Glebe Farm Nursery School is a family-run nursery on the outskirts of Lincoln that provides outstanding childcare for children aged from 6 weeks to 5 years, 49 weeks a year.

Situated in idyllic countryside, children do much of their learning in the nursery's two acres of secure land. Nature is a key feature of the children's education and wellbeing support, whether they're exploring the nursery's woods, willow tunnel or climbing area, role-playing in the castle, playhouse or play tent, or learning about the wider world in the outdoor classroom.

Meals are home-cooked and nutritionally balanced, with any dietary requirements catered for. Much of the produce that children eat is grown on the nursery's vegetable patch and children actively learn about living a healthy lifestyle.

We are extremely happy with the care & attention given to our daughter. Particularly by the staff in her room (rising 3's) Our requests are always listened to and followed where possible. She has lots of fun, building relationships & growing in confidence with their support. The recent task of showing

My son has attended Glebe Farm Nusery School since September 2023 and has been a member of both the rising 2's & rising 3's rooms. He has formed incredibly stong connections with his key workers often telling me when outside of nursery that he cant wait to see them. The key workers have also encouraged
the children to form really strong friendships with each other. My son does something different every day he attends the nursery, the activities are creatively designed by the key workers and implemented in fun and interesting ways. It is clear a lot of thought and planning goes into each day, which is again demonstrated by how often the room changes its set up and areas in order to maintain interest and spark their imagination. The confidence & knowledge he has gained being in the care of the rising 3's is invaluable. His speech & language development has far exceeded my expectation and I believe the hardworking, skilled & attentive team members are to thank for this. I have no doubt that my child receives exceptionally high quality care and teaching when attending nursery; it shows through the smile on his face when he walks in the room. Thank you to all.

Our experience with Glebe Farm has been exceptional! From the moment we enrolled my child, the staff has been warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The nurturing environment they provide fosters not only learning but also emotional growth.
Additionally, the nursery offers a diverse menu of well-cooked
meals. It's reassuring to know that my child is enjoying nutritious, balanced meals that encourage healthy eating habits.
The curriculum is well-rounded and engaging, with a perfect balance of play-based learning and educational activities. I've seen my child grow in confidence and social skills, thanks to the dedicated staff who genuinely care about each child's development.

Since my daughter has started Glebe each room has supported different stages of her development. Not only this but staff and management have supported our whole family when I went on deployment. Most recently the 4s have massively helped my daughter with becoming a big sister, talking to her about her
feelings and role playing with activities. Each time we collect her she is always smiling and tells us all the exciting things she has been doing at nursery (especially the forest school)

Lovely nursery with great teachers and support staff. He loves going to nursery. The outdoor facilities are great and his teachers have been fantastic at guiding him to learn and play. The lonely negatives are the track and car park which can get a bit congested but it's not the nursery's fault!

My daughter has been attending Glebe Farm for the last two years and I couldn't imagine sending her to any other nursery. The staff in the rising three's all take amazing care of her and are all friendly and approachable, nothing is ever too much trouble and I feel happy knowing she is in a safe and
caring environment. The nursery has in the last year had a new management team who have been brilliant, they have worked hard to update the nursery and have added some lovely new areas for the children, they are always available to help with any queries and always make you feel welcome. My son currently attends the nursery in the rising twos room and we couldn't be happier with the care that they provide for him. They are attentive to all his needs and very caring and loving, greeting him with smiles and cuddles in the morning. He loves coming to nursery and is always happy to come
in and excited to see what they are doing that day. His development is always monitored closely and I'm always kept up to date on how he's doing and what his next steps are. The ladies are always so lovely to talk to and can never help enough with requests or questions I have. The office team are also brilliant and always help with anything we need. The two managers have done an amazing job in revamping areas of the nursery and providing the children with lovely areas to play in and organizing family days, open days and charity money-raising events.

My two boys have settled in so well at Glebe Farm Nursery School. The staff are fantastic and really make a connection to the children. My eldest is always excited to go and see his key person, who he calls his best friend. The toys and facilities are brilliant and there is always a healthy and delicious
food menu. The staff always publish a daily care diary and observations on the parent app and it's great to see what the boys have been up to each day!

Glebe Farm Nursery School is a wonderful nursery, my daughter has just finished there and moved to school and my son has just started.
My daughter has had the best start at school which we feel is a credit to the staff, she is happy, kind, helpful and already great at phonics.
I could not have imagined
sending my son anywhere else, the baby barn feels like a little home, it's open and spacious and my son loves it there and the staff are wonderful and caring!
We love the outside space and the opportunities to learn and play outside.

Our son has attended the nursery since he was 11 months old (now 3 years old) and we have seen such brilliant overall development in him. I can honestly say a big part of this is down to the brilliant work done by all Glebe Farm staff. Our son loves the nursery and is always excited on his nursery days

My son has been at Glebe Farm for a year now and he has loved every moment! The staff have all been exceptionally kind and supportive to him. I know my child is cared for and encouraged to be the best version of himself and as a parent, that's the most important thing! They've been brilliant in meeting
his dietary needs and working with me in areas such as learning, toileting and developing language as well as supporting him, when his dad, who serves in the military, was away on deployment. I couldn't recommend highly enough!

Both of our children attend Glebe Farm Nursery School and we couldn't imagine sending them anywhere else. It's so important to us that our children are in a loving and safe environment. All the staff are friendly, professional, supportive and nurturing. When our children have struggled with the drop-off,
the staff have used gentle and reassuring approaches to make the transition smooth. As parents, the staff have been incredibly supportive towards us too, (especially during a family emergency).
The staff really get to know the children, it feels like a big family.
The facilities are great and a big draw to the nursery is the outside space and the amount of time they spend outside, which is really important to us.
The baby barn is beautiful, such a great place for the really little ones.
We love the activities they do and the artwork they bring home. They do so many different activities, with different themes each week.
As protective parents, I highly recommend this nursery.

My son has attended Glebe Farm from the age of two years. The nursery setting has really helped him to progress with his learning and social skills. The staff have always been brilliant and shown great care and understanding towards my son who had early signs of Autism when he started nursery.
Glebe
Farm has a very unique setting located in the open countryside which gives the children the opportunity to explore wildlife and the great outdoors. This is something that really appealed to us as parents when we chose Glebe.

Both of our girls have attended Glebe from 9 months old, (our eldest left last year for school). It has always been wonderful in every way.
