This nursery is a fantastic place for children to grow and learn. Staff respect children and support them through their development. Children's differences and interests are carefully considered when planning and delivering activities. Feedback to parents is thorough and personal. My children have been
so happy here and I couldn't ask for more.

Lovely, warm atmosphere to the nursery. Staff are very professional, helpful and friendly.

The staff are so caring and extremely helpful with my son. They make special bonds and relationships with the children which is key when creating a safe environment.
Being a single mum has proved to be a challenge, however, the nursery has made mornings and picks really easy and they're always available
for you to talk to about any issues

Both my boys have enjoyed their time and care from the nursery. The staff and setting is brilliant

The nursery’s education style, learning lessons are impressive. The method used to get your child used to attending nursery is very helpful and the key worker allocation has been a positive experience. A little better communication would be appreciated, timeliness and the accuracy of information that
is passed to a parent can be improved. However, our daughter has developed in many areas since attending Little Acorns and we are pleased the way preschool operates and learning styles and standards and look forward to that stage.

There have been quite a lot of staff changes over recent months, and as a parent I feel this is not always effectively communicated.
There is also at times ineffective communication between staff with messages and information not being shared.
There are staff who show a lot of passion and care and
my daughter has made some lovely friends with other children.
The grounds and building require some maintenance work and TLC.
The manager is efficient in responding to concerns and queries.

My little daughter has been going to this nursery since she was 11 months old. The staff are lovely and accommodating. They have been extremely helpful during a difficult time for the family. I have nothing but praise for the nursery and its staff! I would highly recommend this nursery.

We’ve been really lucky to get a place at Little Acorns. It’s a very well-run nursery and our little man loves it there. They look after him and make his day fun. It’s also reasonably flexible if you want to skip a day or arrive late - they can keep breakfast or feed early as needed if you want to pick
up early.


I do wish they were open beyond 6 pm but other than that, can’t ask for more.

I have had all 3 of my children attend this nursery, and my youngest is currently there. The staff are fantastic and still remember my eldest who left there 7 yrs ago. They have activities in place every day for the kids, they understand the individual needs of each child. My little one loves it here
and is always excited about going in the morning. Staff are always welcoming with a smile and engage with my little one. My little one is always excited to tell me everything she has done in the day. This is one of the best nurseries which has a very home like feeling. I would definitely recommend it.

A fantastic nursery. My son has attended since he was 9 months old and is now coming to the end of his pre-school year. He has always been very happy and really well cared for. Staff are all friendly, approachable and genuinely care about my son's individual needs. They work with parents to ensure continuity
of routine and help parents with the major stages of development for example toilet training. Lots of fun activities are arranged including singing and signing classes. The management are very organised and helpful. We will be sad to say goodbye when my son leaves to start school.

Little Acorns Nursery was recommended by a friend whose children had been there. So I went to view. Absolutely loved it. My son has been going for 2 years there now. He’s so happy and confident now and very happy to explore. The staff are totally amazing they go out of their way to help you and the
child. The support system is great. Absolutely love this nursery. I would honestly give this nursery 10 stars.

The staff are amazing and always willing to listen and give advice when needed. My child has really enjoyed going to the nursery and she always tells us how much she has enjoyed her day. My daughter started at Little Acorns aged 10 months and has been there for almost 5 months. Since starting nursery she has become so confident and is learning new skills on a daily basis. The staff are so kind and caring and my daughter absolutely adores seeing them when we arrive in the morning. As
a parent, I feel as though I am kept informed and updated and I can see that the nursery is a fantastic environment in which children feel safe, secure and happy.

Little Acorns is a lovely nursery with great facilities and a lovely outside garden. But best of all are the carers who are dedicated, nurturing and friendly. Not to forget the chef's excellent cooking skills and the housekeeper's excellent attentiveness to keep the place neat and tidy. This nursery
has a family feel to it and although pricey, definitely worth the money. Keep up the excellent work!

Choosing a nursery is a tough decision and I am so happy we went for Little Acorns. Both my daughters go to Little Acorns and the oldest has been there for 2.5 years now. It's not a large nursery and the children are known to all the staff members, even when I have randomly called in, the staff in
charge are able to tell me immediately how the girls have been that day. I know my children are cared for and loved there. My girls have really come along, they are both confident and chatty.


The sickness policy is good and the staff are very reasonable when calling you and are happy to give analgesia.


The nursery has started using tapestry for some time, which is great, it's so lovely to see what the kids have been up to while you are at work. A bonus is that they supply the nappies/creams/Calpol themselves. And they are always open except bank holidays. They are even open on Good Friday!
