Fantastic nursery - staff are very friendly and interact with the children to help their needs. My kids always have a great time when they're at nursery. They've really started to gain their own personalities since starting at nursery. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Busy Bees have been amazing for both my children. The care my child currently receives is great, and I never have any concerns.
The staff know my daughter like she's their own child and communicate well with me about her day, every day.
The activities are always set out well for the children and
change regularly, she receives a varied diet, enjoys playing outside and the nursery is extremely clean!
The communication through the app daily is also great and offers reassurance throughout the day while I'm at work.
The staff are like an extended family - they are so amazing with her and me! They are friendly and helpful, and nothing is too much trouble.

From day one (September 2023) the management and team in my son's room have been nothing short of incredible.
The relationships that have been built between my son and the members of staff is amazing to watch. Drop-offs are full of smiles and pick-ups come with a full debrief of his day (on top of
the information through the app, which is great!)
My son's words, independence, and boldness have come on leaps and bounds since starting.
Communication with my wife and I, when he has been unwell/high temperature, has kept us in the loop, with an update on how he has been doing.
In the initial month when we first started we called a couple of times to see how he was getting on (parental anxiety!), the team were great and were happy to take a call.
The team are amazing and deserve full praise for all that they do!

My Daughter has been attending Busy Bees Long Eaton since June 2022. I am so pleased I chose Busy Bees for my daughter, they have helped in every way possible in my daughters progression, i.e encouraging her to walk, talk and eat independently. All of the staff are very friendly. And update me on the
app throughout the day on how she has eaten, nappies and slept, also verbally on pick up on how her day has been.

Great staff who are very friendly. The activities for the children seem very engaging and fun. Our son has been attending the nursery for 1.5 years, and his development is incredible. I love the updates throughout the day via the app. The menu is diverse, interesting and nutritious and exposes the children
to foods they wouldn’t usually eat. Would recommend the nursery to anybody!

My little boy started Busy Bees Long Eaton in October 2019 and has loved every minute. He settled straight away, drop off was so easy with the staff, he loved them. The pandemic stopped him from going in for a few months and on his return, he was clingy as expected, but after a few weeks of familiar
faces, the drop off wasn't an issue for him. His speech was delayed and they set aside time for one to one's to work on his speech. He is now a little chatterbox and doesn't stop talking, ever! He is now in preschool having the time of his life. I could not recommend Busy Bees Long Eaton enough! The nursery is clean, has plenty of toys and has the most wonderful staff. I will be sad when his time at Busy Bees Long Eaton comes to an end. Forever your biggest fan.

Amazing nursery which I highly recommend. The staff are lovely and really care for the children. They do lots of great activities and my daughter comes home happy and excited to tell me about her day. She's been there from the baby room through to preschool.

My child has been attending Busy Bees Long Eaton since he was 11 months old and he is shortly due to leave to start school. I cannot recommend the nursery highly enough! They are caring, supportive, listen to concerns and provide excellent feedback on my child’s progress and development. They take a
keen interest in activities we do as a family outside of the nursery and integrate them into learning in the nursery, to build relationships and develop learning further. The activities set are creative, fun, and engaging. The staff really care and take time with you. My child loves attending the nursery and has grown in confidence due to their support. The food menu is of a high standard and I trust the nursery, which is paramount.

Our son loves going to Busy Bees Long Eaton. He runs into nursery in the morning without any hesitations and always comes out smiling. The staff are really helpful with any queries that we have and are always friendly. They plan lots of exciting activities for our son to complete and try to plan the
activities around his interests. They set tailored targets for him and I feel like he is really cared for when he is in their care. There is a fantastic menu with lots of variety and I feel content knowing that he is eating well at nursery.

Very impressed with this nursery. Both of my boys went there and my youngest is still there. They communicate very effectively and listen to your concerns.
I would recommend this nursery to any parent.
They know me by name and are always smiling. I feel like my child is happy and safe.

As soon as we visited Busy Bees during Enrolment Week, we knew this was the nursery for us. Every single member of staff was warm, friendly, welcoming and couldn't do enough for our daughter during her time there. We were sad to leave the nursery due to relocation but in the time that our daughter was
there, her confidence grew immensely, she built some lovely relationships with staff and made some great friends. There were so many activities throughout the day and lovely outdoor areas for the children to explore. We would whole-heartedly recommend this nursery.

All the staff are very friendly and welcoming they have really helped me feel at ease sending my son to nursery. My son enjoys all the activities and always has so much fun. He loves playing in the big garden area and learning new things every day. His confidence has come on so much.

Having researched all the nurseries in the area, we chose Busy Bees based on how welcoming the staff were on our visit and the layout of the nursery. The staff are friendly and hard-working. The activities they do are great. They offer a personal touch that I've not seen at other nurseries. Simple things
like providing the children with a raincoat, Busy Bees rucksack and Busy Bees teddy, all add to the memories for our daughter. You are kept informed with the activities for the month and they arrange day trips and theatre visits for the children. Our daughter started nursery a shy timid girl and she left nursery extremely confident with some lovely friends including the staff which she speaks about on a day to day basis. The graduation they planned was fantastic even on a Saturday so parents could attend. They offer a personal touch and I would recommend this nursery to anyone. We are sad it is our last day and will miss the staff and the children.

My son has the best time at nursery! Leaving your child to go to work is difficult but the staff at Busy Bees make it so much easier. The staff are all lovely, lots of different activities for the children, wonderful outdoor area for each room and they always seem to get the children out for fresh air
when they can. The food is healthy, home cooked food and the staff have worked so well in getting my son to eat a variety of food.

Our little boy loves his time at nursery he has so much fun playing and the staff are very good at keeping us updated at how he is developing and how we can help him develop, he has come on so much. He gets involved in so many activities which we wouldn't be able to do at home. He runs into nursery
and can have a great time with his key worker and all his friends. All the staff are so helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend to others.

Great nursery, my daughter has been going for over a year now and loving her time at nursery. Her key worker and all the staff work really hard to help her develop and I am regularly updated with how’s she is doing. So many activities to get involved in to keep her busy and she has made so many friends.

My child started at the nursery last year and settled so well with the amazing staff team.
Everybody was so friendly and welcoming. Her keyworker made me feel at ease and from the first trial built up a great bond with my daughter. She is always happy to attend nursery and this makes my working day

My daughter has been attending Busy Bees now for over 6 months and she absolutely loves it. She seems to have built a great bond with her room staff, they're always doing different activities, trying new things and giving the children new experiences. I feel like the staff have taken the time to get
to know and her little personality and always communicate well on what she has done in the day, things she's achieved and what we can be working towards. I never feel rushed when I drop her off or collect her either.


Alice started attending nursery from 7 months and both friends and family members have commented on how well she is doing and advancing. I would recommend this nursery to any family in the area and am so glad we chose them. Alice starts and finishes her day there with a smile on her face.

I have been extremely impressed with all areas of the nursery. The specially designed menu ensures that your children are getting a healthy balanced diet, which is really important. The staff are warm and approachable and seem to genuinely care about the children. My little girl absolutely loves the
staff, which makes leaving her in the morning so much easier. There is always loads going on in the rooms, with different activities, crafts, themes etc and the outside facilities are excellent. My little girl has made os much progress since attending nursery with regards to her speech and learning and she loves attending which is the most important thing for me.

Hi, my is Laura and I am the Centre Director at Busy Bees Long Eaton.


I have been working at the nursery since 2008 and have progressed through the positions of the Centre starting off as a qualified Early Years Educator and working my way up to become the Centre Director. Busy Bees have given me the opportunity to attend and access a variety of different training events to develop myself and my own professional development which I can share with my staff team gaining a wealth of knowledge.


We work hard as a team to ensure the children are provided with high-quality learning opportunities, always striving for the best. I thoroughly enjoy my role and I am passionate about the nursery I am fully committed to providing the best for the children within our care giving them the best start in life.


I also have a 4-year-old daughter myself who attends our preschool room, she loves coming to nursery and is always so eager to tell me about her busy day.
