The staff are always friendly although there can be quite a lot of new faces which may be confusing for the children. The management always appear approachable and listen to concerns and comments with respect and empathy.

She implements her knowledge by leading and guiding the staff in providing quality childcare, to have a good understanding of children’s learning and development within their environments and to safeguard children.
