shows how much of a good nursery it is. Lovely tapestry programme and keep you informed of all going on with the nursery.

Overall Experience

My daughter became a school leaver this September, from the quite shy girl that entered two years ago she has flourished into an inquisitive thinker, friendly and inspired young girl. The care and support she receives whilst we have to work is second to none. She has a medical condition which concerned

us those 2 years ago, now it has become an afterthought due to Jack In The Box care and professional knowledge.
My son has now started within the past week having been eager to get in on the action for months. It has once again been a fantastic translation with no stress. Again a testament to the wonderful professional team my children get to connect with each day.

Overall Experience

I'm so impressed by the way Jack In The Box staff are enabling my son to develop in so many ways. He is learning phonics, maths, performing arts, Spanish, PE and more, all through play! The nursery environment is always stimulating indoors & outdoors with different play opportunities every week. The

staff have such a great bond with the children and know each child so well so they can support each child's development in a highly personalised way. Communication with parents is thorough and regular. This is a genuinely outstanding nursery!

Overall Experience

Jack in the Box is an extremely welcoming, wonderful environment for little ones. The outdoor woodland area is such an amazing addition to the nursery and the children absolutely love the hands-on experience that it gives them. All the staff are fun and make you feel so welcome, that is mainly down

to being such a united team. I couldn't recommend the nursery enough.

Overall Experience

Jack In The Box is a fantastic nursery. The staff are kind, considerate and work as a team to provide a warm & friendly learning environment whilst offering great support to parents. I am especially impressed by the effort, initiative & planning that goes into every week's learning topic. My child has

Home from home!!! Just visit! ... as soon as I walked into Jack In The Box 3 1/2 years ago I knew it was the place for my children. I will be very sad to leave Jack In The Box this coming summer after two children having such a wonderful time. From singing and forest schools, wonderful productions,

phonics times, picnics and outings and then simple things like story time everything is done at Jack In The Box with such care and passion. Without a doubt the best nursery in Herefordshire!

Overall Experience

We have two children at Jack In The Box for full days and another who goes for wraparound care before and after school and we have been both impressed and delighted by the level of care and development that all three have received. The team are friendly, welcoming and, quite simply, adored by our children.

There's an exceptional level of professionalism and organisation in the way the nursery's run - and never to the detriment of our children's experience. And the venue is perfect - the outdoor space, in particular, is great for forest school. We're also delighted that the children already have the opportunity to learn another language. We would (and do) enthusiastically recommend Jack In The Box and must add huge thanks to the team there.

Overall Experience

Jack In The Box Nursery is fantastic. Staff are brilliant, facilities are brilliant and the range of activities are outstanding. My daughter came home the other day happily counting to 10 in Spanish! The children are very well looked after and it is clear that the staff really care and take pride in

nurturing and teaching essential life skills and preparing the children for school. The communication is good with the weekly newsletter and tapestry and the termly parent consultations are very well received. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Jack In The Box Nursery.

Overall Experience

To say Jack In The Box Nursery is above all others is an understatement. The nursery stimulates my son and I am staggered at how well his development has come on for 20 months of singing songs in fun ways, about senses and knowing Christmas carols, fun learning! Amazing Christmas show.

Communication

so efficient, I love the 'tapestry' app and seeing photos of the day! All staff are really approachable, all children are beautifully behaved, learning great values and manners. The food is cooked on site, healthy and balanced like home. Love the pets and trips to farms. It is evident that everyone is passionate here and they love the children so I can go to work without worry.

Really clean, I wish I was 2 years old again! My eldest loves the after school/holiday clubs, especially as there are men leaders so he can do forest school and just be a boy! A huge thanks for exceeding my expectations!
(I never write reviews and usually find at least something to complain about when we eat out. My hubby just loves it...but cannot find fault or even a positive criticism to improve on, so if I think Jack In The Box Nursery is great then it is great!!)

My daughters have been made so welcome at the nursery, the staff are fantastic and welcoming. The girls even ask to go at the weekends. We have noticed a big difference in our youngest daughters recognition of letters and numbers. They are so happy and we are very grateful.

Overall Experience

My 3 year old son has attended Jack in the Box Nursery since September 2015. He is very happy and settled at the nursery and is comfortable with the 'ladies' (his name for the staff). He has enjoyed learning new skills such as forest school, 'jumping jacks', music, and cooking! The learning structure

is well thought out and excellent at Jack in the Box, and they keep the parents well informed of your child's progress. As the nursery is small, the children do not get swallowed up and are given undivided attention. As a result my son's time spent at the nursery is shaped around his development and likes rather than generic play. I would recommend Jack in the Box whole-heartedly.

Overall Experience

Jack in the box is a fantastic nursery! They have really helped my daughter develop her speech as well as learning lots from them. My daughter thoroughly enjoys her time with them. Overall Experience

Jack-in-the-Box is the best nursery in Britain, not just the area, and I know how lucky I am to be able to use it. That may sound like an overstatement but my child attended two nurseries before this one (due to relocations) and Jack-in-the-Box stands head and shoulders above any other facility; it

is truly fantastic. I have talked to other parents from all over the UK about their nursery facilities and they are always astounded by what JITBX provide.

They give the children an amazing education (including numbers/phonics, Spanish, music/dance and cooking), theme each term, get the parents involved and provide them with interesting activities on a daily basis, and all this is done with a great deal of love, laughter and affection. They are totally brilliant at getting the children to listen, concentrate and understand right from wrong - but with kindness and understanding. The staff are inventive, caring, fun and adore the children almost as much as the parents do.

The staff are happy to work very closely with the parents if required, helping to work through the myriad of behavioural issues that toddlers throw up; they are always happy to work to a parent's plan or to help out with advice and the benefit of their experience when required or asked for. They are also unparalleled at communicating to the parents how their children are doing either with progress books, via Tapestry or just through conversation or 1:1 meetings.

They work incredibly hard to provide an outstanding facility and I honestly couldn't praise them highly enough. I have recommended them to several other parents, and will continue to do so. They deserve to be the top nursery in the UK in my eyes!

Overall Experience

There is no doubt that JITB has the 'child' at the centre of their planning and preparation for every activity they do. My daughter was at JITB for a year and made excellent progress in every aspect of her development. She was cared for, loved and had great fun performing, taking part and most importantly

gaining the foundations ready for her school life. The staff were thoughtful, and very approachable. They communicated well with emails, letters and personally at the door. I look forward to sending my son to JITB in the new academic year of 2016.
