Private day nursery based in Smallwood, Redditch.

Open 7.30am-6pm Monday to Friday – all year round only closing for bank holidays and a week over Christmas.

Providing a nurturing, fun and safe environment with lots of outdoor space in the heart of Redditch.

It is a longstanding private nursery with an experienced and skilled team of staff who are dedicated to providing the best care for children.

Children at Tinkerbells can expect to experience a wide variety of learning opportunities which extend the children’s interests, learning and development.

The team strongly believes children learn and flourish when they are at play and enjoying themselves and this is scaffolded and supported by the experienced staff.

Tinkerbells provides a safe and caring environment where children can have fun, make friends, grow in confidence and gain skills which provide a strong foundation for their start to school.

As part of the ‘out of school’ provision, the nursery offers breakfast and after-school clubs and transport to and from some local schools. During school closures the nursery also offers holiday club facilities.

Tinkerbells Nursery promotes the learning and development of all children in their care. They recognise that each child is an individual and the highly qualified staff consider their needs, interests, and development to plan a challenging and enjoyable experience across the areas of learning and development. The aim is to support all children attending the nursery to attain their maximum potential within their individual capabilities.

The nursery implements the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) set by the Department for Education that sets standards to ensure all children learn and develop well. They support and enhance children’s learning and development holistically through play-based activities.

My daughter started in the nursery room at the beginning of January 2023, and the way she has settled is everything we could have wished for. The staff are beyond friendly and so accommodating to my daughter's likes/dislikes and needs. The updates we are given are precise and very comforting. Communication
is second to none. We couldn't have chosen a better nursery for us! Thank you so much for being so fabulous!

My daughter really wasn't sure about leaving me at first and Tinkerbells took it upon themselves to offer surplus settling sessions which have made a huge difference. She is now absolutely loving it and goes in with no tears. Thank you, team.

Everyone at the nursery has had an amazing impact on my son! When he first started it wasn't easy for both me and my son but the nursery has worked through it all and supported us both. He has a fabulous bond with everyone at Tinkerbells! So glad he goes to this nursery! Couldn't recommend this nursery

Our son has been attending Tinkerbells Nursery for about a year now and the care they give him is second to none. He loves going there and if you ask them to keep your child to a routine then they will do their utmost to accommodate your child's needs. He seems to eat fairly well there so my guess is
the food seems pretty decent and it's good how they get all the kids to sleep together at the same time. All in all, a very good nursery.

Tinkerbells Nursery is the best nursery. The staff are amazing with my two children, they provided the best quality care for my children and they are an amazing support to me as well. Overall the best nursery ever and the best staff ever.

My son has been at this nursery since he was 5 months old. We had a good routine with him and the nursery, one staff member, especially, in the baby room was amazing with this always catering to our needs and our son loves her, he has gone up a room now but always gives her a smile and a wave every
time he leaves. Since he has been in the toddler room he has come on leaps and bounds. This was also the only nursery in that would take my son as I work shift patterns, so he is not in on set days and I am thankful for how flexible they are and always take my son last minute if my shifts do change unexpectedly, and as I say no other nurseries were willing to accommodate this. I cannot fault Tinkerbells Nursery and I wouldn't want my son to go anywhere else.

My little boy has been coming here since last year and after having a negative experience at another day nursery, I was incredibly dubious to look around another. It's an incredible nursery with staff that always say hello and smile, they all know my son's name and it feels like a big family environment
when you walk in. I wouldn't send him to another. He truly enjoys coming and they always have his favourite activity/animals out when he comes in. One staff member, in particular, he absolutely loves and comes home talking about her, they are all amazing and I feel so comfortable leaving him there. Being a lockdown baby, socialising was never something he could do but I couldn't be prouder, this is also credit to the nursery. Amazing!

My son is constantly stimulated with different things each session. He has come on leaps and bounds since starting in September and dives into his teacher's arms! Couldn't ask for a better nursery experience for my child.

My daughter is attending here and is thriving so much, the team at Tinkerbells are amazing. My daughter loves going and has a special connection with each member of staff. I would highly recommend this nursery. I'm so glad I found them. Nothing is ever too much for the team. So welcoming and friendly.

Since the new manager has taken over Tinkerbells, there has been a huge change, absolutely brilliant changes. The nursery is bright, warm and welcoming. The staff are always so kind and caring and compassionate. Everyone works so well as a team and does truly care for the children as their own. The
manager is always happy to help and get involved with the children. The nursery is always clean, and the staff are always presentable. They do amazing activities, from outside play to inside play, getting creative and messy. My son is always coming home happy and has lots to tell me about his day. They are like one big family, I really can't fault the nursery at all.

My daughter had never been to nursery in her first two years, due to being a lockdown toddler but she started Tinkerbells earlier in the year and had the most incredible time! She has a fantastic key worker who is the most amazing lady who she just loves to be around! She comes home telling me about
the conversations they've had and the playing they've done. I always get a full handover of what she has been up to while I'm away. After my third child, I've had many nursery nurses and her key worker is one who may have only been with us a short while, but will stick with me forever. You helped us break our lockdown clinginess and made her outlook for school really positive.

We have been very happy with Tinkerbells. Our daughter has taken a while to settle there but she loves it and doesn't stop talking about her day there! The staff are amazing, they let us know what's gone on through the day and how she has been. Lovely spacious environment. Cannot fault the staff at

My son is 21 months old with Downs Syndrome. He has been attending Tinkerbells nursery for nearly 4 months. The staff are so welcoming and my son has taken to them all so well! If he’s missed lunch or a nap they will cater to what he specifically needs that day. Sometimes he doesn’t want to come home,
he has so much fun! I personally love to know that my son is cuddled and consoled when upset/tired/unwell. The staff are very attentive. I never thought I would trust strangers with him but you can just feel when a child is comfortable. This nursery was recommended to me by work colleagues and I would definitely recommend it.

I have used this nursery since my daughter was 2 yrs.
She went to school in 2020. I now use the holiday club.
My daughter is happy when she settles in there, staff are very caring and attentive to her needs.
All staff are approachable and polite and activities are offered to my daughter. I would
recommend this nursery, I am happy leaving my daughter in their care.

My son has attended Tinkerbells over the past year, starting in the baby room when he was 10-months-old and now in the toddler room. He has always loved going to nursery, and the staff have always made me feel happy to leave him from the start. He gets excited every week when it’s a nursery day, and
he is always playing with something different or doing a different activity when I drop him off and pick him up. He loves every member of staff, and knows who they all are, they all make the effort to talk to him within the nursery even if they are not based in his room. Tinkerbells is a great nursery, and I will be most definitely sending my baby there too when she’s a bit older.

My daughter has attended the holiday club at Tinkerbells since being a shy, anxious five-year-old. She is now almost 9 and has so much fun, close relationships with staff who do lots of activities around things she really enjoys, and her interests have grown so much in confidence. I love seeing her
so happy there over the school holidays and the things she gets up to each day.

I could not recommend this nursery enough. They have done absolute wonders for my son since he’s been there. Before he joined, he wasn’t very social with other children of his age and was very salted with his speech, he also has a very rare medical condition. While he has been there, he has become such
a polite little boy and his speech has massively improved, and they have handled his medical condition absolutely amazing. My son really does love it here; the staff are so amazing and are so good with the children. My little boy gets so excited when he knows it’s time for nursery. I would highly recommend this nursery; they have always gone above and beyond for my little boy, and that gives me the greatest comfort.

Our little girl has been going to Tinkerbells Nursery for nearly 3 years. She absolutely loves her days at nursery. The staff are friendly and helpful and reassuring if I have any concerns. The nursery is run very well and the staff all seem very happy. There are plenty of toys and activities and our
little girl brings home cards etc for special occasions like Easter and Christmas. Some days, she doesn't want to come home!
