First Steps have been so supportive and super flexible in allowing multiple settling-in sessions with me present before building up my child’s confidence to stay by herself. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and now my child talks about them all the time outside of nursery. They set up fun interactive
activities and spend lots of time outside in the garden, which is really important to me. I know that if my child is upset, she will be looked after and feel better in no time. We get honest and amusing updates at the end of each day at pick-up, and we are really glad we chose First Steps for our child.

Our child is coming to the end of her time at First Steps and will soon be starting school. Ever since she began her time there as a baby, the staff have been attentive, supportive and always greeted her (and us) with a happy smile. As soon as she began to talk she would tell us of what she did at nursery
and who she played with. She would do so with much glee. I would recommend this place to anyone who is considering putting their child into a nursery. It is in a great place, the staff are wonderful, and it is run really well.

What better review than from a mum who has been witnessing from her very window how well they take care of the kids in the playground daily? And of course, I decided to enrol my 1-year-old there. The playground is just breathtaking, and the warmth of the staff is great.
We felt welcomed from the very
first phone call to the tour and to the settling in, the team has been fantastic and very flexible with our numerous situations. One day we missed our trains and arrived very late and they were not only very comprehensive about it but "enjoyed the company as they were cleaning up!" They always have a smile on their face and great anecdotes about the little ones.
The manager is doing a great job at running that nursery, she is truly surrounded by some loving Misses who treat the kids as their own from what I can see! Place of fun, love and trust. We will miss it loads!

My son started First Steps in September 2021 going into Tinies just before his first birthday, I was very anxious and nervous. I had nothing to be fearful about, all the staff have been amazing, he loves going to nursery he has a wonderful time and he is thriving.
All the staff are very special people
who have a wonderful way with children and it has given me such peace of mind to go to work and know he is happy and very well looked after!

The staff, management and facilities are all excellent, this is the first nursery that we have used, we can't fault it and feel lucky that we have found a place that feels like a second home for our little girl.

The most amazing nursery. I've been trying to write this review in my head for a few days, but I can't quite get the words to say just how amazing this place is. My daughter went to a few nurseries in London; we moved her as something wasn't right each time.
When we moved to Leamington, I looked around
them all and chose First Steps as it gave me the most amazing feeling. She loved going! She learnt loads, grew in confidence and made friends. She never once cried at the door. The staff were so lovely to us as a family, not just her. I cannot recommend this place more highly.

My daughter is 22 months and has attended the nursery for the last 4 months and she absolutely loves it. She has learnt a lot of good behaviour through the nursery and she is soo excited when she approaches the building to the nursery. She gets so excited to see the lovely teachers there.

I've had my two boys at First Steps and I only have good words to say about them. My first boy just started reception and I can tell the two years spent in First Steps paid a major tribute to his very good start. Staff at the nursery are focused on each child's needs and work together as a team. They
know each child from nursery, are friendly and kind and this reassured me and made my boys feel like they are part of a family. Communication is another important aspect which I think is very good at this nursery. Management and staff are very efficient with sharing relevant information each parent needs to know. The range and diversity of daily activities surprised me in a very nice way. I'm glad my boys get to explore stuff they definitely wouldn't have been able to do at home.

I’ve had 2 children attend First Steps and I can’t praise them enough for all they have done. My little boy started at 2 years and had limited speech, within a couple of months we noticed a huge difference. Knowing how happy he was at nursery we started my daughter in tinies at 5 months old. She absolutely
loves nursery and is a very clever little girl. The staff are amazing and the range of activities are too. The best decision we ever made. A home-from-home nursery. Highly recommended.

Two of our children have attended First Steps from 12-months old, and I would 100% recommend the nursery. The staff are lovely and caring, and my children have always felt comfortable as they have progressed through the different rooms. The staff are consistent with staff having been there for both
my son and daughter's time at the nursery (there is a 3.5 year age gap between our children). The space at the nursery is brilliant, and the garden is amazing, so the children are given lots of opportunities to access this space. Parents are kept well informed, and it’s lovely to see what the children have been up to each day. The nursery has always dealt with any concerns our children have had so well and have done everything to help our children feel at ease. The staff in the Early Years room do an incredible job in preparing children for school helping them to become independent and giving them a solid basis in the key areas required for school, whilst having lots of fun! 100% recommended!

Wonderful nursery. They take great care of my daughter, she loves to go. The carers are great, very friendly and lovely with children. I was very nervous when my daughter started nursery, but everybody was really kind and caring, so it made the process lot easier. Kids do a lot of different activities
and if you give consent you will see nice photos of them at the end of the day. I am so lucky that my daughter goes here!

We absolutely love the nursery! We relocated to the area in 2020 when our son was 14 months old. The staff have been so welcoming and really made us feel at ease. Our son settled in straight away and all our fears about him being at a new nursery quickly disappeared. The range of activities, encouragement
and relaxed atmosphere is reflected in all the happy faces at drop off and pick up.

Really nice nursery. The staff are kind and the atmosphere is calm. Activities are fun, interesting and our children have learnt a lot, which was even more apparent when our eldest started school. The staff are well organised.

My son has been attending this nursery since he was 9 months old and is now 3. I cannot express how happy we are that we chose them. As a parent, to see your child happy to attend is what puts us more at ease. The staff are kind and motivate and encourage the children to be independent. They are always
willing to talk to the parents in case of any concern. Also, the nursery has a massive garden that the children are lucky to enjoy allowing them to spend quality time outdoors. As a plus, parking is not an issue, ever.

Our son started in this nursery aged 10-months. We loved it when we saw it, and they were so welcoming with showing us around and answering our million questions.
I was so happy we had found a nice place for our son to go to. And now one and a half years on, we are even more impressed.
They absolutely
pride themselves on having a close relationship with each child and progressing them as an individual. They take additional medical needs very seriously and do whatever they can to make the child feel safe and settled.
Since being at First Steps Kindergarten, our son has become so much more confident and has come on leaps and bounds in his development. He’s so happy there that we often don’t even get a goodbye as he’s so keen to get in the door!
We love the fact that they get the kids outside every day as our son is a typical boy and needs so much exercise/stimulation. And the kids have so much fun and so many activities.
We honestly feel they are part of the family!

Our daughter enjoys going to nursery and has a smile on her face when we pick her up at the end of the day. She is learning a lot, as they have a wide range of activities throughout the day and week, that also changes with the seasons. She loves her teachers, and always tells us fun and happy stories

We picked this nursery because the staff stood out from others as being really happy and friendly. I’m so glad we picked First Steps as it’s such a super nursery. The staff have always shown a genuine interest and kindness to my daughter, and she built fantastic relationships with staff which was so
lovely to see. She really did like going in, and it was nice to walk away confident that she would be having a good time. My daughter is now one of the youngest in her school class, and I think her confidence and readiness is a credit to their hard work and encouragement. My son has now joined, and he comes out most days in a super happy mood, and it’s clear he’s has a fun day. This nursery has shown their willingness to go above and beyond and made every effort to support Key-worker staff during COVID-19 by remaining open (not many seemed to do this).

When myself and my husband first looked around this nursery we couldn’t believe the size of it! (It’s huge and the garden is amazing.)
This nursery has a really lovely homely feel to it. All the staff are lovely and my 1 year old loves going in, she is raring to get down and play as soon as we enter
(the baby room is a fantastic size for babies to toddle and crawl around in). My other little girl also loves it. It’s a huge bonus having the early drop off at 7.30.
The Tweenie room is also a fab size with lots of room to explore!
Fab nursery, amazing staff, I highly recommend this nursery.

I have two children at First Steps. One is almost four and another is who is now 8 months. As a new mum handing over my then 6-month-old, I was worried - had I made the correct choice of nursery? I need not have! Over the past 3.5 yrs, the team have not only cared for my daughter, but given her love,
friendship, education, fun and everything one could wish for their child at nursery. Each morning, my now two children beam at the door waiting to be let in. Each evening the girls are excited to fill me in on their day's activities. I cannot praise the staff highly enough. Also, there has been a consistent staff group over the period I have known the team, which provides a stable environment for the children. The curriculum, is broad and varied, with children being given a wealth of different experiences, which I would never try at home! I cannot find fault with them. They have always been a pleasure to deal with and I am thrilled my girls are in their safe hands. In one word amazing!
