Open 7.30am-6pm Monday to Friday – all year round only closing for bank holidays and a week over Christmas.

Providing a nurturing, fun and safe environment with lots of outdoor space in the heart of Redditch.

It is a longstanding private nursery with an experienced and skilled team of staff who are dedicated to providing the best care for children.

Children at Tinkerbells can expect to experience a wide variety of learning opportunities which extend the children’s interests, learning and development.

The team strongly believes children learn and flourish when they are at play and enjoying themselves and this is scaffolded and supported by the experienced staff.

Tinkerbells provides a safe and caring environment where children can have fun, make friends, grow in confidence and gain skills which provide a strong foundation for their start to school.

As part of the ‘out of school’ provision, the nursery offers breakfast and after-school clubs and transport to and from some local schools. During school closures the nursery also offers holiday club facilities.

Tinkerbells Nursery promotes the learning and development of all children in their care. They recognise that each child is an individual and the highly qualified staff consider their needs, interests, and development to plan a challenging and enjoyable experience across the areas of learning and development. The aim is to support all children attending the nursery to attain their maximum potential within their individual capabilities.

The nursery implements the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) set by the Department for Education that sets standards to ensure all children learn and develop well. They support and enhance children’s learning and development holistically through play-based activities.

What an amazing setting! My grandson has come on leaps and bounds during his time at nursery. His speech and social skills have developed immensely. The whole team are always willing to help, advise and the care they give is second to none. I would and do always recommend Tinkerbells Nursery. Thank

I once wrote a very pleasant review about this nursery but it would appear now after several complaints to them that their only vision is to have a perfect 10 score on this website. Several complaints and meetings with management as my daughter, aged 3, was being bullied by the same child. Procedures
they put in place to tackle this problem were not followed and staff left her to cry. Deputy managers didn’t have a clue and seemed less than interested when this was brought to their attention. All resulting in me having to pull my child from the setting. Would not recommend.

Our ‘vision’ is the welfare and development of every child at the setting, not our rating on this website, especially as only months ago you reviewed the setting top ratings. We are sorry you felt you had to pull your child out of the setting due to procedures not being followed, at times we cannot follow all parent's requests or suggestions of how a given situation should be managed as it is not always the correct way. We would like to state that all procedures are always followed fully. At no point does any member of our team leave any child to cry. The management team has over 30 years of experience, with extensive knowledge and passion for child development & the successful running of a nursery. For example, we know that children under 5 cannot be tarnished with the unwelcome and derogatory terminology such as ‘bully’. Developmentally children of the age you are referring to are unable to preconceive intentional harm towards another child. We refute that any child in the setting is in any way a bully.

Great, caring and helpful team. Very reassuring whilst having a child in this setting. My child’s speech and confidence have massively increased since her time at Tinkerbells Nursery. Thanks again for all the effort and hard work put in by the members of staff.

Excellent nursery. My son has been coming for nearly 2 years and has come on leaps and bounds. He’s very happy to come in to nursery each morning. The staff are all friendly and very helpful couldn’t ask for a better nursery.

Lots of communication and my grandson is settled. He is coming on leaps and bounds and is supported in all areas of his development.

My little one hasn’t been there long however she enjoys going. The staff are so friendly and polite. Any problems they help you out.

Absolutely amazing nursery. My son really likes it. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The manager is very helpful. I am happy that my son attends this place. The facilities are amazing, there is an ample amount of indoor and outdoor space for children to explore. The educational provision is fantastic.

I am very satisfied with this nursery. My little girl was very happy from the beginning. From the first days, she settled down. They do a lot of activities here. She learned a lot. She is a different child, much more open and sociable.
In general, I am very satisfied with this nursery and would not

This is my fourth child to attend Tinkerbells Nursery and all have wanted to go back! The app is brilliant for keeping you up to date with peace of mind all day. Love the videos and pictures! My little boy loves the staff and is always happy when he is dropped off and picked up. His development has

Tinkerbells Nursery have been very supportive and understanding in order to meet my son's needs. They have regularly kept in contact with us to keep us updated with our son's development and they have been working hard to improve his speech and language skills. Our son had a hard time settling in at
first however with the constant encouragement and support to arrange suitable timings for him have given a positive outcome. He loves his days at Tinkerbells and we are really happy with the service from Tinkerbells. Thank you very much.

Both of my children have been to Tinkerbells Nursery and they absolutely love it.
My son has moved on to school and still asks when he can go back to Tinkerbells.
All the team there really care about the children and keep me updated on everything my daughter is doing throughout the day and my daughter
comes out smiling and so happy.
I would highly recommend this nursery to everyone.

Absolutely amazing nursery. Cannot fault it in the slightest. My child adores the setting and the staff and most importantly I feel very confident leaving my child there and confident that he is safe, looked after and having the best time. All of the staff are super friendly and their communication
is fantastic whether it be between other staff members or family of the children. They're always working together with families to ensure the best care for each child and meeting the needs of the child in their care!

My little boy has been attending the day nursery for six months now and has come on leaps and bounds. All the staff are friendly, caring and create a really happy, safe and inclusive environment for the children. The educational provision is fantastic, as are the freshly cooked meals. One child is currently in the nursery and another has finished but still uses the holiday club. Cannot fault the care that my children have received and the help I've experienced with Tinkerbells. Would recommend them. Love the app with the little pictures, you get updates.

Amazing nursery! My three daughters have all attended this nursery with the youngest coming to her final few months before she starts school. Since starting she's learnt so much and her confidence has rocketed sky high! Love the impact the staff have had on her and I truly feel that my daughter is in

Our daughter was born during the pandemic so we were very nervous about sending her to nursery. Speaking with the deputy manager when we were applying helped us pick here quickly. She was very helpful and honest and we are so happy to have chosen Tinkerbells.
Our daughter has been going to Tinkerbells
for a year now and she has learnt so much! We honestly couldn't have picked a better nursery for her. The hours work perfectly around me and her dad so we are still able to work full-time. We look forward to seeing her progress here.
The staff are great with her and she loves going.

My two children attend Tinkerbells and they both love it! My daughter has come on so much since attending and engages in so many fun activities to aid her learning and development.
My son has Special Educational Needs and the nursery team has been amazing with him, they always listen to what challenges
we are facing and the Special Educational Needs Coordinator is amazing and is very hands-on with getting support in place and filling in endless forms. The girls adore my son and he does them and it's so comforting to know he's in very safe hands and they provide the best care tailoring to his every need all while encouraging his learning.

My son goes to after school club three days a week. He absolutely loves it and isn't happy when I pick him up early. The staff are fab, especially one staff member who my son thinks highly of. They have yummy food he says and they do loads of activities. Couldn't praise them enough as my son is so happy
there! Loads of fun outside with plenty of outdoor space they play football with each other.

I have worked within the early years sector for 30 years including working in varying roles. In that time, I have continued my studies and kept abreast of the ever-changing world of early years. I have an extensive knowledge of working with young children and thrive on seeing children grow and develop in a fun and exciting environment with teams that love their job! Here at Tinkerbells I believe the staff go above and beyond to ensure the best care and experiences for all the children in our care. I am looking forward to meeting any new families and waiting to see what adventures await us!

Jenny has worked for the company since February 2013 and has over 17 years of experience working within the childcare sector. She holds her CACHE level 2 in Child Care and Education, and NVQ level 3 In Children’s Care, Learning and Development. Jenny works alongside Helen in the running of the setting.


Jenny is our setting SENCO and has completed her Level 3 SENCO qualification.
