Safari Kindergarten is focused on giving each child the best start to their education, making the most of versatile facilities that include a selection of age-specific playrooms, as well as a separate sleep/restroom, open library/sensory room and large outdoor play area.

The outdoor play area has a separate space for babies aged 0-2 years.

A biometric security system is in place for parents' peace of mind and the team are well-trained and qualified in health and safety.

Playtime and activities are organised to meet key EYFS objectives, as the team looks to prepare children for the challenges of school life, though in a fun and friendly atmosphere where children can enjoy exploring and being creative.

Safari Kindergarten is family run and aims to create a personal experience for families. The nursery offers flexibility on childcare places as well as term-time availability.

All the staff are fantastic, they are brilliant with my foster son who is autistic , they help him to get involved with the other children as he is learning how to play , he is also none verbal and they have learnt very quickly what he wants

My daughter Is the type to never leave your side!. Although, since starting nursery at Safari Kindergarten, she has thrived! Since starting she has learnt so much and made some friends :) She loves the staff and is greeted with a smile and a warm welcome when she arrives. Regular updates are given.
The food that is given is healthy and home made. They have people in to do different activities, dancing, singing, and spanish ect.
They have also provided me with lots of help and gone above and beyond to support me.
Over all the staff are brilliant and i cannot fault this nursery! I know my child is very much well taken care of. Thank you Safari kindergarten

My daughter has been going to SK for over 12 months now. And absolutely loves everyday. She's made lots of friends and has some
Really special bonds with her nursery nurses. SK offer a lot for the money and I'm always suprised with how much they do, lots of crafting, outdoor play, walks, and plenty

Wonderful nursery. My little boy has been there just over 6 months, his learning and development has come on massively. The care, activities, meals, choice of outside playing and indoor activities are very very high. Communication skills from the staff to parents/ carers is perfect. You never feel
like you can't express or can concerns regarding the care my little boy has whilst at nursery. Highly recommend to any other families out there looking for somewhere for their little one to spend their days.

Honestly can't recommend Safari enough for everything they have done and continue to do for our baby boy. We were put at ease so quickly with how amazing the staff are when he first started nursery, he adores every one of them and is so happy to be at nursery when we drop him off. We feel he is taken
care of very well and the staff have just been amazing throughout. He has come on so much since starting, sitting up on his own, trying to communicate with his voice and his weaning and this is all down to the lovely staff at Safari. I would 100% highly recommend it to anybody looking for a lovely friendly nursery. Thanks so much to all the staff we are super grateful!

Safari Kindergarten has such a warm welcome feel you can't help smiling. The staff are lovely and all the children come out happy and well cared for. Our grandson is very happy to attend as was our granddaughter before him. They help with all developmental needs and make learning a joy.

Since we selected SK as our nursery (even before our girl was born) we were so excited to start. Staff are amazing, very helpful with your needs and questions. Nothing is too much for them and their reports and feedback on your child is very comprehensive. Our neighbours recommended this nursery and
we are very happy they did as our girl loves it and seems to have bonded with the staff really well.

My little boy has been attending Safari Kindergarten since May 2023. The staff are really nice and all of them get to know your child, even if they aren't in the same room as them. The meals they are given are always good and he's really come on with his eating. We've been really pleased since he started
and the smile on his face when he knows where we are in the morning shows how much he enjoys going.

I cannot thank the Safari Kindergarten staff enough for looking after my 2 children over the years. Every member of staff is friendly, personal, professional and so caring. Most importantly, they are always willing to give my little ones a cuddle when they need it. They are the best! Thank you.

My daughter came to this nursery and now my son. The nursery staff are so caring and genuine. You can tell they love what they do. The facilities and food are always of great standard. I would not hesitate in recommending Safari Kindergarten to any of my friends and family!

This really is the best nursery around. They genuinely care about all the children. They do so much with them including outdoor adventures like going to the park and feeding the ducks. Much more than I believe any other nursery offers. The food they supply is homemade and they get the children involved
in the making of some of this. My child has come on leaps and bounds and will be more than ready to start school. It will be the saddest of goodbyes and as a whole family, we will miss everyone and everything about Safari Kindergarten. They are happy to help in every way, whether that means changing times and dates as long as they have the capacity they will fit you in. Every single one of the staff is invaluable and that's why it really is the best nursery around. I couldn’t recommend it any more!

Safari Kindergarten is amazing, the care and experiences they give the children are second to none. They also have great relationships with families and are always there to support them. All three of my children have gone to Safari with my youngest still in preschool and I honestly wouldn’t send them
anywhere else.

The staff are always lovely and polite and keep you updated with what's happened during the day. A great bunch of girls who genuinely care about the children. Since my niece has been at the nursery she has developed so much, a huge thanks to the team there who work hard and have the patience of a saint!

Amazingly, friendly staff who always have the children's best interests at the heart of everything they do. Clean and safe environment all the time, but especially through Covid, as they stayed open and supported not only the children but their families too. Would highly recommend this nursery to everyone

Outstanding.
Words cannot describe how much my now 2-year-old has grown and developed in less than 12 months of being at this nursery.
The care the staff provide is exceptional.
The staff are always friendly and approachable, and my child leaves me now with ease.

The staff here have really tried to help my daughter to settle into the nursery; they are so warm and kind to her. The staff are also very knowledgeable about how early years children learn and have a variety of resources and activities every day. I can’t thank the staff enough for making my daughter

Jade

Jade

Job Title: Nursery Owner

Joined: 2019

Jade is our Co-Owner. Jade has worked in early years settings for over 15 years and has worked with children from birth to 11 years. Jade started her childcare career when leaving school as an apprentice. Jade has a BA honours degree in Early Years. Jade is also first aid trained.


Jade has completed many additional training courses including safer recruitment, developing outstanding practice, pediatric first aid, safeguarding, and ELKLAN.

Sherise is our Nursery manager; Sherise has many years’ experience working with early years. Sherise has worked at Safari Kindergarten for over 6 years and has a BA Honours degree in early years. Sherise is also first aid trained and is our safeguarding lead.


Sherise is also the Nursery Designated Safeguarding Lead.
