Established in 1994, St. George's have sites in Leicester: Meridian Business Park, Enderby, Narborough, Oadby and Aylestone, and Nottingham: Sherwood.

The aim is to provide all children with the best childcare and parents with peace of mind that all children are safe, happy and learning.

As well as being a nursery school, St. George's also offers part-time and full-time places, plus an after school and play scheme facility. The nursery accepts children between the ages of 6 weeks and 10 years old.

My daughter started in January and settled immediately with no tears, which made returning to work a lot easier, knowing she was happy. The staff are all lovely and accommodating and show genuine care for my daughter. The app is great, easy to use, and love receiving photos during the day! A good variety
of food on the menu and good activities are provided. My daughter has recently not been bothered about leaving either, which speaks volumes; I know she has an amazing time at nursery. Highly recommend.

My daughter loves attending nursery. She has a very close bond with the team and always leaves with a big smile on her face at the end of the day whilst telling me about all the wonderful activities they’ve done. I love the fact they have free play, and children can have fun with the messy play whenever
they like! The team are very supportive, and happy to help whenever I have needed further guidance and support. An all-around wonderful experience with them so far. Management and the whole team are great, and my daughter has a lovely relationship with them all.

My daughter started here in January, and the staff are amazing. They always inform me about how she was through the day, and it makes us all smile throughout the day, knowing she's safe and having fun. The staff are very polite, positive and friendly. They have done amazing activities and have encouraged
her to explore messy play (which she never liked before).
She always leaves the nursery clean and happy and never wants to actually leave as she's having too much fun!
Thank you again to all the staff for your hardwork, looking after our daughter and making her feel safe and comfortable!

Pleasant staff, who have a good knowledge of both how to care for our child and also how to develop her further.

My daughter has been attending St George's Nursery (Enderby) for two years and four months and has flourished. I am constantly impressed with what she has learnt during her day at nursery, and the staff genuinely care for her. The nursery manager is one of the best managers I have had the luxury of
knowing. My second child will also be joining next year. The nursery has offered them such a safe and nurturing environment to learn and grow. A home-from-home. The best decision I could have made for them.

From the first day we visited with our first son, we were very impressed, having already visited another four and not impressed. My son loved every minute, and we were confident he was receiving a nurturing and caring environment with wonderful, friendly and supportive staff and facilities. We still
feel that same now with our second son, age three, attending there also. I would totally recommend this nursery.

We have been mostly happy with the support and care from St George's Nursery. Our children come out happy and are always able to express what activities they have done and enjoyed.
We could like to comment on school readiness as an area of improvement, as with primary school viewing and expectations,
it does not always feel this area is met. However, we appreciate there are discussions on how to improve this.

When viewing the nursery, we were impressed by the facilities, resources, cleanliness, friendliness of staff and enthusiasm of the management. We had moved home in the middle of the term, and I was worried about child care. My wife did some research online and suggested St George's Nursery. The staff and the kids were very friendly, and my daughter settled in very quickly. She loved going to the nursery, and she made good friends soon. Her
communication and social skills improved, and we were able to see that she was ready for full-time school. And with the app, I was able to track the progress of my child's daily acitvities and nutrition. She was not a good eater, but the amazing staff patiently sat with her till she completed her meal and encouraged her to eat her meal properly every day. I am so happy that we chose St George's Nursery. Thanks to the manager and the amazing staff.

Our first son attended preschool here a few years ago. We loved everything about this nursery then, so knew we had to view it again for our 9-month-old. We honestly could not fault anything; compared to other nurseries that we had viewed. Same staff, spacious, clean and tidy, nothing dirty, lots of
activities, messy play, amazing outdoor area. The children and babies looked happy and well cared for. The set-up was amazing, and we knew it was worth the extra few miles and money we'd have to fork out. Our son has settled in so-so well; he smiles every time he sees any staff member and always seems happy and full of energy. He's developed so much more already after only being there a month. He loves the food too! It's lovely to get photos from the girls when they get a chance and to hear about what our son has been up to. It's lovely to know our baby is in safe, caring hands whilst we're at work. Thank you to everyone for caring for our baby boy and making it home from home for him.

St George’s Enderby is a great nursery. Both of my children have attended. They take great care in looking after the children.
The app is great to see what the kids have been up to.

Hello my name is Emma Reeve, I am the Nursery Manager here at St Georges Nursery School in Enderby. I joined the team in January 2022.
I have worked in childcare for 13 years. I started working with children in an out of school club then moved to the nursery setting, where I took the position as an Assistant Manager. I completed my BA Honours Early Years in 2017. I feel passionately about personal development.
I love supporting the team here at Enderby, to develop and take pride in the opportunities we provide for our children. I believe that children develop holistically and feel passionate about creating an environment that enables this.

Hello, my name is Darryl Horn. I am the Deputy Manager here at St Georges Nursery School in Enderby.
I have been in childcare for nearly 10 years. I have worked at St George’s Nursery School since July 2012. I originally started off as an apprentice, doing my level 2 then my level 3. Once qualified, I then applied for Senior Nursery Nurse, which I did for 2 years before becoming Deputy Manager. I have been Deputy Manager since January 2019. I love working for St Georges Nursery School because its a home from home environment. Its a family run company, who make you feel part of the family.
