My 11-month-old started here in September when he was 7 months old. He has developed so well and absolutely loves going to nursery.
They were so welcoming when we had a look around and nothing was too much trouble.
They always cook fresh and nutritious homemade foods even for the babies.
It is
an amazing nursery with amazingly caring staff members. They all know my boys name and make the effort to say hello everyday even if they do not normally look after him. Such a friendly, happy and welcoming place to send my boy.

I wouldn't think of a better nursery to take my child to. All the staff are kind and friendly they are also very understanding which personally, I find amazing.


My little girl has been going to this nursery for the past 6 months and since she has been going, her speech has come on so well. My little

girl has had separation issues and since going to this nursery, they have gone out the window.


Since going to this nursery altogether has been the best thing to happen for my little girl. She has come out of her shell, made loads of friends and she loves going altogether she always has a smile on her face whilst I'm dropping her off and when I'm picking her up. I honestly couldn't ask for a better experience for her.

My son has now been attending Serendipitys, Balderton for two years and will shortly be transitioning from the toddler room to pre-school.
I am quite anxious about him making the transition purely because my son can struggle with change but I know the staff from the toddler and pre-school room will
work together to make the transition for my son as smooth as possible for him and myself.
I'm really pleased with the nursery's improvements that are currently underway!
Nothing is ever too much for the staff at Serendipitys, Balderton. Especially in the last few months, I have regularly had to book my son into nursery last minute and on the odd occasion, I have had to move/cancel my son's session/s. They will always try and do what they can to help you.

Our 18month old son started at Serendipity's and I cannot praise the team and environment enough. They really helped to make my son and myself feel happy with him being at nursery. I have seen him develop so much in their care.


Unfortunately, due to a house move my son will need to leave Serendipity's

which makes me very sad to be saying goodbye.
This nursery is a real gem- I would highly recommend.

My daughter loves going to Serendipity's Balderton and even shouts excitedly for it as we approach each morning. The staff are very caring and friendly and always happy to help in any way they can to support both my children, even though my eldest is in full-time school. He’s very keen to stay and play
at nursery and even offers to help sweep up! The manager at Balderton is brilliant, always helps to brighten my day and send me off to work with a laugh. The toddler room head is fantastic, a very caring lady who my daughter adores - always willing to go the extra mile to make sure my children and I are happy and comfortable. Couldn’t ask for any better.

I have had an excellent first experience with the staff team at Serendipitys and felt very happy to leave my two children there.
Both my children absolutely love it and I wouldn't dream of sending them anywhere else.

I sent my daughter to this nursery where she flourished! And I thank the whole team for this as she now is doing the same at school!!
Our son now goes here as well and to be honest I can’t recommend them enough. What a bunch of wonderful people from the cook, the handyperson to the kind caring staff
and managers they all have my children’s best interests at heart. They are all approachable and I feel that action is taken when I have concerns or need some advice.


Very lovely kind and caring staff at Balderton, they are a credit to the company!! :-)

Both of my daughters have attended this nursery. My youngest is still there and my older daughter goes in the school holidays. I've always felt as though my children’s needs have been the main priority. The staff are excellent with all of the children and both my girls have developed great relationships
with them. They are all very approachable and happy to help in anyway they can. I feel extremely comfortable leaving my children here. My youngest has really progressed especially with her language. I would highly recommend this nursery and already have done.

My twin boys have been at Serendipitys since they were 6 months old. They have recently moved into the Pre-school area. Both boys are growing into happy, confident children and I could not have asked for a better group of professionals to help me raise my boys. We will be very sad to leave come September

My son has been at Serendipities for more than 2 years. He really enjoys his days at nursery. The staff are fantastic and very approachable, during his time in Pre-School he has been learning French!

My son loves going to nursery, he settled in very quickly when he first started and all the staff took the time to know him and his routine. He always has a big smile on his face when I come to collect him. His days are filled with lots varied and exciting activities and they are always trying something
new. I love that even in the baby room they eat meals at a little table just like family meals at home. All the staff are fantastic, they take the time to know each child individually even when they aren't in my son's room. Brilliant nursery, I would recommend it to anyone.

Serendipity's Day Nursery & Pre-School Balderton provides a caring, home from home environment that I am more than happy to recommend to other parents.
Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, who go out of their way to ensure children feel secure and loved.
Choosing daycare for your child is one
of the most important decisions a parent has to make. My daughter loves playing and learning at Serendipity's so I know that I made the right choice.
