Tiny Toez @ Westfield is an OUTSTANDING nursery as rated by OFSTED June 2023. The Westfield site is one of three Tiny Toez nurseries in Stoke-on-Trent, where the provider is well-respected for the quality of childcare and learning made available to children, while offering trusted and qualified professionals who respect both children and parents who use the service.

My daughter has been at Tiny Toez @ Westfield just before she turned 1 year old. She loved the baby room and loves the toddler room even more. She’s developed so well in all areas while being there, especially her speech. She gets so excited when she goes to nursery and cheers in the car when she can
see nursery from her window. She only does 2 days a week and for us, this speaks volumes on how much she enjoys attending nursery.

Very impressed with the service that Tiny Toez @ Westfield provide. Their staff are incredibly kind and helpful and really do care about everything they do in their job. Their SEN knowledge is also incredible and they’ve helped my son improve in leaps and bounds. I will forever be grateful for their
time and effort. It’s very clear that this is more than just a job to the staff that work there.

Fantastic nursery far the best in Stoke-on-Trent. Have heard many many good reviews about this nursery so moved my child to this nursery without delay. Professional approachable staff. Clean tidy facilities. The staff are genuinely interested in the children and their progress. I would most definitely
recommend TinyToez to all my friends and family and I wish I had sent my child here from the very beginning. I will be sad when the time comes to leave.

My son as we learnt through the nursery needed further help with his development. The team at Westfields Tiny Toez were so helpful and reassuring with putting a plan together and following all relevant routes to get the best care for him. I am so grateful and he has come on massively in the last 3 months
already. They were quick to help when we thought he might have some food allergies due to rashes occurring on his face and they explain everything in detail to help me understand.

I was so worried about my daughter going to nursery as she’s very clingy but the staff are amazing, not only did they make my child feel comfortable and safe but me too.
I could call anytime I needed to if I wanted to know how she was, they sent me pictures in the morning to show me what she was doing.
Can’t say enough - friendly, understanding and lovely women.

Brilliant nursery with lovely staff. My eldest went for three years and my youngest is now in Baby Toez. There are always great engaging activities for the children, the staff are very nurturing and communication is fantastic. Staff were especially attentive to help settle my youngest as it took a while
and have continued to provide a warm and inviting environment for her.

Great attitude to children, meals provided and overall good care.
I like how the ladies always inform of any accident/illness at the nursery and contact back.
My daughter likes attending her sessions and is having a great bond with her key worker.

Tiny Toez staff have been absolutely brilliant with my son, he has a speech delay and when he first started he wasn’t as confident. But with the care and encouragement and support from the staff my son has come a long way. Always greeted with a smile. Clean and calm lovely nursery. Staff are absolutely
lovely nothing is ever too much.

I would highly recommend applying for your child to attend here. My little one has been attending for over a year, and the sheer amount of progress he has achieved since starting here is tremendous. The staff are amazing and are always going above and beyond to meet the children’s needs.

My daughter started her nursery experience from the age of 3. She absolutely loves it. She loves all the adults who work with her. She always comes out happy and smiling. The staff are great. They have shown a lot of care and attention towards my daughter. The hours are also great, 7.30am till 6pm.
This suits my work brilliantly. Overall a fantastic experience for my daughter and for myself.

I hated the idea of my child not taking a packed lunch due to covid. Covid is still an ongoing thing in this nursery. Whereas my child mostly doesn’t eat and I also get told by them. I was paying for my son's dinner but he isn’t eating so I constantly worry all the time when at work because I am wondering
if he has eaten or not, I also ring to find out too. I did ask them a few times if I can bring a packed lunch as he doesn’t eat and it’s not good for him to have breakfast at 8 am or 9 am and not eat till 2.30 but I was told I can’t. And he also never had a snack as well.

Thank you for taking the time to review ourselves. Just in response please let me take the opportunity to assure you we have had no covid cases or concerns regarding covid for a significant amount of time! Also, as explained upon enrolment we have children with severe allergies and have to be extremely cautious about what foods are bought in the setting. Also, we do not have a facility to store packed lunches within the setting where we could maintain food remaining fresh, especially in the hot weather. Again, this was explained to you on enrolment, and have discussed this with you on numerous occasions since. We have offered you alternative sessions also, to avoid mealtimes. However, upon your review, I have spoken with the staff team who have made me aware that your child does eat whilst in the setting, but the quantity can differ from day to day. If there is anything we can do further we can do to support you and your family please let us know.
