Nursery and staff are absolutely fantastic! Since my daughter started here she’s learned so much, made lots of new friends and gained more confidence. Each time I drop her off she runs in happily, hugs her key worker then goes over to see her friends. The activities they do are always changing so I
know my daughter is always kept busy (which she absolutely loves!). The facilities are fantastic and change with each age group, one thing in particular I love is that there is an app where you can see pictures of what your child has done through the day, get updates on their meals/naps/nappy changes and see their progress. You can also comment on what you’d like the nursery to help with, for instance speech or movement. I’d also like to add that the management is faultless, so caring and genuinely interested in how your little one is getting on and how the parents feel about the nursery. Also fantastic at adapting the food for my daughters allergies!

Loved how they were taking extra time with my son. He was a lockdown baby and he has real trouble adapting to new people and new surroundings. They went the extra mile. Thank you to all the staff and we will be back in 6 months' time.

Kids Planet Fazakerley has a lovely feel to it, with amazing resources and staff. The outdoor facilities are fantastic and well resourced. I love the safety aspect of the nursery with fingerprint access.

My little boy started at the beginning of October and he has come on so much since starting. He's always so happy whenever he sees the staff and when I pick him up he's still smiling away. It helps me, as his mum, that they use the parent app and keep me updated with what he's up to, eating etc. He's
eating so many more different foods since starting nursery too. The staff are brilliant and treat him so well and are always polite. Thank you Kids Planet tots room!

Since my son has started this nursery he has come on so much. I can’t thank the staff enough for how they have brought him on, he loves all of them and has a lovely relationship with every single member of staff. He is a child who needs extra support and they are all on board to helping him achieve
his age range development. He always runs in with a smile on his face and is so happy when he sees the girls. It was definitely the best decision I made to send him to this nursery, I’ve not had one issue since he started.

Fantastic nursery! My boys love it here, the staff are outstanding and very understanding towards my two.
The food options for the children are a variety of different foods.
There is lots to do within the nursery for the children, my boys love their PE lesson on a Wednesday.

Since my son has started at Kids Planet, he has come on so much and is now confident enough with the girls that he walks in with a smile on his face every time and as a mother, that means a lot to know that your child enjoys the experience. I cannot fault anything about this nursery - the staff are
amazing and will help you out as much as they can and I am truly thankful for their support not only for my son but for us all as a family too.

My son began his Kids Planet journey in the baby room, progressing up to the toddler room as his age progressed. All the staff that looked after him always kept me up to date with his daily activities. My son was well looked after during his time at Kids Planet.

Our daughter has been at Kidz Planet since September 2020, joining at 8 months old. The nursery are fantastic and our daughter loves the staff and making new friends. Receiving updates on her eating and playing during the day via the app is great and we get to see lots of pictures of her in different
activities.
Our daughter eats really well whilst at nursery which is great peace of mind whilst I am at work.
Kidz Planet have been fantastic throughout the pandemic following all government guidelines and advise promoting the safety of the children, staff and families.

Our daughter loves nursery. She is always happy to see her key worker. We are extremely happy with her progress since starting nursery. She absolutely loves other children and playing. Her key worker is brilliant with her and we love receiving pictures and reports on the app.

My little girl has been going to this nursery since July last year and absolutely loves it here. She has developed so much in the small time frame of attending and has a lot more confidence. My daughter is in Preschool class, she loves going to nursery and the new added equipment in the garden. Every day she is excited to go in now to see her friends and the swing in the garden, she comes home and tells me about her day. I love the updates and moments in the app and pictures I get to see
of her through the day. She eats all her meals at nursery, she loves the food, it's fresh and cooked from scratch. Her vocabulary has come on brilliantly, she wows me every day when she comes home with her new words and little conversations she has with me about 'school' as she says. Brilliant place. I love all the staff there in every stage. Both my children have been in this one now, the management and staff go above and beyond; always have.

Since my son started in the rising threes room he has come on in leaps and bounds. His confidence has grown along with his abilities. Also his ability to make relationships and express himself. I would recommend Kids Planet. I was recommended this nursery by a few friends.
My child loves it here!
The app is brilliant as I can check my child’s nappies, food, sleep. Also images of his observations of him playing and having fun!

My daughter has recently left Kids Plant to start reception.
I could not have wished for a better start to her education. She attended Kids Planet from 2016-2020 and loved every minute of it. The relationships she built with the staff members are irreplaceable, and her confidence is amazing. She learnt
so much within her time there, and I never had to worry about her safety or wellbeing as I knew they would care for her and look after her just as much as I would.

My child loves this nursery! We were worried about him being unsettled after spending so long at home throughout the pandemic but the staff have been nothing short of amazing in getting to know him, settling him and reassuring me that he is happy at nursery. He always comes out with a smile on his face
and the staff will tell me what he has enjoyed doing that day. There is an app you can use for parents that gives you updates all day long of what he has eaten or how long he sleeps for and also sends pictures of the things he has enjoyed doing that day. Nothing is too much to ask of the staff and I feel 100% happy knowing my child is cared for at the highest standards whilst in the care of the nursery. My child also has allergies and the nursery are great at catering for these! I would recommend this nursery to any parent looking for childcare!

I started my child at Kids Planet nursery in Fazakerley in July 2020. Since then I have witnessed my child grown and develop in so many ways, he is much more confident than ever before and his speech is coming out so rapidly which I believe is as a result of all the relationships he is building at nursery.
He attends 2 days per week and has an amazing relationship with his key worker and the staff in the nursery. They have been great throughout the pandemic keeping parents updated with any changes. No problem is too big, they are always accommodating of anything you ask of them to do. My child has allergies and the nursery have been great at adapting meals to cater for him, even giving me ideas to use at home! The parents' app is a great way to see photos of what he is up to throughout the day and a great tool to look back on to see what he ate throughout the day or how long he has slept for. I would highly recommend this nursery to all parents!!
