The nursery is always kept clean. The staff are pleasant and positive. I know my child is always safe and they update me with anything regarding my child.

Fantastic nurser. Our daughter settled in so well. We get updates and photos and the staff are so approachable.
Our daughter's keyworker is a credit to the nursery.
Highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful nursery. They have helped my child to thrive, they have always encouraged her to be herself and have created the most wonderful bond with her. You can tell each and every member of staff cares deeply about the children in their care. My child learns so much in such a positive way
and her individuality is celebrated.

We are very happy with the nursery. As soon as you walk in, the atmosphere is so lovely and the staff are really welcoming.
Choosing a nursery for our son was a difficult decision as it is for every parent but we heard a lot of positive feedback regarding Tiny Toez and we are very happy we chose this
nursery.
We have already seen so much progress in a month of our son starting Tiny Toez and we are reassured with updates we get from the app.

Absolutely amazing nursery! Our daughter loves going in and always asks to go even on her days off! The staff are all lovely! Especially the key person, she is always so friendly and amazing with our daughter. Highly recommend!

My child is new to this nursery, but every effort has been made to ensure he settles in well. All staff are friendly, kind and reassuring to myself as a parent who came from another nursery and had a very poor experience.
This nursery maintains a high standard and has always delivered quality care,
I always feel that my child is safe and well cared for.
I am well informed about my child's day, and any concerns or issues are raised appropriately and promptly.
I feel the staff are very supportive surrounding my child's development and I'm kept up to date about any new milestones.
My child loves the fresh homemade food and snacks he is given.

Simply the best place for your kids. The staff are polite and caring with lots of facilities. Kids learn a lot when there are a lot of facilities. There are a lot of resources and equipment for the kids. Management is very helpful. The place is clean and tidy.

The Tiny Toes Nursery is just a great place for your child. Rooms are filled with toys, kids are doing some activities inside or outside every day.
The staff is really helpful and I wasn't afraid to ask any questions. Meals must be good because my daughter is eating all and even an extra!

The staff are very helpful and welcoming. I never had any issues regarding my child. My child was more than happy to attend nursery. He would always say "Mummy nursery is fun".
He would always come home and tell me about his day. Seeing your child happy in the nursery setup says a lot about the nursery.

Never had a bad experience with this nursery, my son has been going since April 2023 and he's always been in the best hands, they've always been really good with communication and my son always has good things to say about the staff!

My twins have been really happy in the nursery. They loved one staff member in particular. The deputy childcare manager has been super friendly and helpful. Kids and parents are welcomed with a big smile by staff. Very happy with everything. Kids come back home with nice manners and staff are very positive.
My twins were in between potty training when they first started nursery and staff helped me with them. The staff member mentioned earlier is a superstar. My twins love her. My twins will be going to school now and will really miss their friends and one staff member in particular.

My sons absolutely love nursery, they really like their teachers. The staff are all so polite and helpful, any concerns I've had they've always listened, they've always been there for me and my children, be it from potty training to sleep routine.

After 12 years of nursery for my 3 children, I can honestly say I'm so upset to be saying goodbye to the staff at Tiny Toez at Westfield. They have been a huge part of my family and children's upbringing for such a long time and I'm grateful for every minute of it. Thank you for taking the most wonderful
care of all my children, saying that will never seem enough.

The nursery has always gone above and beyond for both my children. They genuinely care, it is the only place I have felt at ease leaving my children. The nursery have been exceptional since our child started this nursery. The attention to detail has been incredible, they have noticed even the smallest of habits, likes and dislikes. They have made sure to answer every question and query, they have never complained when I have messaged or called to
check on my child. Nothing is too much for this nursery. Could not recommend this nursery enough.

My son has been attending this nursery since he was 9 months old. As all first-time mums, I was anxious about leaving my son whilst I went to work but all the staff made the transition so much better with all the regular updates. Now almost 3 years old, my son still loves being at nursery and talks
about all the staff with so much affection. Nothing is too much trouble for them and always show how much they care. I am very happy that I chose this nursery and always recommend to everyone I know.

The staff go above and beyond providing excellent care and attention at every opportunity. We know our son is being well cared for every time he walks through the door. Our son is given the opportunity to play and explore as an individual but is encouraged to participate with his peers to form bonds
with others and to help friendships blossom. We've experienced nurseries previously with our other children that didn't meet our high expectations - the staff here provide love and support for the children and also their parents. We are confident that our son is being cared for, nurtured and nourished. There's lots of love, fun, laughter and activity and he is absolutely thriving because of the dedication of the whole staff team. He's formed bonds that we've only seen within our family previously and it makes us incredibly happy to know he has those relationships even when not with us.

Since starting my daughter has come on in leaps and bounds. The staff are friendly and helpful encouraging her to go in if she is reluctant. The staff have helped me numerous times with paperwork and emails when I have not understood something. I know I can count on the staff to be there 100% for me
and my daughter, all in all an excellent nursery.
