This Ofsted registered 'Outstanding' Paper Moon Day Nursery (June 2018) is a purpose-built nursery with a bright and modern interior that enables children to learn in a caring environment. All early years practitioners are highly-trained and committed to quality care and education, assisted by two large outdoor play areas, a separate outdoor free flow space for two-year-olds, meals freshly prepared on site and a biometric security system.

Key EYFS objectives are adopted, as the team looks to help set the building blocks for life. There is a focus on getting to know each individual, made possible by a key worker system that allows the team to respond to any specific needs and keeps parents up-to-date with progress.

My daughter settled in almost the day of starting Paper Moon Day Nursery, whereas at her previous Nursery it took around 6 months. She adores the staff in her room and talks about them with so much joy. We get updates of what our daughter has been doing and the staff make sure we have a detailed handover
of her day at the end of each day. The ladies know my daughter so well and I can tell how much passion they have to work with children. Our daughter loves going to the Nursery and she is always really excited to see the ladies in her room. Thank you for making going to work and leaving my daughter with other people so easy and in the knowledge that she is somewhere where people really care about her.

I cannot give the ladies enough praise at Paper Moon Nursery to each and every single one. They are kind and friendly, supportive throughout your child's development. Nothing is ever too much trouble. All through my daughter's potty training, they were absolutely fantastic. Communication between nursery
staff and parents is always consistent. The nursery is always clean and tidy. Smells fresh and clean. Secure and safe. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone who is undecided on nurseries.

My son started nursery a couple of months ago. Staff were really friendly and supportive in getting him settled in. He is now settling in really well and comes out smiling. I get regular updates on the activities which is lovely to see he’s enjoying his day and read through his journal together at home
to see what he’s been up to and what he’s eaten etc. The staff have been really accommodating as an anxious FTM with plenty of questions & queries! I’m really pleased I went with Paper Moon and would recommend them to anyone.

My little boy had been coming to Paper Moon Day Nursery for a while now and he absolutely loves it. Every day he has got a smile for all the ladies and they are all really lovely to my little boy. My little boy has progressed very well while being at this nursery the ladies have helped him so much and
loves spending time with other children and having fun.

My child moved area to Sutton and the change in nursery didn't phase him thanks to the ladies at Paper Moon Day Nursery. He has come on leaps and bounds. They follow the curriculum very well, have a preschool Council, mini kicks football coaching and the menu is outstanding and I highly recommend it.
The care for the children is exceptional. At pick up, there's a catch up about his day. Staff are always pleasant and they are an asset to the nursery.

The staff and their attention to detail is amazing here. The facilities are very clean and tidy and the staff make you feel welcome. Our little boy loves it here and we get feedback every day of how he has been.

Nice friendly staff, always happy and positive. My 1-year-old now enjoys going 2 days per week. The nursery were great over the introductory sessions and then when we joined, getting my child used to the new routine, people and surroundings. My daughter enjoys the range of food and activities each day.
The nursery team take good care of her.

My daughter was born in the second lockdown and I was worried about her interactions with other babies. Since going to Paper Moon Day Nursery her confidence has come on leaps and bounds. She loves nursery rhymes and we practice the rhyme of the week at home. She’s always coming home having learnt new
skills such as finding different body parts.


I’m quite an anxious Mum but the staff are always more than willing to chat and put my mind at ease. I’m so grateful for everything that they do. I love seeing photos on the app of what my daughter gets up to and it’s great to see she is so happy at Nursery. Thank you.

Fabulous nursery and fabulous staff, they truly care and devote their time to all the children and build a wonderful relationship with parents, to say I'm devastated that my little girl will be leaving for school is an understatement (I would like to take the staff with her).

My little boy loves this nursery, always happy and enjoys everything he does there. The staff are amazing and always make you feel at ease when dropping your child off. I love how you get information on what your child has done throughout the day e.g food, naps, toilet etc. The management can’t do enough
for you and always make a fuss out of your child. I would highly recommend paper moon Sutton-In-Ashfield to any friends and family. Keep up the fab work guys.

This is the best nursery I know. My daughter has settled in so well with the help of the staff, and they are such lovely people. I found it really hard leaving my daughter as a first-time mum, but they made us feel so comfortable and confident that her needs are being met both developmentally and emotionally!
Would recommend it to everyone!!

My son was born before the first lockdown and he stayed home with me for around 9 months during my maternity. He enjoys his time at his nursery and misses on his off days. He is getting independent and social day by day and learning lots of new things. The staff are lively and social. They are caring

We have been at this nursery for a good while now and our kids love it there. The staff are just fantastic. Always happy, smiling and engaged. They are well looked after and fed well with a great menu. The nursery are very accommodating but fair, and I like their values. During covid, it has been difficult
to keep in contact with key workers. The staff are always willing, but strict drop off and collection has meant limited conversations, which for my son, I have missed as he will be starting school this year. I cannot fault the effort put into protecting the kids through covid though, and limited conversations is genuinely understandable. Another final great thing about this nursery is the tapestry usage. Other nurseries don’t post half as much. Love this about Paper Moon Sutton.

After relocating and pulling my daughter out from another nursery in the area, this nursery has been a Godsend. They have made us feel so welcome and they have catered for all our needs. I would highly recommend this nursery as the care they provide for the children is exceptional. The staff members
that I have met so far, are so friendly and well informed regarding the care of my child which fills me with comfort to know that my child is being well looked after. My daughter is always happy to go to nursery and enjoys telling me about her day. I would not choose another nursery.

I am so sad that my daughter’s time at Paper Moon is coming to an end when she starts school in September. She has thrived in this fabulous nursery. The staff are wonderful, attentive and caring. My daughter has really come on with her development and Paper Moon has helped prepare her for school life.
She is happy and has lots of friends and looks forward to nursery days. She skips inside and has a wonderful time. Luckily, my youngest daughter will be starting here in July so I don’t have to say goodbye just yet.

Paper Moon Day Nursery has been amazing throughout my son’s time there. The staff are fantastic and have built strong trusting relationships with both my child and our family. We will be sad to leave in July. Couldn’t say thank you enough. For anyone who can’t decide on a placement for their child,
