It is very disappointing that you do not feel that management have informed you of something correctly, we would always suggest that if you have any queries please speak to any member of staff as all are willing to help. We do also stress that communication is a two way process and can only help if we are aware of any problem or concerns you may have. The nursery offers and open door policy which is available to all.
