Son was not welcomed when we dropped him off and he was left standing in the doorway not knowing where to go. They honestly seem like they would rather be anywhere but there. Very much looking forward to putting my son in a nursery that actually wants him.
Finally, when we let the manager know we had decided to withdraw him and detailed the issues and how uncomfortable and upset we were, we just received a one-sentence reply which was basically nothing. Truly unprofessional.

I feel truly sad and disappointed that this family feel this way and that we were unable to resolve the misunderstanding and miscommunication that occurred on that day. At Daisy Chain Day Nursery, we pride ourselves on the high standard of care and education we give to all of the children in our care and the quality of staff we employ. We respect equality and diversity whether the children are government funded or not. We wish this family only the best for the future.
