The experiences my children encounter at the nursery are fantastic! Learning is based on the children’s ideas which ensure that my children are thoroughly engaged and can’t wait to attend. My eldest child has made so much progress since starting nursery and now my youngest is also benefiting from the
stimulating environment and caring and nurturing staff. My children’s key workers have built excellent relationships with us and keep us informed regularly if their progress.

My son had his last day at Nature Trails today and I wanted to say what a great time he has had. I even had a tear in my eye as we drove away. I am always amazed at how all the carers know his name, even those who are not in his room and everyone has been so welcoming and friendly.
The range of activities
available is fantastic, I love that they go out for forest school, and they have done an amazing job getting my son ready to start school in a few weeks. Thank you, everyone.

Vicky Stancer

Job Title: Nursery Manager

Joined: 2006

Vicky is the Manager of Nature Trails Day Nursery in Cawston and has a wealth of experience, having worked in the early years sector since 1997. Vicky has a number of qualifications, including a BA (Hons) in Early Years and Early Years Professional Status. Nature Trails has been part of Childbase Partnership since 2018, yet Vicky has worked at the setting since 2006.


What is your favourite feature of Nature Trails?
My favourite features of the nursery are not only the extensive outdoor space we have to offer but also that we have been able to maintain the personal touch and family feel that Nature Trails has always had.


What are you most proud of about your nursery/team?
I am most proud of how the nursery has grown and become a part of the Childbase family and that our colleagues take such pride in their work and the company ethos.
