Our daughter has been going here 3 days a week since she was 9 months old and she absolutely loves it. She has developed so much in the last few months and always comes home happy. She loves the soft play and sensory rooms and is very well looked after.

Both my children are really thriving at Serendipitys Nursery. The staff are really friendly and welcoming, and both my children love attending, which makes mornings much more pleasant. They are always in communication about the topics the children are working on, and the summary at the end of each day
gives a good insight into their activities. The management team have been really helpful with any questions I've had and is always happy to help. I would 100% recommend this nursery!

Our son absolutely loves his time at Serendipitys. He is always so happy on his nursery days. He recently moved up into the toddler room, and he barely seems to have noticed, the transition was dealt with so well. It's not our closest nursery, so we generally drive, but parking isn't normally a problem.
We've recently had concerns about his speech development, and they've been really supportive in trying to help him out. It's definitely paid off, and his confidence in his speech is through the roof.
Never had any issues with getting in touch, and they're always happy to help.
Definitely recommend!

Excellent standards of care across facilities and equipment, learning needs, caring qualities. My little boy started at 6-months and is two at the end of this month, and can’t fault any care at all.
All staff are lovely, communicate well, with no doubt that they all provide care to the best of their
abilities.

My son always enjoys his time at nursery and has a great relationship with his key workers. He has attended since he was one, and it is the best nursery! Staff are always informative and helpful, and the meals that he has are brilliant. Would recommend to anyone.

My little boy loves going to Serendipitys. They have great facilities, nutritious meals and fantastic staff. My eldest also came here when we moved to the area, and his progress came on leaps and bounds, thanks to the high quality of care and attention from the staff.
I'd highly recommend this nursery;
it is the best one I've come across!

My son could not be happier and better taken care of than ar Serendipitys. It is like a home from home, and all the staff look after the children like they are their own, developing extremely strong bonds with each other. The range of activities and resources are incredible, as are the meals. I cannot
recommend Serendipitys Bingham highly enough!

Serendipity’s are absolutely fantastic! My child attends 5 days a week, and the staff are incredible with my little girl! I would not have her anywhere else! She has excelled in her speech and overall cognition since attending this nursery! Thank you to all the staff!

Fantastic nursery with lovely, friendly staff! My older child went a few years ago, so when I went back to work after my second child, I didn’t hesitate in sending her to Serendipitys. She has been going since she was 10-months-old (now 18-months), and she loves it, never any problems dropping her off,
and she has lots of fun and does so many great activities.

The staff are absolutely amazing and take in what we ever we say to them about our child. They saw my worries about sending my child to nursery and did everything they could to ease my worries. My daughter absolutely loves coming to nursery and can’t wait to go in. She is usually really clingy, but

I couldn’t recommend this nursery more. Both my children have attended; my little girl is still in the toddler room.
The staff are so friendly, and my children have always been really happy to go in.

Both of my daughters have attended Serendipity (one has since moved on to school), and the experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The facilities are excellent with a wide range of activities provided in a safe and clean environment. Having attended throughout the pandemic, I have seen the staff
and management respond to the changes and continue to provide excellent care. The management is great and is always willing to be flexible according to our needs. And this professionalism is reflected in the rest of the staff. They are always caring and take the time to know the children and deal with their needs. Both of my girls have gone in happy each day and come home having had a great day. One of my daughters has additional needs, which were actually picked up on and highlighted to us by the nursery. They have been brilliant in helping us as parents come to terms with this, making referrals for additional support, and putting us in contact with the relevant authorities.

We have been so impressed with Serendipity's since enrolled our daughter last year. The staff are all highly professional and caring, and the facilities are superb. Our daughter has come on leaps and bounds since she started attending, and we've recommended the nursery to all of our friends and family.
They are a superb organisation, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Serendipity’s in Bingham is a fantastic nursery with wonderful, caring and accommodating staff. My daughter attends and absolutely loves it. They go the extra mile to provide high-quality care. Staff take the time to involve parents as much as possible and build great relationships with the children
in their care.
Can’t thank them enough for their work and appreciate them hugely. Our child is thriving in their environment and coming on leaps and bounds. We love the fact that there are lots of outdoor play, healthy and nutritious meals and excellent safeguarding measures.

Fantastic nursery - highly recommend. Amazing, caring people, in particular, two members of staff. All three of my children have attended this nursery and have loved it. The preschool really helps to prepare them for school.

My toddler son attends the nursery, and he couldn't be happier. His key worker always informs us of his daily activities and the lunch menu. We receive weekly emails telling us about his learning so we can help prepare him. The staff are amazingly friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. They are
flexible and have even catered extra sessions at short notice.

My daughter has attended Serendipitys Day Nursery Bingham since she was 8.5-months-old and has loved attending. She has gone through each room, and I've noticed how much she has come on over the years, from starting in babies and is now currently in her final room pre-school. She will always talk about
her peers and staff members and how much she enjoys coming and seeing them regularly. Staff members are lovely, professional and are always there if I need them, whether it be advised, support or asking if they can add her in is extra. 100 % recommend.
