Thanks for the good feedback. The team would be really glad to see that their efforts are being appreciated. We strive to ensure that all the children in our care have the opportunity to maximise their potential and we partner with the parents to ensure this is achieved.
Being in the city centre comes with the challenge of outdoor areas. However, as you are aware we do take the children to the parks nearby to ensure they don’t miss out on any outdoor activities and also giving them the opportunity to explore nature. This forms part of their daily routine. We also make the best use of the outdoor space in the nursery from time to time. We are glad to see the growth and development of your son and such feedback is encouraging. Thank you.

Thanks for the feedback, and we can see that you really appreciate the quality of teaching we provide, the quality of management and staff in place.
Whilst COVID has placed limitations on parents entrance to the nursery, we can assure you that a large amount of resources relevant for the children’s development are currently in place, some of which you can see on the tour videos on the website. Being in the city centre has an impact on outdoor space, but this has been well complemented by ensuring children have regular supervised visits to the nearby parks.
We will continue to do our best to provide adequate care and developmental support to all children.
