My daughter has just graduated from Kids Planet Cheadle.
Since she has been at the setting she has come on leaps and bounds. She has excelled in many areas which is purely down to the dedication of the staff supporting and encouraging her each day.
We are so lucky to have such a setting in our town,
they go above and beyond each day. Providing lots of activities and outings which are always varied.
I have recommended this setting to my family and friends with confidence and my youngest daughter will without a doubt be attending Kids Planet.

This is an absolutely fantastic nursery. My daughter is so happy here. All of the staff are kind, caring and thoughtful, with a great knowledge of my child’s needs. She has a great relationship with her keyworker and I am always fully updated throughout the day on the app of her activities, with a thorough
handover at the end of the day. We have a lovely relationship with all of the staff and it is such a warm environment, where we always feel welcome. The activities are always varied and they get to spend lots of time outside in the updated play areas. The setting is always clean and tidy, with lots of age-appropriate facilities throughout. We have had numerous health issues with our daughter and the staff have always shown great care and understanding with interest shown in her progress and how they can help us. I cannot recommend Kids Planet Cheadle Stoke highly enough, the staff are their biggest asset, but the setting is perfect as well.

Lovely little nursery. My son has come on leaps and bounds since he started here last year. He has made tons of friends and absolutely adores his key worker. In particular, the graduation event that the staff set up for the children and parents was absolutely fantastic. The way the children all walked
in separately to their own song whilst their key worker read out a paragraph about them was such a lovely touch. The hoodies that were gifted to the children were also lovely. Everything about it was just brilliant. Such a good day to make each child feel special and each parent feel proud. Thank you to you all for being so very caring and supportive to my son. I will never be able to thank you enough.

Kids Planet Cheadle Stoke is the most amazing nursery and I couldn’t recommend it enough! All of the staff are so attentive and caring, they go above and beyond to provide the most outstanding care. The activities that they provide throughout the day, both indoors and outdoors, are fantastic. I love
looking at them on the app when I receive regular moments. Since my granddaughter has been attending her development has really blossomed, her speech is really developing and her social skills have vastly improved, this is down to all of the amazing staff. Thank you for everything that you do! Simply amazing.

I have used this nursery for all 6 of my children. During 2019-2021, Poppins couldn’t do enough for us as a family and I was very happy with the care provided. Unfortunately, things have progressively gone downhill since the family-run nursery was taken over by Kids Planet (KP).
Upon registering our
twin girls to start nursery, I was shocked that we had to pay quite a large fee for the settling-in sessions. This gets dressed up with free gifts, but they’re not worth it. We spent £100 for our daughters to “settle in” even though KP couldn’t accommodate settling sessions close enough to their start date!
We had issues with our girls on the food. It clearly wasn’t agreeing with them and we spent a number of weeks with the nursery trying to pinpoint the problem. Eventually, we sent the girls with packed lunches which they refused to use! They have refused to compromise or provide a solution at all.
Haven’t even had a chance to mention the bullying of staff either as this review is capped!

Absolutely fabulous nursery. Every single staff member is amazing. Can't do enough for children and parents. The facilities are great. I didn't want to put my child into childcare due to concerns they wouldn't be treated well but I am extremely grateful to the staff treating my child as their own, with

Following our recent transfer to Kids Planet Cheadle Stoke, we have seen nothing other than gold-standard child care and family support which is second to none.
Our little boy is settling in well and the staff are working in partnership with us as a family to draw up plans to enhance his development.
The setting has extensive knowledge of special educational needs and the company itself has a very exclusive service in relation to having special educational needs professionals working across the whole of the company. We have had the opportunity to discuss our needs and have already (during the induction process) been made aware of the approach that will be taken to care for our son.
I cannot express in a few words just how much of a difference that Kids Planet has already made to us as a family.
We thank them so much!

Kids planet is a great nursery.
It's a lovely environment and all the staff are really friendly.

The nusery have been brilliant in helping my little girl transition from The baby room to the toddler room, over a period of time so that she feels comfortable.

All my children have loved this nursery and so have I!
Everyone is very friendly, professional and approachable and they make the children feel at ease within the setting.
The rooms are bright and inviting with lots of activities available.
The food is really good, fresh and cooked on site by the
nicest lady!

All the staff put on a great graduation ceremony for the preschool children, it was really lovely so thank you! Will be sad to be seeing my son leave Kids Planet Cheadle, he’s settled in really well and has come on leaps and bounds since starting, especially in the pre-school room.

Our son has especially enjoyed his time with you, and always looked forward to coming in and spending time with you and his friends. He’s a confident, polite and caring little boy and we have

My little girl has been going to the baby room for a few months now and it's safe to safe that she absolutely loves it. I was quite apprehensive at first when signing her up at such a young age, but the whole process was brilliant and put us all at ease. I love the updates on the app, with the pictures
and meals.


My child has come on so much after spending time with the team in the baby room, we love the different ways that they keep her entertained and help her develop.

Both of my children have attended this nursery. I was apprehensive when the nursery became part of the ‘Kids Planet’ chain, but I can honestly say that this change has had nothing but a positive impact.
The staff are as professional, caring and devoted as they’ve always been. Some new procedures have
been put in place, but again, these have only enhanced the running of the setting.
Activities during the day are varied and child focused. My son is always excited to tell me about the things that they’ve been doing. The building and outside areas are well maintained and again, have the children and their interests at their centre.
A wonderful nursery that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family, friends or anyone that will listen really!

My son joined Kids Planet Cheadle Stoke at 9 months old. Having gone back to work earlier than expected I was nervous about losing the final 3 months of maternity with him. I looked at the top 3 rated nurseries in the area. Kids Planet Cheadle Stoke was miles ahead and due to Covid measures, I never
got to see the setting to make that decision. The manager answered all of my many questions and worries about food allergies and I felt so reassured that he would be happy and well looked after there.


Due to moving from the area, we've had to pull my son from the nursery after a year and it's been one of the hardest decisions to make.


My son bonded with his key worker immediately. Through the care, attention, development activities and sense of security provided by the team my son has developed to be a happy and confident little boy with language and other skills far surpassed anything that I could have imagined at this stage.


All I can say is thank you, I'm immensely grateful and so is my son!
