At Little Pioneers Leamington their children's voices matter and that's why they focus on making sure that each child's key person can provide all of the support and advice that they need.

Their nursery team are big on safety which is why ALL their staff are paediatric first aid trained. They have 5 Little Pioneers who help to share their core values with children such as encouraging them to be independent to making a difference in the world.

They are big on happy children and so they have areas for growing food (and eating it), regular visits to local care homes and take care of each other and the world. They are silver eco schools accredited, a programme that sees children lead the way in making little changes that deliver big environmental differences.

They have a ParentZone app which keeps mums and dads informed about life at nursery with photos from their day, assessments, meals eaten and even toilet training progress.

The interior is split into three separate age groups; babies, teenies, and toddlers, with the addition of a soft play area and a sensory room, as well as a range of outdoor toys in the garden and a large wooden play structure that makes for fun physical play. They also have a pet rabbit, Spencer, who roams around whilst they children stroke him and clean out his hutch.

It's so difficult to know you have made the right decision to return to work and equally as difficult to know when you have made the right choice in childcare!
My son started at The Co-operative Childcare Leamington Grove Nursery in October 2016, he was 10 months old. In this time, he has developed
so much and enjoys his time at nursery. The staff are fantastic and I could not thank them enough for all they do for my son! He is always kept mentally and physically stimulated, he is well fed and actively seeks reassurance when he needs it from his key workers. Next week will be his last week due to my maternity leave starting, but he will certainly return along with his baby sister in the future!
