Have used this nursery for 2 children since 2017. It has been without fault, truly amazing. They are so advanced in their teaching techniques, always putting the needs of the children first. The range of activities are great, lots of outdoor play, plenty of trips on the trolley bus to the local woods,
parks, etc. Quality and creative equipment. The food also goes down an absolute treat, all home-cooked and cater for all needs and allergies etc. The staff are so dedicated, patient, caring and friendly. Just wonderful.

My child has been to Granby House in Carlton for more than six months and I cannot sing enough praises for the staff looking after him. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming, right from the door so that the child goes in with a smile on their face. In the room, the decor is simple, not busy or eye-catching,
just enough for little minds to discover at their own pace. Most of the toys are open-ended and based on natural materials (metal, wood, glass, very little plastic). The nursery practitioners are very knowledgeable, friendly, caring and attentive. The food, oh wow! The cook is an absolute treasure and is a great asset to the team. My little man always finished everything the cook has cooked for him (he has a couple of allergies and the meals have been adjusted accordingly). All in all, I am very happy, I am confident that he has a great time there, is being looked after properly and he is gaining lots of skills. Highly recommended!

Granby House goes above and beyond for the children and only have their best interests at heart, my little girl has come on in leaps and bounds since going there. They do something during each session within a variety of learning techniques, that are brought home with them.

Our daughter started to attend Granby last June and it was the best decision we've made, she absolutely loves it! We love the blog on the app, seeing what she has been up to, and being able to communicate straight to her room and to the staff with any information to hand over or concerns. Her development
has just progressed and she has thrived since being a part of the Granby family. The visits up to her starting helped no end, because on her first official day she just ran in, excited to go. We would definitely recommend Granby Nursery and will be sad for our daughter to leave in September to start school.

Granby House is absolutely fantastic! I was comfortable leaving my son there from the first day I walked in. The staff are so kind, patient and they are interested in each and every child and their development. I have always felt like my son is safe, well looked after, happy, eating healthy food and
learning so many new things each day! He’s one for the outdoors and exploring and Granby encourages this with their excellent outdoor play area and the fun educational activities they do out there. My son comes home and teaches me new things which I always enjoy hearing. Granby is part of our family, I wouldn’t choose anywhere else.

The staff here are fantastic.
My child has developed at all levels with their help and dedication.
They go above and beyond to accommodate my child’s needs and also give support to us as a family.

Absolutely brilliant provision with amazing staff who are supported by strong management. I cannot fault the care they give to my little boy, he is looked after tremendously in their care. Communication is absolutely fantastic with the use of the app and the staff's ability to keep it up to date.

Granby Nursery is an outstanding nursery provision. My son has attended for over a year. He is now almost two and attends full-time. He has really great relationships with the members of staff, in particular his key worker. His days are filled with learning experiences through play and I am always amazed
at the amount he gets done! It makes my day at work much easier knowing that he is well looked after, happy and thriving. He is provided with healthy, well-balanced meals and eats really well. They are often outside with the children when I collect my child, taking advantage of their wonderful outside space and they take trips to the local lake and woods regularly. I am extremely happy with the nursery and would recommend it strongly to others.

Amazing nursery with endless fun and learning.
Both our boys have been here (one still goes) and have had the best experiences we could ask for.
Kind, friendly staff with fabulous imaginations which they bring to the nursery on a regular basis. Our boys were always full of excitement telling us about
their day.
The attitude to outdoor experiences “no matter what the weather” and the fresh home-cooked food were two major key points for us when choosing a nursery for our children.
We will be sorry to leave the nursery.
Would highly recommend this nursery time and time again.

I moved my little girl from another nursery and I’m so glad I did she has developed so much and is always happy when I pull into the car park to drop her off. The staff are all friendly and I get so excited to log on to the app at lunchtime to see what adventures she’s been up to with her little friends.

Amazing nursery, very friendly and caring staff. My daughter always comes home very happy and looks forward to going. I was so apprehensive about putting my little boy into nursery but with Granby, he is as loved and as cared for as he is at home! He comes home smiling every day! Their communication is amazing and I can’t thank them enough. When it comes to my little boy’s extra needs, they’ve provided so much help
and support and it has had such a positive impact on our whole family. Could not recommend Granby enough!

Granby House is a fantastic nursery. Both my children have attended this setting since they were 1 year old. My eldest left in August 2021 when she transitioned to school. Granby House developed her into a happy, confident and inquisitive child that has stood her in very good stead for school. The staff
are amazing and attentive to all the children not just those in their direct care. How they carried on throughout the lockdowns is to be commended as they maintained the routine that the children love. If you need a nursery you must visit Granby House.

Highly recommend, all staff take the time to get to know each individual child and their needs, wants and wishes as an outcome of their Granby experience. An app with all details, photos and meals that the child has had and participated in during each day. All staff are lovely.

My child has transitioned and settled in perfectly at Granby Carlton. He originally only attended two half days but is now there 2 full days a week. The staff have made the whole experience so comfortable and helped so much with any separation anxiety my child had. He is only 10 months old and I have
full trust in Granby, their staff and the ethos of the nursery. They offer my child a well-rounded plant-based menu at our request.

Granby was the perfect start for my daughter's learning journey. The love, care and encouragement they have given her over the years has provided her with the self-belief and independence she needed to begin her new school with confidence. The way in which Granby communicates with parents, both in person
and on the app, is exemplary. I always knew what my daughter had been doing and could look for updates during the day. The information they provided also aided discussion about her day, which helped develop her language skills. The Granby team are all friendly and approachable. They are also very understanding, especially when things aren't all plain sailing! I feel very lucky to have found such a lovely nursery for my little ones.

My little boy loves Granby Carlton, so much so that he refers to it as a home. Every day that he is there, he skips in. I know that he is happy there and has the best possible provision in place. A huge thank you to the amazing staff body.

Wonderful nursery. My boys struggled to transition and they gave me regular updates when they started there to keep me informed and reassured.
They play outside every day, get out and about in the community, engage in yoga, mindfulness, sports coach sessions etc.
The food is varied and healthy and
I get to see what’s been eaten daily using the app.
During the lockdown, they streamed live storytimes so those not attending kept a connection with staff.
They’ve also held information evenings around getting ready for school and healthy eating for kids.
I’d highly recommend Granby to anyone looking for childcare.

Absolutely outstanding care. Staff are so attentive and caring. The activities the children partake in really help and support their natural development. They spend a good amount of time outdoors and exploring which we love. Meals are all cooked in house by a wonderful cook, they’re always nutritious
and well balanced. The app for parents/carers is always full of information and updated multiple times a session. The staff are always happy to reassure and listen to any worries and really helped my daughters settle in amazingly. The communication excels expectations. Overall this is a fantastic early years setting, I couldn’t recommend it enough.
