She has absolutely flourished there, the staff are all fab and always take the time to discuss their day with you at pick up.
She
The meals are really varied and it isn't often she doesn't have seconds so I take that as a good sign!
We also get some photos and updates on the app, so it is lovely to see aspects of their development and days like that.

It is great to hear that your daughter has transitioned from one age to another smoothly, as we know how important it is for transitions to be a gradual process so the staff work hard in ensuring children are settled and secure. We have created a home-from-home environment and being a smaller nursery enables our staff team to get to know all the children. We set up activities that are child-focused and work to children's individual interests.
We work hard to ensure we provide nutritious, well-balanced home-cooked meals that are always a huge hit with the children.

Thank you so much for your lovely review; it is really appreciated. We feel personal/social-emotional development is key for building children's confidence, resilience and independence. It's great to hear we helped in the areas you have mentioned, and our school readiness programme ensures children are supported and ready to go to 'big school'. We have many ways in which we encourage talking about feelings in a fun and safe way where every child feels equal and respected. Our focus on communication and language is a big part of our curriculum, and staff work really hard to ensure they are teaching new vocab and enjoying singing, story-time and role modelling good language throughout the day.

It is important that we promote and support critical thinking, active learning and playing daily which we do through our activities and termly events.
Its lovely to read that your daughter had a smooth transition and felt safe and secure quickly. Being a small nursery we offer a home away from home feel.

Nursery Rhymes were actually my second choice nursery before I went to look around - but meeting the Deputy Manager sold me - she was super nice and the building doesn’t look after your child the people in it do!
My little girl has flourished since starting nursery - it’s obvious that all the team at nursery rhymes love what they do and I can’t thank them enough for taking such great care of my baby girl.
