Rated 'Outstanding' by the ISI (October 2021), Edenhurst Nursery caters for children from the age of three months to four-years-old, offering the highest quality care in a safe, engaging and nurturing environment.

Qualified, friendly staff are dedicated to providing each child with all the support and encouragement they need to learn and grow.

Children benefit from five different rooms which have all been set up to offer a stimulating learning environment, with plenty of space to play as well as dining areas, where children enjoy nutritionally balanced, home-cooked lunches, made by their on-site catering team.

Extended days and all-year-round care are available and the team at the nursery work alongside parents and families to ensure that personal routines, diets and preferences are always factored in to daily practice.

When a child first joins the nursery, their first visit typically lasts for around an hour. Parents are welcome to stay with their child and ask any questions they may have. Following this, the team will set up longer visits until children are happy staying at the nursery for a full day.

Edenhurst Nursery children are given preference for a place in the school's reception class, starting the September after their fourth birthday.

Really happy with the nursery for our two children, staffing seems stable with little turnover, they all seem to genuinely be fond of the children and we trust them entirely. Our children both enjoy attending.

It's a wonderful little nursery; both my son & daughter have attended, with the latter still there in Little Explorers. The staff are all so friendly, my daughter loves going in, and she has a blast with the teachers and her little friends.

When we visited Edenhurst we knew straightaway it’s the nursery we wanted and we are so happy we sent our boy to Edenhurst. His developments have been noticeable since the day he started.
The staff are very friendly and patient, they keep his routines and update the app so we know how he’s doing. Every
week they do observations and upload pictures so we know what he has done and learnt. I really enjoy reading the notes and they are very detailed and informative.
I like that they do different activities for Chinese New Year, World Book Day, Mother's Day etc. It’s so lovely to see those crafts my son made.
There is also a variety of food on the menu and I feel the boy is trying more new food at nursery than at home!
I would definitely recommend Edenhurst I think it’s the best one in the area where we live.

My experience has been very good. My child is always looking forward to going to nursery. Her development is very noticeable. The staff are amazingly good in every way and very understanding. They work closely with the parents in supporting the children. Parents get a chance once in a while to join
the nursery in kid's activities to celebrate events such as Mother’s Day which is amazing.

Our girls have grown up from babies with Edenhurst Nursery and we feel blessed because it is an outstanding nursery. Not only is it an excellent nursery, it is also a first-rate primary school. The Newcastle-under-Lyme area in Staffordshire is a really nice place to live and Edenhurst is hard to beat
for young families. Well done to all the staff that make Edenhurst a gold star.

I love the interaction between my son and the staff. He genuinely enjoys their company. Every morning he runs into nursery and has a happy smile at the end of the day. The staff really care for the children and for a new mum, it was reassuring and gave me peace of mind that he enjoyed going to Edenhurst
Nursery.
He has come along leaps and bounds with his speaking, shows kind behaviour and clearly has fun learning. Thank you ever so much.

By far, the best nursery! My daughter has attended this nursery for two years and is such a happy, sociable and confident little girl thanks to the amazing staff who have cared for her here. The nursery manager and assistant manager are also brilliant and it speaks volumes how long some of the staff
have worked here for. I would happily recommend this nursery and only wish I'd found them sooner for my older child!

Very good service and staff and my child's development is evident. She regularly gets paintings she made during the activity time at nursery, updates in the app and books and toys to periodically taken home, which is really nice. Even inviting her mother for planting seeds was a good gesture.

Wonderful nursery in every aspect. Our daughters enjoyed going to the nursery. Staff are very helpful and management always available to listen to parents' opinions.

Always go out of their way to ensure the children's needs are met in terms of dietary requirements and health issues. Always willing to accommodate to let children get involved in events (even if the event takes place on a day that the child doesn't regularly attend).

We love sending our son to the nursery. He always enjoys his time there and is keen to go in to play with his friends and the staff. Their communication is great in the form of the app and regular emails. They are great at responding to queries and all staff are very welcoming and caring.

My wife and I think Edenhurst is fantastic. We have only ever had positive experiences from each class and staff member that our daughter has been with. Our daughter loves it so much, she is upset on days she is not scheduled to be there!
There seems to be a great variety of activities for her to
experience new things. But most of all, we feel it provides a safe and nurturing environment. We continue to recommend Edenhurst to friends and family.

My 4 and 2-year-old have both gone to Edenhurst since they turn 1, they have both absolutely loved it. They've never been a problem going in, always happy to go and see their teachers. They have so much fun there and I'm so impressed with how much they teach them too. They've learnt so much and continue
to learn along with fun activities. The food menu is always varied and they eat everything which is so good as they're so fussy at home! The care that the staff provide is second to none, they do such an important job and you can tell how wonderful the staff are by looking at how happy the children are. I can't recommend Edenhurst enough, thank you for looking after my girls.

We have had two children attend the nursery. Our daughter who currently attends enjoys her time at nursery. It is an excellent care provider. Both of our children have loved their time at nursery and eagerly looked forward to attending. The staff are fantastic and always supportive.

All three of my children have attended Edenhurst Nursery and it has given them all such a fantastic start. I currently have one child in Toddlers and one in Early Learners. Their days are filled with lots of fun activities and the variety of activities has always been superb. The days are well structured
but flexible enough to meet any needs of the children (nap times etc) and I cannot fault any of the staff, they’re all very friendly and passionate about what they do. My daughter always has lots to tell me about her day and I am amazed how her writing and number skills are coming along (she’s yet to turn 4). I wouldn’t want to send my children anywhere else locally.

Edenhurst has been wonderful. We started with both children at nursery after moving from Cambridge. It was a breath of fresh air, as the nursery was very welcoming, extremely professional, and absolutely sets the bar high. Our babies started at just 4 months old and 2 years old, and the staff really
went above and beyond to support them adjusting to a new environment, promoting a very welcomed bonding between the siblings and providing us with very objective feedback. They were very accommodating to food intolerance and special nutrition requirements. Edenhurst really puts the child at the forefront of what they do and we feel happy to have both our babies at the nursery. Thank you Edenhurst for all you do!

Edenhurst Nursery is a 'home away from home' for my son. Although we have two older children, we have not used a nursery facility before. However, Edenhurst Nursery and the fantastic staff welcomed our baby from eleven months old and immediately set my mind to rest. To see him run into his classroom
everyday and to hear him chat about his experiences shows me how safe and secure he feels there. The key workers are amazing and the communication is fantastic. The range of activities that the children partake in is wonderful and very age appropriate. My son loves the lunch menu and routinely asks for extra! Thank you Edenhurst Nursery for all that you do.

My daughter began at Edenhurst in 2018 in the baby room and has moved through all of the rooms. She has absolutely loved each one of the rooms. When she has found the transition difficult the nursery staff have given her lovely encouragement and support. I feel there is a holistic and caring approach
to the children and I am so glad we choose Edenhurst Nursery.
