Staff at Kids Planet Handford go above and beyond to ensure my child is well cared for and nurtured in a loving and welcoming environment. My child loves attending nursery and is flourishing.

Fantastic child care setting. Staff are very caring and helpful. My child has developed so much since starting in September 2021. Daily updates on the app of what your child has eaten and activities they have done etc, which is great. Amazing 3-week menu of healthy, freshly cooked meals with all dietry
requirements catered for. Overall, a great place for any child to attend, will be sad to see my son leave and start school in September.

Hanford nursery has been amazing with my daughter from the moment she started. The help and support they have given my daughter and me are incredible. The staff are so warm and caring, and that's hard to come across these days. I've seen a massive improvement in development with my daughter since starting.
I can't thank them enough for the support given, and would highly recommend Kids Planet Hanford.

The nursery and staff are absolutely brilliant; they have made us as a family feel at home. They listen to what we expect for our daughter and meet her needs. They are always friendly and polite. Always ask if there is anything we need to know, and take the time to talk to us. The rooms are so calm
and relaxing; the whole place is just perfect. Can't ask for anything better. Since our daughter started, we have noticed a lot of improvement with her in her development.

My daughter loves coming here! The manager has taken on board parents' comments and really works together with parents and the team.
There is always a warm welcome at the door and staff are aware of her next steps and keep us up to date.
We can't wait for her to come for more days.

Overall experience since Kids Planet had taken over from the previous day nursery is good. My son attends the baby room and is very happy. I receive regular updates on the app, and the staff in the room are welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. My son is well cared for and always has a great time whilst
at nursery. I think the nursery is well run. I've always had great communication from management, and I love the Montessori ethos for the nursery. Overall a good experience.

My daughter has been attending this nursery since August 2020 and she has thrived here, the staff are lovely and tailor the care they provide to the individual child's needs and you can see the bond they have with each little one in their care.

The pre-school staff are amazing! My son has come on in leaps and bounds since being in this class. He is so much more confident. The staff members are polite and so welcoming. They are always creating new activities and I am able to put them to use at home. The class is bright and eye-catching, it
smells amazing every morning when entering the doors! It is always decorated according to the season and my son loves it! He is always fed so well and it gives him chance to try new things. They give so much support not only to my son but to me too. A massive thank you to staff members for all you do! As an added extra they give breakfast to parents in a rush! I mean wow! What an amazing team they make! One particular member of staff makes my son feel at ease in class and is so patient with him!

Kids Planet Hanford is great! My little boy loves going and always talks about the staff and says how much he loves them! His confidence has soared since being at nursery and he is continually learning new things whilst there. I'm so glad I chose this nursery!

Attended the baby room since September. Initially, I think the communication with parents through the app was slow but now it's great lots of information and moments (pictures) captured, which makes you feel like you're involved in your child's day! Activities to do at home are offered when you enter
which is nice and parents' play and stay were lovely. We missed the reindeer at Christmas though! Gutted as there was a baby one!
Also, we are dairy intolerant and he always has lovely meals.

My daughter is so happy at Kids Planet Day Nursery and I feel incredibly reassured each day that she is safe and content there. When we drop her off in the morning, she is always greeted warmly by the staff who all know her by name individually. Even staff in different rooms and the manager know her
by her name which is very special and personal. I receive regular updates on her day via an app and see lovely photos of what she has been getting up to. The reports on her development that I receive are so detailed and the staff take so much time to deliver personal feedback, via reports and parent evenings. We have done several stays and plays which has been really special. The food is also lovely and our daughter is so much more adventurous now. Overall, her talking, social skills and ability to perform tasks has improved so much at nursery and I am very happy she attends Kids Planet.

Our child has been in this nursery since they were 10 months old, we've seen it change hands and turn into the now Kids Planet Hanford. The only disappointment was they no longer do shift cover schedules which we had before. However, any concerns, questions or anything you want to know the manager has
quickly resolved, answered and dealt with. The staff are friendly, food is lush and wolfed down (Well Done to the chef). It's nice to see pictures of the day and we love when activities come home! The nursery gives little craft packs for families to do at home and offer good support for the next steps such as potty training getting rid of the dummies etc. Thank you for providing a safe space!

The communication is great and the manager is really good at getting things sorted if you have an issue. My child's key worker is incredible and clearly loves her role as a key person in my child's life.

My little boy has been at the nursery for nearly 2yrs now and he absolutely loves it, the staff are really friendly and helpful and I know he is well looked after. I love the daily updates via the app so I know exactly what he has been up to and what he has eaten during the day - the meals and snacks
are all provided and they always sound lovely! Thank you so much for looking after him so well, you are all fab!

Amazing! My child really enjoys nursery. Always told each night what my child has done that day, we also love all of the parent zone updates throughout the day! The staff are welcoming and friendly! We feel our son has come on loads since starting nursery. We would recommend Kids Planet Hanford to new
starters. When we tell our son its a nursery day our child gets very excited saying his key worker's name!

Really pleased with our experience so far at Kids Planet Hanford. Staff are always so attentive, helpful and polite and we feel that our child is in really good hands when we drop her off each day. She gets so excited when we approach the nursery door which is so reassuring as a parent. We love seeing

My son has had a great experience at Kids Planet and I was really impressed by how quickly he settled there. He really enjoyed going and was quick to form relationships with the staff. I was really happy with how accommodating everyone was during the settling in period and had a really positive experience.

This nursery was taken over several months ago and they appear to still be 'in transition'. For some time, there were staffing issues and it was evident that people were leaving and those who remained were very stretched and stressed as a result, as they wanted to provide the care but couldn't due to
circumstances. Can't fault anyone as they tried. The nursery does aspire to achieve more, but the food menu is still quite bland, thankfully the staff offer snack options if the main menu isn't preferred by the children. There is still some room for improvement, but the staff are generally caring.
