My daughter has been coming to nursery at Glen Jakes Private Day Nursery now for 18 months. The staff are amazing so lovely always very welcoming and have brought her out of her shell. The staff have helped her so much with her speech, that has helped her gain so much more confidence. I decided to add
her little brother into the group, and he has progressed with his crawling and walking he is always very happy and smiley when I pick him up! I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone very good prices. Whenever I have had to email queries I have always had a response the same day.

After having negative experiences with other nurseries, Glen Jakes was a breath of fresh air! I have two children with additional needs in this nursery and all of the staff are fantastic, nothing is too much hassle and they will go out of their way to make sure both of my children’s needs are fully
met (which isn’t always easy!) Leaving your child is never an easy thing to do but here it is, they are cared for loved treated as an individual and they listen to what is important to you and your child. Honestly a hidden gem with beautiful views and fantastic indoor and outdoor areas for all the children.

Cannot recommend this nursery enough. My daughter has been here for 1-year-old, she’s now 4 and leaves soon, and I can’t thank all the staff enough for their care over the years. Each class she’s been through has been absolutely faultless. I hope they all know how much they’re appreciated. Not only
will my daughter miss you but I can safely say from my point the brief time we’ve been able to meet and chat over this past year with the staff will be missed too. Their hard work and love of their jobs has not gone unnoticed and I thank you so much for preparing my daughter for her next chapter.

Our little boy has been coming to Glen Jakes since he was 11 months old. We have always found Glen Jake's nursery to be professional, kind, and very flexible in accommodating to our need for flexible hours, given our shift patterns. Right from the start, they have been so caring, and what we really
liked was how they offered the settling in sessions over 1 month, making sure our little one had time to settle in properly. Our son has absolutely thrived whilst being at Glen Jakes - he has made some fantastic friendships and developed some really lovely attachments with the staff. He always tells me how much he loves going to nursery, and these days he doesn’t ever seem to want to leave! Glen Jakes have been fantastic throughout the pandemic too, keeping us informed and protecting all by taking the necessary precautions. We highly recommend Glen Jakes and have never doubted our decision to send our little boy here. Thank you to all the staff, you’re fantastic!

I couldn’t recommend Glen Jakes enough! My little boy has been coming here for the last 3+ years and he loves it so much! Nothing is too much trouble for anyone and they really do love and look after the children like they are their own. The facilities are brilliant and it really does feel like a home
from home, they let the children just be children - I often turn up to pick my little boy up and he runs off and hides or tells me off for picking him up early when he’s playing! I’ll definitely be using Glen Jakes for baby number 2!

My daughter has attended since she was nine months old. Her experience at nursery has been so positive. Through every stage, she has grown and developed thanks to the staff. They are always helpful and flexible and all so attentive. I know for sure that my daughter is ready to start school in September

My son has attended for over three years and I have been very happy to see how well he has developed friendships with his peers, and how he has learnt so much related to growing up.
Staff have been excellent and my son makes positive comments to me on how they look after the children.
In our experience,

My little girl has been at Glen Jakes for 2 years since she was 6 months old. The ladies there are so caring and friendly, they’ve always made me feel 100% confident leaving my daughter in their care. The care they give is outstanding, they are incredibly attentive and give so much attention and build
up great relationships with both myself and my daughter. I love the crafts they make there for special occasions… they go over and above, even delivering Easter eggs to us during Covid lockdown! I don’t think I’ve ever picked up my daughter and not seen her having a great time making friends and great memories. My little girl is currently in toddler group and the care she gets there is great, each carer there is so kind and it really is a comfort when I drop her off. Keep up the great work Glen Jakes. Would highly recommend!

Both my children attend the nursery one 4 and the other 17 months. Staff are so understanding and supportive of the settling period when they started. Children are both happy and making amazing progress I would recommend to anyone.

A lovely nursery with great staff. My two boys enjoy nursery and they offer them plenty of fun and activities for them to do. As mentioned before, parts of the nursery rooms could do with some maintenance and new equipment but it doesn't affect their learning or playtime.
Overall, I'm always impressed
and happy to send my children here.

I have known Glen Jakes since 2015 when my eldest first joined at 9 months old. Subsequently, my youngest now attends. From day 1 the staff have cared for my girls like their own which is a wonderful feeling. They have and continue to be very informative and flexible with amazing features that other
nurseries don't have such as the stables and outside space. Thank you all.

Glen Jakes is a great nursery provides a variety of activities and toys in each room. Daily updates of my child's day are always informative and they share all important information. Mealtimes are also varied and they provide a good balance of food and snacks. It's nice that the children get fruit every
day. The staff are all very approachable and happy to answer any questions/concerns and are supportive of any decisions i.e no dummy and sleep/naps etc.

My son loves going to the nursery with his friends he also loves his key worker. He is very fussy with his eating but always eats different foods at nursery. His development has come on 100% would highly recommend.
