Finding the right nursery is a significant decision, and Stanhope Day Nursery has proven to be an excellent choice. The nursery is warm, colourful, and child-friendly, with a strong emphasis on safety. From soft flooring to child-sized furniture. The caregivers at Stanhope Nursery are nurturing, patient,
and attentive. They are adept at managing temper tantrums, encouraging sharing, and promoting independence. My daughter settled in one week after she started.
The nursery offers a variety of age-appropriate activities that stimulate learning and creativity. Daily updates are provided via personal chats during pick-up.
Stanhope Nursery has been a nurturing and stimulating environment for my daughter. I would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a balance of care, education, and fun. My child was happy there talking about her friends and staff at home, which shows the quality of care provided. Big big thank to the nursery owner is a wonderful lady.

My daughter attended the school for almost a year for full time immediately after we relocated from another country. Stanhope is a gem. Great building and yard and my kid was happy to go every morning. She had a rapid development in behaviour and language. Most importantly she learned to eat much better.
All this thanks to the patient and dedicated staff.
I enjoyed the engagement with the parents and the extra activities that they organised, like games in town or Christmas fayres. An important aspect was that the kids got to know well all the teachers at school. The headmaster and the deputy were always there, attending every class, and had a knowledge for every kid and their needs. Just amazing.
Our satisfaction as a family is beyond words and I would recommend this school with closed eyes for everyone's kids. Thank you, Stanhope.

Our son and daughter both attended Stanhope House Day Nursery and we can't speak highly enough of the friendly and caring team there.
The manager has created a really special nursery. We were so happy with all elements of it - from the wonderful staff, varied activities, lovely garden and nutritious
meals served to the kids. Our daughter required some extra help to get walking and the staff went above and beyond to help her and advise us, which really made a difference. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending the nursery to other parents.

Both of our children went to Stanhope (almost full time), and we are so glad they did. Stanhope has a hugely warm and caring atmosphere, and the staff genuinely seem to love their jobs and support each other so well, too. Our kids grew close to their key workers especially, and you could tell they trusted
them totally. Pretty much everything is taken care of, and they cover long hours. Our children came home having eaten pretty much all the food on offer, so it must've been good! The staff provide great feedback on the children's day at pick up. They always spend plenty of time outdoors when the weather allows, and the garden space is lovely. The children had lots of opportunities to develop their skills, as well as socialise, which I think has been a real god-send for the transition to school. I would highly recommend Stanhope to anyone, and have done, multiple times!

We came to live in the UK for work and finding Stanhope was like finding a family here. The staff consists of excellent professionals, who are above all wonderful people. I've always believed that my daughter at the nursery was in good hands and I've always been calm and happy to leave her with them.
The director has always been available to listen to our needs and has always done her best to accommodate us. Now it's time for us to go back home, but we are sure that our daughter will not forget the wonderful time spent at Stanhope (and neither will we).

Both our children went to Stanhope House and I can easily say it is the best decision we could possibly have made and the best start we could have given them in life. During COVID they provided a safe and 'normal' environment for them to grow up and develop in. The director, another staff member and
the team provide wonderful care and support the children as individuals. Stanhope structured play and learning around their interests and also helped support and allay their fears when they were scared/unhappy. They made our job as parents so much easier, potty training them, teaching them to use a knife and fork, etc. I really am very sad that both children have now grown up and left Stanhope, but I am so grateful for how Stanhope helped turn our babies into wonder, well behaved, clever, kind, happy, confident, fun children, ready to start the next chapter in their lives. Words/this review really can not do Stanhope justice - it is such a wonderful nursery.

Thank you Stanhope team. Our daughter has just finished 3 years at Stanhope and has thoroughly enjoyed her time there. We chose the nursery for our first son back in 2014 and all three of our children attended the setting.
They supported all the children through the milk ladder (for cows milk protein
allergy), assisted with the transition out of nappies/pull-ups and with the move to school.
A delightful nursery - the children have fond memories and miss the team, the food and the garden! A big thumbs up from us all.

We chose this nursery after visiting every nursery we could find in Leicester and what a great choice that was! Our little one loved going there. The staff were amazing and always helpful to help him settle in when needed. The rooms are nice and clean, garden is lovely and food is fresh and nutritious.
We would fully recommend Stanhope House Day Nursery.

Our daughter attended Stanhope Nursery for over three years, and it was an excellent experience. She developed very well and created good relations with the staff and other children. The staff was very professional and handled all kinds of situations related to babies, toddlers, and little kids. The
nursery is also open and welcoming for children from every background. We highly recommend it!

Amazing manager, lovely team, outstanding facilities and cleanliness. The way they supported us with potty training and continue to do so with my son's milk ladder is second-to-none. The meals are varied, nutritious and always sound delicious, and it is clear they all go the extra mile to make Stanhope
a wonderful place to be and work. Overall, Stanhope really does have a special family feel, which we absolutely love and highly recommend to others.

Excellent, professional staff who are very caring - they're like an extended family for me and my husband here in Leicester. My son attended Stanhope from 8 months old until he went to school, and he very much enjoyed his time here. Now my 2-year-old daughter is currently attending this nursery - as
a lockdown baby, the nursery had massively helped her to be more social with others and confident over time. Stanhope has positively contributed to my children's overall development and really appreciates all that they do for the children under their care. They're just the best children's nursery in town. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

After not being 100% happy about the way the first nursery we sent our daughter to was run, we were reluctant to send her elsewhere, but after looking around Stanhope and speaking to all the lovely staff, I felt at ease. They are all so helpful and welcoming, very informative and keep you up to date
with everything. They offer a variety of healthy cooked meals, and my daughter has enjoyed eating some things there she was previously unsure of. All of the children seem happy, and my daughter has opened up much more since being there. On her 2nd day, she was hugging a staff member and children in the room, which I had never seen her do before at her first nursery or in play centres. She feels welcome there and is always excited to go. Would recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a great place in the area.

My son attended this nursery, and I’ll recommend this as a safer place for every parent who wants to send their children. The staff treat children very kindly and clean. I never see my son coming with painted or dirty clothes home. The director is a very kind and caring person. I really recommend this

Our experience with this nursery was the best in the UK. All personnel were supportive, friendly and really helpful, especially with my kid whose mother language isn’t English. They are professional, and they managed very well with all the challenges we faced. My daughter enjoyed being there. They are
safe, enthusiastic, after less than 4-months, they know her well, can deal very well with her personality. They have a big, lovely garden full of joyful things to be done.
The place is very diverse, and kids are happy, developing and energetic.
Highly recommended.

My son spent almost 4-happy years here before starting reception at his new school in September. He loved his teachers, the atmosphere, and his friends. It's a great place to come not only because of the great outdoor space the building has but also, the caring nature of those that work there. He cried
all the way home on his first day of school saying how much he missed the teachers and friends at Stanhope.

My son had such an amazing few years at Stanhope Day Nursery. The staff were always professional, dedicated, attentive, and warm towards our son, who grew very fond of his carers such as one (no longer working at Stanhope) and another lady, who were his favourites. The manager is always prompt and helpful
with communication ranging from payments to health issues. The whole team do a fantastic job of not only providing excellent care to the children but documenting so much as they grow - photos are taken regularly along with detailed notes on a child's social and physiological development. When our son finished at Stanhope, we got a record of all the notes they'd made on our son, and a lovely USB with photos they'd taken of him over the years, which we will treasure forever. If we have a second child in the near future, we will definitely be sending them to Stanhope as it was a wonderful experience. The facilities are great - from the building itself to the beautiful garden and playground.

Great nursery with great facilities. The staff take extremely good care of the children and offer an immense amount of support to parents. I have seen my daughter thrive and grow in their care. It was very hard for me to leave her at nursery at first but the staff were so supportive and understanding.
She has learnt so many amazing things. It is always a joy to pick her up and ask her about her day and hear all that she has done during the day. Communication from management and staff has always been amazing. They have a great garden, maintain excellent cleanliness and I really appreciate the separate changing facilities for children. They have worked really hard to maintain social distancing and necessary safety measures during Covid-19.

My son is very happy here. Always full of stories to tell me about his day. The nursery is a very friendly and homely environment for children and parents. Staff are well qualified, experienced and always keen to talk to you about your child. Very inclusive of your family values, and I believe my child
