My daughter has attended Busy Bees in Rugby full time since she was 10-months-old and has been very happy and settled since the beginning. The staff are very caring and friendly, and really make me feel confident that she is well looked after, and also taking part in fun and educational activities.
I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

Great nursery filled with an excellent range of carers that are capable of caring for all children of all types of backgrounds and ability.
The manager is very helpful and available for any and all queries, but generally, any questions or issues are resolved at the child’s room with their designated
key carer.
My second child will also attend this nursery gladly, and I would recommend it to all family and friends.

Absolutely brilliant - not only are our twins really well cared for, staff really treat them almost as family and are so interested in everything they do, both in and out of nursery. I feel there is a really collaborative approach to the girl's development.
In addition, the relevant discounts available
mean that Busy Bees is not only the best choice for our girls in terms of ease and development but also the most affordable.

My daughter has been attending the nursery for nearly 4-years. I cannot fault the team, and always feel at ease when she is with them. The staff are always warm and welcoming. My daughter has developed in leaps and bounds over the last few years. I truly believe that this is due to the support and structure

Well, what can I say, Busy Bees Rugby have some of the most polite, caring and kind-hearted people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. My 9-month-old had a smile on his face the whole day (for his settling in session) a special shout out to the staff, I know I'm leaving them in safe hands for the
first time.

My little boy attended this nursery full time from 9 months old until he was four. He had such an amazing time and created some amazing bonds with the staff during his journey. I would absolutely recommend this nursery for the staff alone.
The food is cooked fresh on-site daily, the facilities for
each of the rooms is good. We always got a warm welcome every day.

Both of my kids go to Busy Bees Rugby and they love it. The staff are amazing - supportive and professional and so caring. The nursery itself is a lovely facility with great indoor and outdoor areas for the kids in each age group. I would recommend Busy Bees to anyone in Rugby, they make each day so
fun for the kids and work with you as a parent to support your child’s individual needs. I’m always impressed with their food menus too - they offer the kids great healthy meals and snacks. A wonderful nursery, we love Busy Bees!

Overall, good nursery. If I think it would benefit from something, it would be more structure in the pre-school room. It is now a very big room and when we arrive, it's very busy. Could do with some sort of registration/come in/sit down.

I am happy if my daughter is happy and she absolutely loves the nannies and is very happy to come to the nursery. She does enjoy the new room and equipment and she does like the new lighting and wooden blocks. I really do recommend this nursery for everyone who does have children. A+

Hi, my name is Natalie Hall and I am the Nursery Manager at Busy Bees Rugby Nursery and Foundation Class.


I have worked for Busy Bees since 2007. I have a level 3 childcare diploma and a level 5 management qualification. I have my own children that have come to the nursery themselves and loved the nursery environment and flourished so well whilst being here. I am extremely passionate about what I do and truly committed to ensuring each child receives an outstanding, high-quality experience during their years with us at the nursery.
