Bright Kids At Studley in rural south Warwickshire has provided quality, friendly childcare services since 1999. Set in over an acre of land the nursery has extensive indoor and outdoor facilities for all age groups. Facilities include an outdoor classroom, bicycle track, gardening areas, fixed climbing equipment, sand and water play, with every age group has activities suitable for their development. They have their own Forest School area where the staff team educate the children about the natural world. Walks to the local woods are frequent as are visits to the park and further afield using their own minibus.

Bright Kids Studley caters for youngsters from birth to twelve years all on one site with all children having their own age-appropriate play space. With a philosophy of learning through play, children work and play together in small groups to develop skills and knowledge to become independent learners for life.

I could not be happier with the care that my son receives at Bright kids at Studley. He has flourished since he started attending in August and speaks about his friends and staff at nursery all of the time. Staff are friendly, caring, dedicated and professional. Their knowledge and passion shines through
in the work that they do and they strive to encompass the children’s interests in the daily activities. I highly recommend Bright Kids of Studley.

Bright Kids is a fabulous nursery. The staff are amazing. They are caring, thoughtful, and clearly do their job because they love children. I have entrusted them with my son, and they have helped to develop him in ways I could not imagine. On top of that the friendly atmosphere and there adaptability
is second to none.

My child is well settled in a nursery and he receives a good care.
My only concern is "nap time" is too short and a rest room is too small also not much separated from playroom, therefore noisy.
All food provided by nursery, however tea is not to good (cans food, long shelf life pancake etc.. ) also
the size of the portion (my son was hungry very often and thirsty) or if the child does not like something no other options available.
I would expect far more better food service from the 5* caterer.

My daughter has attended on and off for years. And whilst I am VERY happy with the staff and the way they are with my daughter.
What I am unhappy with is the administration side of things. I regularly find mistakes with invoices, including dates booked and holidays. When these issues are raised I
have to repeatedly chase until they are fixed, this sometimes takes months to rectify!
In the past it has led to me owing money and having to pay off in bulk because of miscalculations by previous managers. I have been told to pay it and it'll be credit on a future bill-which isn't ideal as a single parent to suddenly have to find hundreds of pounds extra! (And am wary of doing this because of how many months it can take to rectify a simple problem)
This has led to me having warning of my child being suspended because I refuse to pay until it's fixed.
Care wise I'm happy. Administrative wise it's appalling.

I have always had maximum confidence in the staff that have cared for both of my children. There is always a warm, caring ethos with staff engaging the children in a wide variety of activities. The outside space to play in is a real strength too. Staff are approachable, supportive and 'go that extra
mile' with a listening ear and genuine concern that children are happy and safe. We are always greeted with a smile everyday and it easy to see that the staff enjoy building positive relationships with all the children and the families there. I would not choose any other child care provider.

My children are very happy at this nursery. The staff are fantastic. The nursery is seeking to improve its outside space, which I believe could be better segregated according to ages of children and could be made safer for the youngest members of the nursery.

My son has recently started here, he was unsettled and very shy at first. With the support of staff for both of us, he is now happily settled in and really enjoys time spent at nursery. I as a parent feel very comfortable and secure in the knowledge that my son is being well looked after. Management
have been very friendly and accommodating with an open door policy.

Care is second to none - extremely pleased with my sons progress and welfare at the nursery. He is very settled at the nursery and seems a very happy little boy when he is there. All the carers seem to know him, his likes and dislikes and how to care best for him.

Both of my boys love attending after school club! Great service, friendly and helpful staff! Makes life easier for working parents because the service is trustworthy and reliable and the children enjoy going more than coming home after school because they have so much fun.

I have been working with Bright Kids for 3 years now. Previously I progressed my way through many jobs in a nursery in Evesham for 8 years, as childcare has always been a passion of mine. I am the eldest in my family and I have always taken that motherly caring approach with any younger family members, and have always loved to help them in any way I could. This is the main reason for choosing the childcare career path.


I hold a Level 3 in Childcare and Education and have been enjoying my roles for 11 years in total. When starting with Bright Kids I began as a nursery nurse, which I then progressed onto a room leader, then a senior and now the deputy manager. I absolutely love my job, and I take such pride in helping the children to develop and grow while giving them an enjoyable nursery experience. Knowing that I am a part of so many children’s journeys is such an amazing feeling and getting to know them and their families is an absolute privilege.
