Overall Experience

I'm very satisfied with The Jack & Jill Day Nursery. My two and a half-year-old son is very happy to stay and spend quality time there. Attending The Jack & Jill Day Nursery is giving him a very positive boost in development. Everything is up to high standards and children are well looked after. The

Overall Experience

Both of my children have attended The Jack & Jill's Day Nursery and my eldest, now eight years old loved her experience there, she learnt so much and always came home happy with lots of exciting stories to share with us. My youngest who currently attends is two years old and she is in the giraffe room.

She has struggled with separation anxiety due to the pandemic and it has been an extremely difficult time for me and her. I can't thank and praise the staff enough for their commitment in supporting her needs. They have had some lovely ideas to help settle my daughter and encourage her to play, such as making her a mini mummy to play with her, books and a beautiful wooden spoon for her to find in the room. Four members of staff in particular, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am an anxious parent who has to call the nursery every day my daughter attends to see how she is doing and the staff always remain helpful and understanding. Thank you to another member of staff and the manager.

Overall Experience

The Jack & Jill Day Nursery is a lovely setting and has been full of fun and learning for our three children who have attended over the years. Our twins first attended the nursery back in 2016 and our youngest started in 2019. All three children have enjoyed socialising, playing and learning throughout

their time at the nursery and as parents we were always greeted by smiles when arriving to pick them up, making us smile! The staff are so friendly and chatty, making us feel comfortable and confident that the children are well looked after and cared for, our children speak highly of the staff and have fun with each one of them. As parents we have also enjoyed the opportunity to see what the children have been up to and see their developments through the app, its nice to see photos and updates. Whilst the twins have moved on to school and our youngest soon to start in September, I would highly recommend the nursery, it has provided the best start in life for them all.

Overall Experience

We switched to The Jack & Jill Day Nursery after I had some concerns about the quality of care in my daughter’s previous nursery. I was immediately reassured by the responsiveness and professionalism of the nursery manager and room co-ordinater. During the last two years she has had great care from

all staff. She has always been happy there and the nursery has always been very communicative with me as a parent. Staff turnover is low compared to other nurseries which is good for the emotional well being of the kids and reflects well on the nursery management.

Overall Experience

I highly rate the care and provision at Jack and Jill’s. My daughter loves going and often doesn’t want to leave at pick up as she is having so much fun. The staff are friendly, helpful and caring and plan lots of fun activities for the children. The office and management staff are very approachable

and helpful too. My eldest also went here and loved it.

Our little man started going to the nursery in January and has changed so much... I can just praise the staff there who make sure that he is developing and really helping him to thrive. We have received support not only at nursery but outside as well. Everyone there is really helpful. I think this nursery

Overall Experience

My child is 2 and has been attending the nursery since he was 7-months. My husband and I have had an excellent experience. The manager is exceptional and knows every child and their personal development so well. The environment is warm and welcoming and feels like a home away from home for my son. Any

challenges have been met with action plans to ensure the best support and care. I would highly recommend Jack and Jill.

Overall Experience

I have been using The Jack & Jill Day Nursery for the past ten years and have used them for all three of my children. I moved out of the town a couple years ago and although it would of been more convenient for me to put the children into a closer nursery, I kept them in The Jack & Jill Day Nursery

as they were so happy and settled there. The staff are amazing and have helped me through some really tough times, being understanding and supportive throughout! They make the transition between preschool and reception amazingly smooth for the children and provide the best care for all the little ones. It’s a very spacey, open nursery with plenty of room for the children. They were fantastic through Covid-19 and have done a fabulous job of keeping all the children safe.

Overall Experience

Jack and Jills is a wonderful nursery with lovely staff. They have been incredibly patient with my daughter, who started here at 9months old (now 2), she was and still is incredibly wary of new people, but the staff in the baby room managed to win her round pretty quickly. When moving to the next room

up, I knew it wasn’t going to be an easy transition, so Jack and Jills offered extra settling sessions to the next room and made the move happen smoothly for my daughter. Drop off can sometimes be tearful, but the staff in the room know what to do and are always on hand to make it a quick handover, the quicker I’m gone, the quicker she settles!
Big thumbs up from me!

The staff at Jack and Jill have been amazing in their support for my daughter both before and after lockdown closures in helping her advance her skills and make up any areas where she was behind the expected levels in prep for going off to school; they supported a different when it was deemed suitable

Overall Experience

I can not express just how much the ladies and especially the manager have been amazing. I had a child with additional needs and was provided with a SENCO worker; the collaboration between the nursery and his health professionals was second to none. My son was non-verbal, and upon leaving the nursery,

he had already started talking, with all their hard work and commitment my son has had the best start within the early years with this nursery. Thank you!

Overall Experience

The staff at this nursery have been brilliant with all 3 of my children who are all currently attending the nursery. They are brilliant with my kids and go above and beyond to support their development. The staff are all very friendly and approachable and happy to help in any way they can and answer

any questions I have.

My youngest has taken time to settle as she very Mummy clingy, and they have been so patient with her.

I wouldn't send my children anywhere else.

Brilliant sized indoor and outdoor space.

Overall Experience

My daughter joined the nursery when she was 15 months old and is now 4 and will be leaving this summer when she starts school. Jack and Jill's have been outstanding in their care of my daughter, when she started she wasn't settling so they happily offered more settling in sessions for her to help her

prepare for me leaving her for longer periods. They have spent time building her confidence in so many ways and she is so happy to be there.

The staff there are well trained and genuinely care for the children under their care. There are lots of improvements being made to continually build upon what can be offered. The addition of the Forest School is a prime example. The children are taught to take some responsibility such as getting their own breakfast and making appropriate choices which will stand them in good stead moving on with their education.

I would 100% recommend this nursery to any parent as it has been a joy to have my daughter there and see how happy she is.
