I am sorry that you had a negative experience of Club 0-5 nursery, the manager you spoke to in March 24, has now left the company. I did respond to your email of complaint at the time and explained that we would need to apply for additional funding for your child to be able to attend the nursery safely for your child and the other children attending. We offered to hold your place until we were able to apply to the council following an assessment you told us about for autism. At the time you were not happy about this decision.

The staff are amazing and you feel like they really do care about your child. My son is very happy there and happily goes to any member of staff there.
During his first week, he choked on some food and the staff were swift to empty his mouth of food and reassure and comfort him.
The
Food (currently) has a 5* rating and Ofsted is (currently) Good. I would rate it as outstanding.
Thoroughly recommended to anyone who wants a cheap and reliable nursery for the little people in their lives.
