I am really sorry that you feel unhappy with our nursery and the service we provide. Most of the staff at our setting had training for children who have additional needs and the manager has a vast amount of experience working with children who have a variety of needs. We treat each child as an individual, and do whatever is needed to help them progress. A variety of professionals have already been contacted and unfortunately sometimes we do have to have difficult discussions with parents and what they are told may not be what they want to hear. We baselines every term which is where each child is developmentally, the baseline is done by the child's keyperson who has detailed knowledge of the child. These are also moderated by the management team. We agree with everything your keyperson in her professional opinion has submitted. Any child with a temperature during covid would be sent home. We have not had any additional funding. You have had all the information you requested.

I am the Manager at Tiny Toez East Staffs. I have worked with children for over 30 years, first as a childminder, then as a supervisor at a pre-school, then as a Family Activity Manager working with children and young people 0-19 years old. I have currently worked for Tiny Toez for 11 years. So I have had a lot of experience over a varied range of settings, I am also the SENCO lead and Designated Child Protection Officer at the nursery. I have a Level 5 in Child Care, and I am as enthusiastic today, as when I first started out in Childcare, I still thoroughly enjoy the role and some of the challenges we encounter, and strive to provide the best experiences for each child at the nursery.

I am the Deputy Manager at Tiny Toez East Staffs. I have worked within the Childcare Sector for over 20 years, and I am passionate about the early year’s sector.
I started working in childcare as a volunteer helper at my Daughters Pre-School before being given the opportunity to become a member of their team. I went to college and completed my Level 2 and then Level 3 in Early Years Care and Education.
I then moved to another local Pre-School as a Deputy Manager where I had a wonderful 10 years working with local children. During this time, I went back to college and completed my Level 4 qualification in Early Years Childcare, Learning and Development.
In 2018 I started working at Tiny Toez in the 2-3’s room, I loved working with this age group, and we had lots of fun.
A few months later I was promoted to the position of Room Leader within the same room.
My next promotion was to the Position of Deputy Manager, a role that changes from day to day and brings new challenges that I am thoroughly enjoying.

I have worked in Childcare for over 30 years. I started in a 10 place Social Services Day Nursery before transferring to Tiny Toez when they took over the Nursery.
I am a room leader in the Baby Room, a position that I enjoy very much.
I am a qualified NNEB and in my spare time I enjoy my holidays abroad and spending time with my family and friends.

I have a BA Honours degree in Early Childhood Studies.
