Partou Best Friends Day Nursery & Pre-school in Mosley Common has been providing exceptional care and education for babies and children since 1998.

In 2021, the nursery moved to a modern, purpose-built building located on Parr Bridge Retail Park, with five bright and spacious playrooms that promote social and physical development. Children enjoy plenty of extra-curricular activities including swimming lessons and Spanish classes alongside having access to an incredible sensory room and large soft play area.

Modern outdoor environments include a second-floor open area terrace as well as a fabulous all-weather sensory garden, mud kitchen, and dedicated baby green. Parents can keep track of their child’s activities and development using the nursery’s online learning journal.

Delicious, nutritious meals and snacks are freshly prepared in the nursery kitchen, providing children with a balanced diet bursting with fresh vegetables, fruit, meat and fish.

Partou Best Friends is located on Mosley Common Road, just off the A580 East Lancashire Road, within easy reach of Tyldesley and Ellenbrook.

I highly recommend Best Friends Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Tyldesley. Our daughter has been going to preschool since July and she loves it there. The staff and girls in preschool are so friendly and helpful. They do so much with the kids and regularly post pictures to show what they have been
up to. All the kids seem so happy when we drop off and pick up and they are always doing something fun!

Best Friends Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Tyldesley has been amazing for my little girl. She only goes one day a week at the moment but absolutely loves it. The staff always make sure she’s included in any activities, like making Mother’s Day cards and during Christmas, so she doesn’t miss out.
My daughter loves all the staff and has really settled in which is lovely to see.

Best Friends Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Tyldesley is a fantastic nursery with a lovely team of staff. My two year old loves going to nursery at Best Friends Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Tyldesley. The staff have handled the pandemic and ever changing lockdowns well and kept parents up
to date with any changes being made. My child’s key worker is very informative, very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They do a range of engaging activities, play and have a variety of healthy meals. I would definitely recommend the nursery to anyone. Thank you all!

I wouldn’t know where to begin with thanking the staff at Best Friends Nursery for how kind, caring and supportive they have been.
Both of my boys absolutely love coming to nursery, all of the staff have been so amazing, caring and accommodating. They both have such a good strong relationship not
just with there key workers but all of the staff and I continue to see my boys excel in their development since starting here.

My daughter has been attending the nursery since she was four months old, so over two years now. Everyone at the nursery has been kind and wonderful. My daughter loves going everyday! From the first day I dropped her off as a tiny baby, I have always felt completely confident that she was in the best
care. They do more than just look after her, they go above and beyond to help raise and develop my daughter. I really can’t speak highly enough of the team and nursery. Thank you all!

We have used Best Friends since the summer of 2012, our daughter went and we currently have a son there. As a whole family, we love Best Friends, the staff are lovely, the children are well looked after and learn so much and are more than ready for "big school" when the time comes.
I would certainly
highly recommend Best Friends, you can happily leave your child knowing they are in the best possible hands.

Our son has been at the nursery fulltime since he was six months old, now nearly three and he loves his time there. He has made many friends amongst the children and carers, regularly telling us what he and others have been doing during the day. Even with the difficult times over the past twelve months
due to Covid-19, the staff have been very supportive and have done a fantastic job of making the family feel safe, even while our son was still attending. Thank you to all the staff for their continued commitment and work!

I would highly recommend this nursery. The first day I walked in to have a look around and get my daughter started at the beginning of 2020 and I just knew this would be her nursery. I didn’t even give the manager any notice, before Covid-19 times. I just showed up but the kind of welcome I received
blew me away. Everything seemed so well organised, it was so clean, the staff were so friendly and all the kids seemed happy. I feel so at ease every time she’s in nursery, she really enjoys going, in even on her days off she cried to go to nursery. She has developed so much since she started going here. They do so many amazing activities with them. I couldn’t be happier and I couldn’t have picked a better nursery. I can’t wait for the big move to the new building.

My son has really enjoyed and progressed at his time at the nursery. I have recommend the nursery to another friend who will be joining in June, after meeting staff and viewing the facilities. My son literally runs in every morning with a big smile on his face, that's really all the feedback I need!

Our little girl started with Best Friends Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Tyldesley in January. Being a lockdown baby, she was born 5 days before the first lockdown, our poor little girl had almost no socialisation with anyone else apart from us. We were worried about how she would settle in the
nursery and obviously with Covid-19 we were worried about the risks involved. The staff at Best Friends Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Tyldesley were really friendly and understanding, they really helped us feel settled, as well as my daughter. We had more than the standard settling in sessions because the manager felt like it would give us reassurance. Also, they are very good with no shoes policies and changed the way they allow visits and tours in the nursery, which put my mind at easee. Overall, my daughter really enjoys going in there and we are very pleased. Totally recommend them.

I am really pleased with the care and support my child receives from Best Friends Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Tyldesley, she loves going each day. At the end of each day staff advise on how my child has slept and what she has eaten. However, it would be nice to see more in the learning books
and discuss how she is coming on with her development and what we as a family can do to support her better. It is hard for me to comment on cleanliness and facilities in the nursery as we can’t see inside the rooms due to Covid-19. Finally, it would also be helpful to be informed on timelines for the new nursery, which will be exciting times for all involved.

My little girl has been attending Best Friends Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Tyldesley since 2019. I honestly couldn’t recommend a better nursery. The staff go above and beyond to ensure my daughter has the best possible outcome. The nursery is really homely and the environments are beautiful.
The management and staff have been really supportive throughout the Covid-19 pandemic and ensured that the highest levels of safety are met. My daughter is so happy at nursery and has an amazing bond with all the staff. I love to see videos and pictures on her learning book and have an insight into her day.

My son has been at the nursery since December last year. After initially appearing to settle, he has recently had a few problems feeling comfortable. Nothing to do with the nursery which I have always been happy with, but just perhaps a bit of separation anxiety. The manager, the assistant manager,
and all the staff in the pre school room have gone above and beyond to help him settle. They know my son really well and have been able to implement things that will work for him personally rather than just taking a generalised approach. In a more general sense, the nursery is a lovely setting with great facilities, a move towards the curiosity approach and in the moment planning which I love and real support for every child in a welcoming and safe environment.
My eldest son now 10 attended a different nursery but where some of the staff now at Best Friends were working at the time and they all remembered my son - a sign of how caring all the staff are for the children!

My granddaughter loves to go to nursery. When she gets a little upset or anxious the lovely staff make her feel comfortable and play with her and I always feel that she is well cared for. I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

Best Friends Nursery is a fabulous nursery. The staff in all the rooms are lovely, very friendly and cannot do enough for my boys and myself.
Every day my 2 boys run into nursery. They absolutely love attending Best Friends. I can tell that as it takes an age to get them to the car in the evening.
Every day their day is structured, with so many fun activities crammed in. It's very much child-led learning. If one child has a particular interest the staff adapt their days play/learning to include it.
It's been an absolute pleasure to see the confidence growing in both my boys and that's thanks to the dedication and care from Best Friends.

I would definitely recommend Best Friends Nursery. I have always felt very comfortable leaving my daughter there, from our very first visit. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, my daughter is always happy to go to them so I know that she is happy too.

I reviewed a few local nurseries which were all brilliant. However, the friendly, nurturing feel at Best Friends really helped me to relax when leaving my son for the first time. Although I don't know all of the staff I just appreciate the authentic way of them all. I have seen all ages of children
being cared for in a way as if they were their own children. Thank you! The activities and reporting of anything is thorough and always monitored with great care. It has a lovely, caring, playful setting which I feel is essential for child development. Keep it up Best Friends.

My little girl has settled in perfectly in the Tinies room. She absolutely loves going to nursery now. She is 20 months old, she claps hands when we get there and always goes running up to the girls. They are a credit to the nursery, always so welcoming and helped my daughter settle in perfectly. One
is especially brilliant with my daughter, I can tell she feels very comfortable with her from the second we arrive. 5 star nursery and can't give them enough stars!
